Iconic '90s Actress, 49, Leaves Fans Floored by Her Ageless Appearance in Risqué Outfit: 'Wow!' originally appeared on Parade.
Charlize Theron isn't afraid to take fashion risks, and she made that clear with her latest daring look.
The Fast X actress proved once again that age is just a number as she turned heads at the world premiere of The Old Guard 2, held in Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 25, leaving fans totally floored by her youthful glow.
The Oscar-winning actress, who turns 50 later this year, lit up the red carpet in a bold choice: a see-through Givenchy fishnet jumpsuit that showcased both her statuesque figure and signature confidence. The sultry ensemble featured a high turtleneck, while she paired it with heeled booties. Theron layered the piece, sporting an oversized black blazer on top.
For beauty, she opted for a sleek, slicked-back hairstyle, further adding edge to the overall ensemble.

Meanwhile, one person just wished, "I hope I look this good when I'm almost 50 😮💨."
The South African actress reprises her role as the immortal warrior Andromache of Scythia in The Old Guard 2, the sequel to the 2020 Netflix hit. "Andy and her team of immortal warriors continue their mission to protect humanity. This time, they have to face off against a formidable new foe who threatens the very fabric of the Old Guard, while also dealing with the return of an immortal who was thought to be long lost," a synopsis reads, per IMDb.
The flick—also featuring Uma Thurman, KiKi Layne, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Matthias Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Veronica Ngo, Henry Golding, and more—drops via Netflix on July 2, 2025.

Phasmophobia events and updates for 2025: Easter, Halloween, and holiday haunts
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. The Phasmophobia 2025 roadmap promised Easter, Halloween, and Holiday seasonal events would return this year with feedback implemented from its 2024 celebrations, along with new major patches like the Chronicle update. We've already seen some of that with changes to its Easter event, the Cursed Hollow, which added auto-claim for rewards, more personal goodies, and a map rotation. To keep up with the rest of the year's haunting event schedule, we're always watching and waiting—hoping for a sign from the Blood Moon cult—and plan to record any release date evidence or speculation below. The Phasmophobia Chronicle update launched on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Chronicle is one of the two major game updates outlined in Kinetic's roadmap for the year, with another "Player Character Overhaul" in the pipeline for later. I had the chance to do a little early ghost hunting myself in a Chronicle update preview, and wound up haunted by some awfully talkative ghosties showing off the game's new sounds. The next Phasmophobia seasonal event should bring back the Blood Moon Cult sometime in October. For now, we only know it begins in its usual spooky month to kick off around Halloween, but we'll keep watching for any confirmed dates. And while they don't count as a seasonal event per se, you can score Phasmophobia Twitch Drops by connecting your Twitch account through the in-game menu. You'll need to watch two hours of Phasmophobia streams on Twitch between June 24 to July 15 to get the special ID card and badge. Ghost Hunters typically don't get much notice before a Phas event begins, but we can at least speculate based on teases and historical hauntings of years past. So far, we've seen the Cursed Hollow in April, but can only speculate on a timeline for the other holidays. We'll keep the usuals, plus any updates or extras like Phasmophobia Twitch Drops, outlined below. Event/Update Dates Cursed Hollow (Easter) April 17 - May 7 Chronicle Update June 24 Chronicle Twitch Drops June 24 - July 15 Halloween October - November Holiday Mid December Aside from those seasonal events, Phasmophobia also has one more major update planned for 2025, simply titled the Player Character Overhaul for now. There's also a rework to Grafton Farmhouse on the way, plus a "new small map" mentioned in the roadmap. Phasmophobia Sound Recorder: Noisy hauntingsPhasmophobia Crucifix: Stop huntsPhasmophobia Ghost types: Scary spiritsPhasmophobia Spirit Box questions: Deadly Q&APhasmophobia Cursed Hollow: Egg hunt There's no going back to collect some old rewards, but keeping track of historic haunts is helping in predicting any upcoming ghost activity. Or it's just a nice way to double-check your trophy cabinet and mourn the empty spaces. 2022 Event dates Easter — April 15 - April 20 Halloween — October 7 - November 4 Holiday — December 14, 2022 - January 9, 2023 2023 Event dates Easter — March 26 - April 9 Halloween — October 26 - November 10 Holiday — December 11, 2023 - January 9, 2024 2024 Event dates Easter — March 26 - April 9 Halloween: Crimson Eye — October 28 - November 17 Holiday: Winter's Jest — December 12 - December 31

At 13, He Lost His Arm. Now He's a Top Peloton Coach
Growing up, Logan Aldridge could never sit still—and if you've met him, you know that hasn't changed. Sitting across from him in his cowboy hat at Sounds Like Nashville Live, his smile was warm and his energy magnetic, so much so that you might not even notice he's missing his left arm. And that's exactly how he wants it. When Aldridge was 13, he was out wakeboarding—something his family did almost every weekend. In an instant, the rope he was holding tangled in the boat's propeller. His left arm was severed, and blood was everywhere. On the way to the hospital, still in shock and trying to process what had just happened, he looked to his mom for answers. 'In the ambulance, when I was thinking, 'Oh my gosh, my arm might get amputated,' I asked my mom [what would happen],' he told Men's Journal. 'And she says, 'Logan, it's just an arm.' That mentality can be viewed by someone as tough love, but it was also the moment that shifted my perspective. It kind of transformed the way I saw myself—and what could become of this.'Aldridge has never let his accident define him, and he doesn't want it to define how others see him either. After he lost his arm, he stood up in front of his entire school and told them what happened—head-on, no drama, no whispers. He's never been afraid of the spotlight—and he's spent the years since turning that resilience into a movement. Today, Aldridge is Peloton's only adaptive fitness instructor. The accident that changed his life also changed how he sees others: with compassion, not caution. While he encourages his trainees to work within the realities of their bodies, you better believe he'll still push them. "My coaching style is one of inclusive accessibility and democratization of fitness, where there shouldn't be barriers to entry, especially if the individual has physical limitations. And through that lens, it's made me a really compassionate instructor and coach. But, big but here, I will make you want to throw up." When he was young, Aldridge remembers people constantly trying to help him. Whether it was teachers stepping in to assist before he had a chance to figure things out, or people gently reminding him of what might be harder now that he'd lost his dominant arm, he understood they meant well. But he never saw himself that way—and he never wanted to be told what he couldn't he brings that same mindset into his training and coaching. He wants everyone he works with to walk away knowing they're capable of more than they think. That they can work hard, push themselves, and move past the limits they—or others—have placed on them. "Just because you're a seated athlete, bilateral amputee, one arm, or whatever the case may be, I have compassion and understanding, but I don't have sympathy," he said. "I still want to push you and show you, regardless of impairment condition or not, if somebody's timid and afraid, doesn't think they can become strong, I want to show them through affirming, empowering action that they're capable." He's able to do just that through Peloton, a platform that meets people wherever they are—no gym membership required. Since joining in 2022, Aldridge has made it his mission to help people of all abilities see themselves reflected in fitness. "I want to help build a way in which people who are intimidated, fearful, who have disabilities, can have this platform. It doesn't have to be on a bike or a tread. It can be in their pocket. It can be on an app. They can just be on the couch and open the app and just watch, just watch. And then maybe the next day you'll try, you know, it's just baby steps, micro changes that make it to macro solutions. And the community at Peloton is the definition of an inclusive, welcoming, understanding community." At 13, He Lost His Arm. Now He's a Top Peloton Coach first appeared on Men's Journal on Jun 27, 2025

Today's NYT Mini Crossword Clues And Answers For Saturday, June 28
Mini Crossword In case you missed Friday's NYT Mini, you can find the answers here: The NYT Mini is a quick and dirty version of the newspaper's larger and long-running crossword. Most days, there are between three and five clues in each direction on a five by five grid, but the puzzles are sometimes larger, especially on Saturdays. Unlike its larger sibling, the NYT Mini crossword is free to play on the New York Times website or NYT Games app. However, you'll need an NYT Games subscription to access previous puzzles in the archives. The NYT Mini is a fun daily distraction that usually takes no time at all. I try to beat the standard weekday grid in less than a minute. But sometimes I can't quite figure out one or two clues and need to reveal the answer. To help you avoid doing that, here are the NYT Mini Crossword answers (spoilers lie ahead, of course): FEATURED | Frase ByForbes™ Unscramble The Anagram To Reveal The Phrase Pinpoint By Linkedin Guess The Category Queens By Linkedin Crown Each Region Crossclimb By Linkedin Unlock A Trivia Ladder NYT Mini Crossword Clues And Answers ACROSS 1) Detachable parts of a dress form - ARMS 5) Catering container containing caffeine - TEAURN 8) Climbing structure offered in pet stores - CATTREE 9) Gets into town - ARRIVES 10) Frédéric Chopin or Ray Charles, notably - PIANIST 11) They don't hold water - SIEVES 12) __-jerk reaction - KNEE DOWN 1) With some chance of failure - ATARISK 2) Prepare for a new job, maybe - RETRAIN 3) Midday Broadway showing - MATINEE 4) Goal of a noted reality show set on an island - SURVIVE 6) Witherspoon who portrayed June Carter in "Walk the Line" - REESE 7) Lodgings for larks - NESTS 8) Souvenir from a baseball game - CAP Mini Well, you've got to always start with the easy ones, and here that was definitely going to be knee-jerk and I mean, how many other Witherspoons are there in Hollywood? Matinee was easy except for us non-fancy non-NYC people, we call midday movies that. Only one real 'multi-word' one here, At a Risk and I like to avoid those as much as possible, as figuring out one word is enough, much less a phrase. Long puzzle, but not awful.
