Top model Kelly Gale caught out in EPIC Photoshop fail

Daily Mail10-07-2025
Kelly Gale has been caught out with another photo editing fail.
The Swedish-Australian model took to Instagram on Thursday to share a photo that showed her posing in a skimpy bikini next to her husband Joel Kinnaman.
Kelly sported a stoic expression as she held her phone aloft to take another photo while her actor husband watched on.
Her slim, enviable frame was on full display in the photo, with the bikini showing off Kelly's trim and toned torso.
However, the image appeared to be augmented with Photoshop or a similar photo- retouching app.
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop.
On closer inspection, Kelly's left hip appeared out of proportion, while the railing behind her also showed slight evidence of warping.
The retouching brush also seems to have worked some magic on Kelly's derriere, too, with a similar warping effect also visible.
Kelly was caught in a similar Photoshop fail back in 2022 when the brunette beauty was called out by followers after sharing another racy bikini selfie.
A number of fans accused her of retouching her stomach after noticing the ocean horizon didn't line up in the image.
'Stomach photoshopped not cool,' one fan wrote.
A French fan also called her out, commenting: 'the photo is retouched too much anyway.'
A third agreed with the previous assessment, adding they were '100 per cent' correct.
'100 per cent [it's Photoshopped], so many of her pictures are photoshopped and over-edited, there is no need for it and it is very obvious the difference between a real photo and an edited one,' they wrote.
However, the image appeared to be augmented with Photoshop or a similar photo-retouching app. Kelly's left hip appeared out of proportion, while the railing behind her also showed slight evidence of warping.
Despite the claims, Kelly has previously insisted that her figure was a result of a combination of a healthy diet, regular gym workouts and outdoor activities such as tennis and beach volleyball.
Kelly's latest editing error comes after she was rushed to hospital due to a mysterious illness back in March.
She took to social media to share a series of photos documenting her hospital visit.
One image captured the Victoria's Secret model being transported in an ambulance, while another showed her resting under a blanket at home, appearing unwell.
In her caption, Kelly wrote some alarming words: 'Well, this is no fun. 105-degree fever. Praying for healing.'
'Not even an electric heated blanket could soothe me with this fever. Had to face my needle phobia head-on. No fun at all,' she added.
The model did not disclose details about her specific illness or her recovery plan.
Kelly and Joel tied the knot in September last year in a romantic ceremony at the Burning Man Festival in the US.
A number of fans accused her of retouching her stomach after noticing the ocean horizon didn't line up in the image
Breaking the news to her fans, Kelly shared an array of stunning shots from their special day, which saw them say 'I do' in a very intimate ceremony in front of a select few guests in the Nevada desert.
Kelly looked stunning in a unique white halter-neck floating dress with cut-out sides and an intricate silver-stitched and beaded bodice.
She completed her bridal look with a white satin and lace hooded-style veil and fixed an extravagant headpiece in her plaited rouge-tinted tresses.
The couple both appeared overjoyed as they beamed from ear to ear during the ceremony, before they sealed their union with a romantic kiss.
'Always been soulmates. Husband & Wife returning from the playa,' she sweetly captioned the post.

Nicole Kidman's Nine Perfect Strangers mansion sells for record price in Byron Bay hinterland

A Byron Bay mansion featured in Nicole Kidman 's hit series Nine Perfect Strangers has sold for a jaw-dropping price, smashing the local suburb record in the process. The luxurious 13-bedroom Ewingsdale property, nestled in the Byron hinterland, quietly changed hands this week for a reported $10 to $12 million. Property insiders confirmed the sale price eclipsed the previous suburb record. Known as Soma, the nine-hectare retreat-style estate was used as the filming location for Nine Perfect Strangers, which starred Kidman as a mysterious wellness guru. Originally intended to be shot in California, production was moved to Byron Bay in 2020 due to the pandemic. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The lavish home was completed in 2019 and boasts a long list of high-end features including a heated pool, infrared sauna, massage room, ice bath, an outdoor cinema and a stunning geodesic yoga dome. Surrounded by ancient fig trees, lychee rainforest and thick bamboo, the main residence is a sanctuary of calm and privacy, and is located a short distance from the beach. The show, based on Liane Moriarty's bestselling novel, follows nine strangers seeking healing and transformation at a luxury wellness retreat. Soma was co-owned by meditation guru Gary Gorrow and media-tech entrepreneur Peter Ostick, who purchased the land it sits on in 2016 for just $1.8 million. The duo then built the statement residence with help from Gorrow's brother, designer and Ksubi co-founder George Gorrow, and a renowned architect. It has been described by agents as one of Byron Shire's most 'photographed lifestyle properties' with 'Zen-like simplicity'. The property also features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, open-plan living zones, and ten luxurious bedroom suites with timber decks and sunset views. Soma is a sought-after luxury escape that reportedly has the potential to generate more than $1.8 million in annual income as a holiday rental, wellness retreat or film location. Despite the high-profile nature of the property, the identity of the new owner remains under wraps. Original owners Peter Ostick, a tech businessman, and Gary Gorrow, a meditation expert, built the property known as Soma in 2019 after snapping up the nine hectare site in 2016 for a mere $1.8m. Fans of Nine Perfect Strangers will recognise Soma as the location for the sinister 'wellness' retreat that was key to the popular crime story. In the series, Nicole stars as Masha Dmitrichenko, a Russian expatriate and the founder of Tranquillum House. Melissa McCarthy, Regina Hall and Samara Weaving feature as guests who come to the retreat in hopes of being healed and transformed spiritually. But things quickly go awry for the guests as the truth about Kidman's character emerges. The series reunited Kidman with Big Little Lies creator and writer David E. Kelley, as well as novelist Liane Moriarty, who wrote the novels both shows were based on.

The Aussie wrestler who has been anointed the new Hulk Hogan by WWE Hall of Famer

Wrestling fans will have a new icon to cheer for in the coming years, with a WWE superstar and hall of famer declaring an Aussie star to be the next Hulk Hogan. Rhea Ripley is an Australian professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, performing on the Raw brand who has taken the world by storm. She's a multiple-time champion and one of the most dominant figures in modern women's wrestling with over six million followers on Instagram. Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, stunned the world on Friday when he died aged 71 after suffering a cardiac arrest at his home in Florida. He rose to global fame in the 1980s, becoming the face of WWE and one of wrestling's most iconic figures. Hogan's charisma, signature leg drop, and catchphrase 'Whatcha gonna do, brother?' helped launch WrestleMania into a worldwide phenomenon. He later reinvented himself as Hollywood Hogan in WCW, leading the influential New World Order (NWO) faction. Kevin Nash is a former professional wrestler and WWE Hall of Famer, who was also a founding member of the New World Order. One of his most notable moments with Hulk Hogan came in 1996 when they joined forces with Scott Hall to form the NWO, turning Hogan heel and revolutionising wrestling storylines. In May, Nash told the Wrestling News podcast that he saw the same qualities in Ripley as he did in Hogan. 'Rhea, so athletic,' Nash said. 'She's Rhea. Looks like she could, like she could go against probably 50% of the male roster.' 'I saw Hogan work, and I swore Hogan was six nine, because his was, he was just bigger than life, his charisma, everything else. 'It's the same thing with Rhea. I thought Rhea was like a six-foot 185-pound girl, and she's probably five seven, right? Nash believes Ripley has the same athleticism and larger-than-life persona that Hogan did 'You know, she's just, but, but on TV, the way she moves, you know, she's just, she comes across as big of a life. Which, which stars do.' 'I'm just a mark for her. She pulls everything off.' Ripley began her WWE journey in 2017 and quickly gained attention in the Mae Young Classic. She became the first-ever NXT UK Women's Champion, making history as WWE's first female Australian titleholder. Her dominance continued in NXT, where she captured the Women's Championship and defended it at WrestleMania 36. After moving to the main roster, Ripley joined The Judgment Day faction and became a fixture in high-profile storylines. In 2023, she won the Royal Rumble from the number one entry spot, an unmatched feat in the women's division. That same year, she defeated Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 39 in a widely praised title match. Her reign as Women's World Champion lasted 380 days, tying the record for the longest in WWE history. Ripley has also held the Raw Women's and Women's Tag Team titles, becoming a Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion. Her popularity soared beyond wrestling, becoming the most-played female character in WWE 2K25. She even went viral after beating Conor McGregor in a strength contest during a media event.

John Whaite rose to fame after winning The Great British Bake Off in 2012. 4 TV star John Whaite has competed in Strictly and Great British Bake Off Credit: PA 4 He danced with Johannes Radebe on Strictly Credit: PA 4 The star returned to OnlyFans earlier this year Credit: Instagram The 36-year-old later competed on Strictly Come Dancing, finishing as runner-up behind Rose Ayling-Ellis. Speaking to Gay Times Magazine, John opened up about his experiences in the TV industry. The baker and presenter said: "I think the deeper conversation here is about welfare generally within the TV industry. I think that is still very much an elusive beast. "As soon as Strictly finishes, it's like, get out the hotel, get out the flat, go home, but that is a life- altering event for the individual who's been subject to the headlines, often at the hand of these shows, because these shows sometimes feed stories to the media. "TV is manipulative and it's a distortion of truth, there's always an ulterior motive. "People aren't being fed the unadulterated, objective truth. And I certainly don't subscribe to that." Continuing, John recounted how he was "around 23" during his time on Bake Off. He recalled thinking his "existence hinged on being successful in television." John added: "But I think when you go through all these different permutations of your life, you start to realise that the b******t just does not matter. "What actually matters is your health, your sanity, your loved ones, your family, be it biological or chosen." Strictly and OnlyFans star John Whaite opens up on health struggle, saying 'it makes life almost unbearable' Elsewhere in the interview, John revealed a family member had called him "disgusting" due to his OnlyFans content. The Sun previously revealed how he made a return to the platform earlier this year. The star had been posting a series of very explicit videos and images for his legion of subscribers on the adult-only website. Sources close to the star – who was paired with Johannes Radebe on Strictly - said: 'John has been telling friends he feels really empowered by posting what he wants. 'He's in amazing shape and is proud of how far he has come. 'He's says it really has nothing to do with money and it's not about helping fund his bakery business. 'John doesn't care what anyone else thinks. "He's really happy with the content he is creating.'
