We have been avid fans of Weleda's Skin Food for years, we've even got our friends and family onto the product. Turns out, we're not the only fans of the nourishing moisturiser either as Bella Hadid swears by it too.
However, we struggle to slim down our beauty haul when travelling, especially when we only take hand luggage on a flight, which limits our liquid allowance – aka inhibits our multi-step skincare regime. But, Bella has a secret beauty travel hack.
Turns out Bella dodges the restrictions by packing Weleda's Skin Food in the travel-friendly 30ml tube with her when she's on the go. Not only is it lightweight, but it functions as numerous products in one. Genius!
Formulated with organic sunflower seed oil, wild pansy, chamomile, calendula and rosemary extract, which combine to offer a deeply hydrating treatment. The moisturiser has been infused with essential oils to gently scent the product. It can be used on the skin and body as an intense moisturiser, face mask, or primer. BUY NOW FOR £9.50
In a Vogue Beauty Secrets video earlier this year, the Orebella founder revealed her love for the intensive moisturiser, which she reportedly goes through 'eight of these a month' – impressive!
Speaking in the beauty tutorial, she said: 'I go through eight of these a month, and I buy them from CVS because I am obsessed with them. I have the little versions and the big versions.'
While Bella ploughs through several 75ml tubes of Skin Food a month, she also relies on the smaller 30ml version for travelling. If you know Skin Food you will know that a little goes a long way, which is why packing the smaller version is tactical packing. But Skin Food is a multifunctional product, so it can condense your entire bodycare, skincare and nail care routine into one, and that's why it is so genius. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DJrct5uK1Wr/?hl=en
Weleda's Skin Food is deeply nourishing without being greasy or slipping off, it feels like your skin is drinking up all the goodness throughout the day. It has been formulated with organic sunflower seed oil, wild pansy, chamomile, calendula and rosemary extract, which combine to offer a deeply hydrating and soothing treatment.
The Skin Food is lightly fragranced with essential oils, including sweet orange and lavandula, which are calming yet revitalising.
The multi-purpose moisturising cream is the perfect moisturiser for your skin day and night, it can also double up as an intensive face mask. But, it can also be applied on the body, including the hands, feet, and elbows, for a head-to-toe treatment.
While Bella uses it as a moisturiser, she also mentioned it acts as a primer before she applies her make-up cosmetics on top, but it leaves a dewy finish without applying highlighter. More Trending
Joining us and Bella as devoted fans are Victoria Beckham, Hailey Bieber, Drew Barrymore, Molly-Mae Hague, Adele and many others.
If the fact this multifunctional beauty product can do almost anything, and the fact it has an extensive list of celebrity fans, isn't enough, maybe the fact that one tube sells every eight seconds is the final hint you need this in your beauty cupboard.
If you have oily skin and are looking for something a little lighter, don't fret as Weleda has a Skin Food Light.
We almost forgot to mention Weleda has an extensive range of specific skincare products , including body oils, eye creams, and cleansers that are gentle, effective yet affordable.

Is Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby's touchy-feely friendship too much?

In one clip, she rubs his neck. In another, he holds her hand. If you've been following the Fantastic Four press tour, you might have noticed: Vanessa Kirby and Pedro Pascal seem very comfortable around each other. Fans have certainly picked up on it. Clips of the two actors, laughing, leaning towards each other, and being warm and affectionate have racked up thousands of views and sparked plenty of comments online. 'Why is she rubbing him like that?' one person asked. 'Actors are so touchy-feely, I'll never understand,' another person added. From playful teasing to hands-on moments during interviews, people are definitely intrigued by the dynamic. Although, to be clear, there's no indication of anything romantic going on. Vanessa is reportedly engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Paul Rabil, and is expecting a baby. Still, it has sparked a wider conversation about what is classed as too far in a friendship and why some people are more touchy-feely than others. Affectionate friendships might be under public debate at the moment, but according to chartered psychologist Dr Melanie Phelps, there's nothing overly concerning about them. Physical affection between friends can be a sign of closeness, trust and emotional safety, she says – and it can even have health benefits. 'Physical touch stimulates the release of oxytocin, which induces trust, reduces stress and improves mood,' Dr Melanie tells Metro. 'Studies show that affectionate touch can lower cortisol levels, decrease blood pressure and improve emotional resilience.' For some people, a hug from a friend can be just as regulating as a deep and meaningful chat. 'It can create feelings of belonging, soothing and emotional safety, acting as a buffer against loneliness and social disconnection,' adds Dr Melanie. Like many things, it often stems from childhood, specifically attachment styles. Dr Melanie explains: 'People with secure attachment styles, typically developed through consistent, nurturing caregiving in early life, tend to feel more at ease with physical closeness, as they associate it with safety and connection. 'Those with avoidant or anxious attachment styles, however, may associate touch with threat or discomfort. 'And those on the autism spectrum tend to have over- or under-sensitive nervous systems, which means while some may prefer strong, deep hugs and lots of physical affection, for others the opposite will be true.' But don't worry if you're not comfortable being touchy with your friends. While Dr Melanie says that affection can reinforce feelings of closeness and intimacy, she adds: 'The strength of a bond isn't solely dependent on touch; shared values, emotional support, communication and mutual respect are just as vital.' Some people prefer verbal affirmation or quality time over physical touch – it just comes down to preference. Yes, especially if it's non-consensual, too frequent or creates emotional confusion. 'Even well-intentioned touch can become problematic if one person feels pressured, objectified or confused by it,' Dr Melanie says. 'Power dynamics can also affect how safe or appropriate touch feels. The urge to respond or match the level of physical affection can mean pressure and discomfort.' Understandably, a tactile friendship might make a romantic partner feel threatened too, particularly if their own love language is touch or if there's a lack of trust. That doesn't mean touchy friendships are automatically inappropriate, says Dr Melanie, but it does mean some open conversations about boundaries and reassurance might be helpful. More Trending Touch doesn't mean the same thing to everyone. For some people, it's how they express love and affection. For others, it's something private or even overwhelming. You (or your partner) might feel a friend has crossed the line, but they might be absolutely mortified at the suggestion. To get things back to a touchy level everyone is happy with, the psychologist recommendshaving an open talk, making it about you, not them. She explains: 'Using 'I' statements helps avoid blame (e.g., 'I've noticed I feel a bit overwhelmed when we hug so often; can we talk about that?'). It's important to affirm the friendship while setting boundaries, as this reinforces that the discomfort is about personal needs, not a rejection of the friend.' There's no one 'right' way to show affection in a friendship, but understanding how you and your friends relate to physical touch is worth a conversation. Do you have a story to share? WWE star demonstrates how broken finger 'still won't bend from knuckle to tip'

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video WWE superstar Bianca Belair has shown the extent of her 'complicated' recovery after breaking her fingers over three months ago. The 36-year-old star suffered the gruesome injury during her Triple Threat match with Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky at WrestleMania 41 in April 2025, and has been out of action ever since. Bianca, who appears in Netflix's new docu-series WWE Unreal, returned to the ring as a special guest referee for Naomi and Jade Cargill's match at Evolution a couple of weeks ago, but she exclusively showed Metro the extent of the the issue. 'Right now the finger, it's fully healed, but the problem is that it won't bend from the knuckle to the tip,' she said, before demonstrating on camera. 'Trying to get in the ring to wrestle like this, it's just sticking out there. So right now, we're working on that aspect. So it's been a lot more complicated than I thought. 'We're just sticking in there.' Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. The EST of WWE confirmed while the break is 'fully healed', now she's focused on 'getting the mobility back and getting it into a safe place'. 'I'm in rehab and therapy nonstop, so we're working on it,' she smiled. The pain and struggles that come with being a WWE superstar will be on full display in Unreal on Netflix, as the series gives viewers an unprecedented peek behind the curtain. In that same spirit, Bianca opened up on how Rhea – who also features heavily in the series recounting her own injury setbacks – helped her finish the WrestleMania match. 'I felt it immediately, but I thought I had broke all my fingers, and it took Rhea to really snap me out of that moment,' she said. 'I was just rolling around in pain. And she's like, 'Ay! Ay!' And I'm like, 'Oh, sorry, we have to finish this match!' ' At one point in the documentary, Bianca – who is famous for handmaking every single one of her wrestling outfits – accidentally stabs herself with a needle as she finishes her Elimination Chamber gear at the last second. 'I'm always poking myself with needles, and I'm anxious. It's just crazy chaos backstage, and it's amazing to see all that,' she said. 'And then when we go out there, nobody even knows the chaos that was happening.' It's these kinds of struggles that Bianca hopes WWE Unreal can shine a light on. Asked which preconceptions she hopes the series can get rid of, she said: 'The general idea of wrestling just being fake. Is it scripted? Yes, it is. But there's so much realness that goes into it. 'It's a lot of hard work. It's an engine. From the production and creative, trying to write storylines, and then injuries happen, and us having to pivot, and go with the flow.' That's proven true for Bianca as she recovers from her injury. Despite the lingering issues, she recently returned as the special guest referee for the No Holds Barred match between Jade and Naomi. 'I get more nervous refereeing than actually having a match. I've gained so much respect for the referees,' she admitted, having also refereed a match between Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky earlier this year. 'You can completely mess up the match just being the referee,' she explained, and in WWE Unreal it's explained how the referee is essentially the bridge between the wrestlers in the ring, and the producers backstage. 'You're such an integral part of the matches. People, a lot of times, don't realise that,' Bianca pointed out, while recalling an awkward moment the first time she put on the stripes live on Monday Night Raw. 'The battery pack kept falling out,' she laughed. 'At the same time as you're trying to ref and you're trying to count and you're trying to make sure that you're in the right spot, you also have people in your ear talking to you from backstage.' These kinds of secrets being spilled are well known by diehard fans, but even they have never seen the realities of wrestling laid out like they are in WWE Unreal. Bianca is no stranger to reality TV, but she admitted there was a certain level of nerves going into pulling back the curtain so far. 'You're not really your Bianca Belair character. You're frustrated, you're anxious, you're nervous,' she said. 'It was really nerve wracking sometimes to pull that curtain back and have that camera in our face in that type of way.' However, she hopes the end results will be a 'newfound respect' for wrestling – and specifically the women involved. More Trending 'As a woman, we're in there wrestling, just like everybody else, we're putting on amazing matches, and showing the art and skill of what we do,' she said. She added: 'I think that a new found respect is going to be had for wrestlers when this documentary comes out.' View More » All five episodes of WWE Unreal are coming to Netflix on July 29. Pedro Pascal responds to misconceptions and his answer is so on-brand

Pedro Pascal seems pretty relaxed with how the world views him, as one of Hollywood's hottest leading men stepping into his superhero era. Hitting the big screen as Reed Richards, aka Mister Fantastic, in Marvel's retro-futuristic The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which has been met largely with positive reviews, continues a busy year for Pascal. He's also already broken hearts in The Last of Us, been to Cannes to promote new Ari Aster cowboy Covid film Eddington and teamed up with Dakota Johnson and Chris Evans for modern rom-com Materialists. And that's before mentioning his scene-stealing statement T-shirt at the Thunderbolts* London premiere in April. As someone who found A-list fame a little later in life thanks to turns in Game of Thrones and Narcos, the 51-year-old actor has always seemed relaxed about sharing his views. When we caught up with him at the UK launch event for The Fantastic Four: First Steps in London, Pascal had no records to set straight or corrections to issue with how fans see him. 'What is the biggest misconception about me? I don't know. I think I'm not aware of any misconceptions,' he mused to Metro. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video The turning on his usual cheeky charm, he added: 'Unless… if it's all positive, then they're all right!' A very on-brand answer for the internet's favourite actor/'daddy'. He similarly brushed off being crowned Harper Bazaar's fourth (do we see a link?) hottest man of all time, sharing mock outrage until he learned James Dean was number one. 'Okay fine. If we're going that far back, then fine by me!' Grabbing a few minutes too with Pascal's co-star Joseph Quinn, who plays Ben Grimm/The Thing, the Stranger Thing actor revealed he'd not reached out to nor heard from Michael Chiklis or Jamie Bell, who portrayed the part in the previous Fantastic Four movies, in 2005, 2007 and 2015. And in terms of his performance, he said it was all his own – and helped along by the cast, which also includes Vanessa Kirby and The Bear's Ebon Moss-Bachrach. 'I wasn't drawing from any kind of specific performance for this, I don't think,' he shared. 'Going into it, I knew that the role would be very dependent on the dynamic that was created from the other the actors, so I didn't go into it with any kind of specific manifesto or aiming or any kind of target. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video 'It presented itself as we started filming.' Director Matt Shakman also explained how his previous work on Wandavision had helped him prepare to take on a feature-length MCU movie. 'In some ways Wandavision was six hours done in roughly the same amount of time so it felt a little bit like I'd been swinging two or three bats, and now I could swing only one and focus on two hours instead of six!' he laughed. 'But all the things that I've done before I feel like have given me little tools that I put in my toolkit, whether its working on Game of Thrones or Monarch for Apple, you get familiar with different ways to accomplish VFX or stunts or building character, building words. I like to gather things as I go and it helps me with the next project.' To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Shakman also teased a scene that he's especially excited for fans to see in the film. More Trending 'There's something that happens in the middle of the movie that I'm particularly proud of that I feel draws on my own experience a little bit as a parent.' With Disney keeping the full film firmly under wraps until its week of release, we'll have to wait to see it to find out exactly what that is. The Fantastic Four: First Steps is in UK cinemas now.
