, Horace Grant, who was a four-time champion too, shared shocking details about $170,000 Child Support Fraud. Because of this alleged fraud, his pension account was frozen, leaving him cash-strapped.
Grant talked at length about it on the Child Support is Fraud podcast. Among other details explained was a shocking claim about the judge who oversaw the child support case proceedings. According to Grant, the judge was the same one who decided his divorce proceedings. He went on to claim that the judge was fake.

Here is what he shared about how he got defrauded by the child support agency:
'This is what the child support agency tried to do to me. It's called a quadro, Qualified Domestic Relationship Order. They went after my pension.'
Elaborating further, he said, 'Here's the kicker. Here's the kicker. If they don't have a signed affidavit by a judge, in 180 days, the quadro is void.
Here's the catch. 180 days pass. No judge sign.
They didn't have anything. Next thing you know, two weeks later, there's a judge sign, and we got to keep it frozen.'
Unfolding the drama around the case, he further shared, 'Guys, take a guess who was that judge.
Her name is Erin M. Childs. Was in my divorce. She was the fake judge in my divorce.'
When the interviewer asked him if everything he claimed was real, he said, 'Facts. And I got receipts.'
As per this revelation, Horace Grant was not supposed to part with money as the stipulated 180 days had passed, and the Child Support Agency had not obtained the required signature of a judge on the affidavit. So, as per Grant, he was unlawfully denied access to the pension fund.

Taylor Swift set to become Chiefs' biggest fan as she commits to Travis Kelce's full 2025 season

Taylor Swift is attending numerous Kansas City Chiefs games this NFL season (Getty Images) For the first time since she and Travis Kelce began dating, Taylor Swift is entering an NFL season without the crushing demands of a global tour. With her record-breaking Eras Tour officially wrapped, Swift is prioritizing time with her boyfriend — and that means a front-row seat to the Kansas City Chiefs' 2025 campaign. Taylor Swift clears her fall schedule to fully embrace Chiefs Kingdom alongside Travis Kelce According to a PEOPLE insider, 'Taylor plans to be at as many of his games as possible,' signaling a shift from a relationship long shaped by flight itineraries and tour stops to one rooted in routine, support, and shared Sundays. Swift wrapped up her 149-show, five-continent Eras Tour in December 2024 — an undertaking so massive it often meant red-eye flights between shows and stadium seats, trying to steal moments with Kelce between NFL road trips and post-show decompression. But now, with no performances standing in the way, the Grammy winner is reportedly 'really looking forward to the upcoming NFL season.' As the source emphasized, 'It's the first season where she's not constantly flying back and forth or working around an entire touring calendar.' The couple's early relationship played out under a cloud of chaos — Swift was on the move constantly, and Kelce was juggling football, fame, and family. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like An engineer reveals: One simple trick to get internet without a subscription Techno Mag Learn More Undo 'The past two seasons were a whirlwind between performing across multiple countries, long flights, and trying to squeeze in alone time together wherever possible,' the insider added. 'It wasn't easy but they made it work.' Kelce, for his part, never took her efforts for granted. 'She tried to get to as many as she could last year, and she came to a lot,' he said during an appearance on Bussin' with the Boys. 'We'll have Tay representing up at Arrowhead.' Now, as Kelce gears up for his 13th NFL season, the couple is embracing a new rhythm — one built around Sunday tailgates and fewer red carpets. Swift won't just be a rare face at the Super Bowl or high-profile matchups — she's expected to be a consistent presence in Arrowhead's suites and even at select away games. Cash at HC judge's home: VP for probe

1 2 3 4 Kochi: Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar has said that the country went through a terrible time recently due to events in the judiciary concerning large amounts of cash found in the official residence of a high court judge. "It was worrisome because not many knew of it until a week later. The question that remains is whether this is an isolated incident or if there are other similar incidents," he said. During an interaction with the students of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) in Kochi, Dhankhar said it was important to find out those who are culpable and bring them to justice. "But so far, there has been no FIR." 'Centre Is Handicapped': VP Dhankhar Warns Of 'Ides Of March' In Judge Cash-At-Home Row He said that where there has to be rule of law, there has to be equality before the law, which means every crime must be investigated. "If the money is so huge in volume, we have to find out if it is tainted money? What is the source of this money? How was it stocked in the official residence of a judge? To whom did it belong?," he asked. "Several penal provisions are violated in the process. I do hope an FIR will be registered. We must go to the root of the matter because, for democracy, it matters that our judiciary, in whom the faith is unshakable, has its very foundations shaken. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like An engineer reveals: One simple trick to get internet without a subscription Techno Mag Learn More Undo The citadel is tottering because of this incident," he said. Dhankhar said that each of the pillars of democracy must perform its function. But if the executive function is done by the legislature or judiciary, that will be antithetical to the essence and spirit of the doctrine of separation of powers. "I am aghast that a functionary of the executive, like the CBI director, is appointed with the participation of the Chief Justice of India. Why? The CBI director is not the senior-most person in the hierarchy. He has above him several layers: Chief vigilance commissioner, cabinet secretary, all secretaries. After all, he's heading a department. Why should an appointment of the executive be made by anyone else other than the executive?" he said, asking the students to study and work on these topics. "There is a constitutional provision, if you can understand, that certain constitutional authorities are not permitted to hold assignments after their office — like a public service commission member cannot take any assignment under the govt. The comptroller and auditor general can't take that assignment. The chief election commissioner and election commissioners can't take that assignment because they must be free not to be subjected to allurements and temptations. This was not for judges. Why? Because judges were expected to be totally away from it. And now we have post-retirement posts for judges," he said.

HC dismisses ‘fake degree' plea against UP deputy CM Maurya

Prayagraj: The Allahabad high court on Monday dismissed a petition seeking registration of a criminal case against Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister and senior BJP leader Keshav Prasad Maurya over allegations of submitting fake educational degrees while contesting elections and obtaining a petrol pump dealership. Rejecting the revision petition filed by one Diwakar Nath Tripathi, a BJP leader and social activist from Prayagraj, Justice Sanjay Kumar Singh said, "The complainant-revisionist is not a person deceived by Keshav Prasad Maurya (second respondent in the petition). He had no locus to move an application under section 156 (3) of CrPC seeking direction to register FIR regarding the alleged offence of cheating and forgery, which are not covered under section 39 (public to give information of certain offences) of CrPC. " "The wheels of criminal justice system cannot be permitted to be clogged by frivolous complaints where a complainant himself is not aggrieved or victim in any manner," the court added. Passing the order, the bench said: "The proceedings appear to be prima facie initiated maliciously by the revisionist with oblique motives and an intention to gain some advantage or settle his score." Tripathi had approached the HC after the additional chief judicial magistrate (ACJM) in Prayagraj dismissed his application in 2021 under section 156(3) of CrPC, which sought a police investigation into the alleged fake educational degrees of Maurya. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like An engineer reveals: One simple trick to get internet without a subscription Techno Mag Learn More Undo In her order Sept 4, 2021, the ACJM had found that no cognisable offence was made out against Maurya. Tripathi later challenged the ACJM's order before the high court. However, in Feb 2024, the court dismissed his revision on the ground of delay, noting that the petition was filed more than 300 days after the trial court's order. However, in Jan this year, the Supreme Court condoned the delay and directed the high court to consider the matter on the merits. Pursuant to the SC's directions, Tripathi again approached the Allahabad HC with a fresh revision petition taking the same allegations and grounds. The matter was admitted in Apr 2025, and judgment was reserved on May 23, 2025.
