Masked Singer's Pearl Revealed? ‘Let Me Get a Big Hell Yeah' for This Theory
Like Pearl, for example. Remember Pearl? Last seen in the Group B finale on March 19, this literal treasure has stunned the judges with impressive performances of songs like Whitney Houston's 'Saving All My Love For You' and Dolly Parton's 'Here You Come Again.'

Masked Singer's Mad Scientist Monster Revealed? Let Us State Our Theory
Pearl's talent has never been in question. Her identity, however, has been a bit tougher to nail down. But unlike the show's know-nothing judges (no disrespect!), I have the internet at my disposable, making it much easier to decipher her clues.
That's why I'm fully confident sharing this pearl of wisdom with you: the celebrity taking on this particular persona is… the Grammy Award-winning 'Redneck Woman' herself, Gretchen Wilson!
In this case, I can't even say that I recognized Wilson by her voice. Frankly, she's been a chameleon in this competition, effortlessly shifting her sound to fit each song. I'm not sure I would have even considered her, had it not been for a pair of extremely check-able facts.
In Pearl's second clue package, she mentioned tending bar when she was still a kid. Sure enough, Wilson is quoted in this 2004 article about how she bartended in Chicago when she was just 15 years old.
Still not convinced? In her third clue package, Pearl recalled borrowing an outfit from Parton when she was lucky enough to perform with her idol on stage. And what do you know, here's an article about how Parton gifted Wilson with an outfit ahead of their collaboration at the 2019 CMA Awards.
Pearl returns to The Masked Singer on Wednesday (Fox, 8/7c), when she'll face off against the other members of the Lucky Six — Boogie Woogie, Coral, Mad Scientist Monster, Nessy and Paparazzo — in the hopes of advancing to the Season 13 quarterfinals.
Do you agree that Wilson is Pearl? Which other celebrity identities have you figured out? And which character do you want to win Season 13? Drop a comment with your thoughts on all things below.

Did Carrie and Aidan Break Up on 'And Just Like That'? Here's What Producers Say
[Major spoilers ahead for this week's episode of And Just Like That.] Okay, the And Just Like That... writers room must be reading the commentary online, because after bringing Aidan back last season only to put he and Carrie in a long distance relationship this season, they have decided to break them up after all. In this week's episode, Aidan becomes wary of Carrie's relationship with Duncan, and that starts a whole discussion about how he still doesn't trust her after all these years. It's a devastating argument to watch, and at the end of it, they decide to break up because Carrie admits that she's no longer "100 percent" in the relationship. Executive producer Elisa Zuritsky told TVLine that the decision to break them up was actually made pretty early in the crafting of the season. 'It wasn't a fiery debate in the room. I think it really came down to the way the previous season ended, with Aidan's family proving to be such an obstacle,' she said. She also said the team 'really did want to play it out in the real world and think of [Carrie and Aidan] as real people, and take them out of the fantasy Disney prince and princess happy ending that we were kind of playing with in season 2. It did feel like too much to ask of those two people, especially with their baggage.' Fellow executive producer Julie Rottenberg agreed, saying that it was not realistic for their relationship to move forward considering everything that's happened. 'I think we all knew their problems were systemic enough that they would not survive,' Rottenberg says. As devastating as this is, does this finally mean we'll get to see single Carrie dating around? A girl can dream!!

‘And Just Like That' fans are thrilled that Carrie and ‘manipulative' Aidan have split again: ‘She don't need that loser'
And just like that… strike three for Aidan Shaw. In Thursday's episode of 'And Just Like That,' Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) and her long-distance love (played by John Corbett) called it quits — for the third time — and fans are rejoicing. In the season's ninth episode, titled 'Present Tense,' the couple clash over Aidan's jealousy toward Carrie's friendship with her downstairs neighbor and writing partner, Duncan Reeves (Jonathan Cake). Aidan confesses he still has trust issues stemming from Carrie's infamous affair with Big in 'Sex and the City.' HBO MAX The tension boils over into a street-side argument, and by the end, they decide to part ways — again. Carrie and Aidan's on-again, off-again romance dates back to Seasons 3 and 4 of the original series, where they also broke up — twice. Advertisement And this split has certainly put viewers in high spirits, with many taking to X (formerly Twitter) to voice their excitement. 8 Fans are rejoicing that the pair's on-again, off-again romance is over. 'Carrie finally woke up and realized she was hot and rich asf! She don't need that loser next to her.' Advertisement Another person posted, 'CARRIE LEFT AIDAN!!!!!! 🚨🚨 Yay! He was the literal worst. He was so manipulative.' 'I never thought I would say this, but thank God Carrie and Aidan finally broke up,' a third said. 8 Other viewers weren't as thrilled with the news of the couple's split. HBO MAX Other critics, however, weren't quite as enthusiastic. Advertisement 'Everyone seems so happy with what has happened with Aidan. I know he is no longer who Carrie needs, but did people actually hate him from 'SATC'?' one user posted. 'I always thought he was the one for her. I'm not celebrating — I'm sad about this.' Another fan was more critical of the reason behind the split, writing: 'I think it was lazy for Carrie and Aidan to break up for the same reason. What's the lesson? Men don't change? You never get over cheating? Don't try to rekindle an old romance? I think I would have just enjoyed it more if they broke up for something different.' 8 Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw and John Corbett as Aidan Shaw in 'And Just Like That' HBO MAX 'And Just Like That' executive producer Elisa Zuritsky told TVLine on Thursday that Carrie and Aidan's breakup was decided 'pretty early on' this season. Peyton Meyer Exits Days of Our Lives: Did Doug Williams Redeem Himself Before Leaving Salem?
Days of Our Lives may have been renewed for two more seasons, but we know one handsome troublemaker who won't be around to see them. The Peacock soap's Friday, July 25 episode marked Peyton Meyer's departure as necklace thief-slash-heartbreaker Doug Williams III. Doug's final episode began with a well-deserved tongue-lashing from Gabi, who criticized his parade of stupid decisions that ultimately led to her daughter's kidnapping. 'Ari's great-grandfather took you in, gave you a job, and this is how you repay him?' she asked. Visibly riddled with guilt, Doug took full responsibility for his missteps and handed Gabi an apology letter he wrote for Roman. More from TVLine Days of Our Lives Snags Two-Season Renewal at Peacock, Keeping It Streaming Through 2028 White House Targets The View's Joy Behar, Warns Daytime Talker Could Be 'Next to Get Pulled Off the Air' Eileen Fulton, Who Played As the World Turns' Villainous Lisa Miller, Dead at 91 During a walk through Horton Square, Doug bumped into a panicked Gwen, who quickly deduced that he must be the one who stole Julie's necklace — though her pursuit was interrupted by an unfortunate run-in with Gabi. (Then again, has anyone had a fortunate run-in with Gabi lately?) Doug's next stop was to Julie's, where he finally made good on his promise to return her priceless (and pricey!) family heirloom. 'I know I've said this before, but I'm really sorry, Julie, about everything,' he told her. 'You took me in and made me feel so welcome. You showed me so much kindness, so much love. I hadn't felt that in a long time, and I know that I blew it big-time, and I broke your heart and your trust, and I'll always regret that. Now, I ought to get going.' But Julie wouldn't let Doug go without giving the audience all of the emotional closure we've been craving. After helping Julie put the necklace on, the two shared a beautiful moment in which they connected over family, with Doug telling her about his own personal favorite heirloom — a pair of cufflinks that were once owned by his grandfather Robert. That gave Julie an idea, and she rushed over to the living room to retrieve a pocket watch that Doug carried during his days as a fighter pilot in World War II. 'He always said it brought him luck, so perhaps it'll do the same for you,' Julie told Doug, even promising to wire him the money he needs to pay off his loan shark. 'Until you pay off the debt, you're in danger,' she said. 'I wouldn't want to see you hurt. … It's what my husband would have wanted. You're his grandson, and you're my family.' (Seriously, how did Susan Seaforth Hayes not get a Daytime Emmy nomination?!) 'Would you do me a favor?' Julie asked on Doug's way out the door. 'You have a great deal of potential. You're loaded with wonderful DNA. You've just got to get your life together. And when you do, come back to Salem and show me how well you're doing.' He promised that he would, then walked out of Julie's life as quickly as he entered it. Meyer, whose previous credits include roles on ABC's American Housewife and Disney Channel's Girl Meets World, joined Days of Our Lives in December 2024, playing a mysterious young man who shocked Julie by revealing himself to be her late husband's estranged grandson. Unfortunately, he shocked her again when he stole her precious necklace. In addition to his thievery, Doug also made money working as a busboy at the Brady Pub; his brief love interests in Salem included Holly and Ari. Will you miss seeing Doug on Days, or is he better off leaving Salem in his rearview mirror? And are you hoping to see him make good on that promise to Julie someday?
