On Monday, the team officially unveiled the first look at its 1933-inspired threads that call back to the beginning days of the franchise with gold helmets, gold jerseys with black stripes and large block lettering; along with the City of Pittsburgh crest on the left shoulder and beige pants. The uniforms will reportedly be worn in the team's "Sunday Night Football" matchup vs. the Green Bay Packers this October after last making an appearance in the mid-'90s. It didn't take long for fans to give their (mostly negative) opinions online. "I am issuing a full apology to the Chargers yellow jerseys, it could always be worse," a user said.
