Kurt Warner Fires Back at Robert Griffin III Over Caleb Williams Controversy
The Bears got over 3,500 passing yards from the former USC Trojan during his rookie year at Soldier Field with the Bears but his efforts added up to a paltry five wins.

On Saturday, legendary NFL quarterback Kurt Warner weighed in on a recent controversy surrounding the Bears signal caller as he offered a retort to former NFL QB and college football Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III.

Warner's long-winded response garnered over 800 thousand views on Saturday heading toward Sunday as he responded to Griffin's round of question on the Bears' coaching staff.
"Caleb Williams not being taught what to watch on film weekly by his Chicago coaches last year was coaching malpractice," Griffin III wrote on Williams.
"Just because it's the NFL doesn't mean that the development stops. If you want your QB to see the game like you, then teach him how to watch tape like you do," he continued.

Warner challenged RGIII's assertion saying that he was never taught how to watch film by his coaches, although he did watch film with them and developed his own habits in the film room during his playing days.
Warner and Griffin III continued to chat in the comments section with Griffin III stating that Warner overcame bad coaching.
Warner expounded on his comments, making a comment of his own on Griffin's choice of the word "malpractice."

The Giants led 5-3 heading into the ninth, but Geraldo Perdomo led off with a single and then Ketel Marte — who was named a National League All-Star starter at second base earlier in the day — launched a tying homer to right off Camilo Doval for his 18th long ball of the season. Advertisement San Francisco retook the lead in the 10th on Bailey's fly ball to center after Lee advanced to third on an infield single by Heliot Ramos. Doval (4-2) worked the bottom of the 10th for the win. San Francisco's Mike Yastrzemski went deep on the second pitch of the game, driving a fastball into the right field seats. Lee's triple drove home Wilmer Flores to make it 2-0 in the first. The Giants pushed their advantage to 3-0 in the fifth on Rafael Devers' RBI single. Alek Thomas hit a leadoff homer to cut the deficit to 3-1 and the next three batters reached base against Landen Roupp with no outs. Lefty Erik Miller did an admirable job getting out of the jam, allowing Josh Naylor's sacrifice fly but perserving a 3-2 lead. Kershaw became the 20th pitcher to reach 3,000 when Vinny Capra took a slider for a called third strike for the final out of the sixth inning.
