This limited edition Lamborghini with 63 miles can now be yours

It's hard to argue that Lamborghinis are sexy on their own, but there's a special allure to the limited-edition examples. The Aventador-based Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 was the Italian automaker's first hybrid-electric vehicle and was limited to 63 units produced between 2020 and 2022. The FKP 37 suffix was added in honor of Volkswagen Group chairman Ferdinand Karl Piëch.
Now there's one for sale on Bring a Trailer that could be yours if your pockets are deep enough. This particular example was delivered new to Fields Motorcars in Orlando, Florida, in Verde Triton, with an interior finished in olive green, black Poltrona Frau leather, and Alcantara. Under the hood is a 6.5-liter V12 paired with a 48-volt electric motor that sends a combined 808 hp to all four wheels. Both the engine and the motor send power through a seven-speed automated manual transmission and are energized by a supercapacitor.
In addition to the Italian leather and Alcantara, the cabin was the first in a Lamborghini to use 3D-printed elements as well. Plenty of contrasting gold accents throughout remind you of the value of the car you're in, including gold center console pieces, door panel trim, and Lamborghini script on the dashboard.Other features that make the Sian special include Ad Personam options, the carbon-fiber exterior package, an electrochromic roof panel, a rear self-locking differential, vacuum-assisted carbon-ceramic brakes, pushrod-actuated magnetorheological dampers, electronic stability control, variable-ratio steering, rear-wheel steering, and gold-color staggered-dimension wheels. The Ad Personam options and the carbon-fiber package alone were $105,216 each.
Oh and the MSRP? An eye-watering $2,880,255.
The current owner bought this Sian just a month ago, and its odometer shows only 63 miles. According to the Carfax report, 59 of those were delivery miles, meaning this Lamborghini has suffered the dreaded "collector's item" treatment. Included in the sale are a copy of the window sticker, a scale model, a Lamborghini-branded CTEK charger, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Wisconsin title. Its looks may be polarizing, but the Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 is one mean machine, and a lucky recipient of yet another V12 engine. It is unfortunate that this particular example has been treated as a trophy, rather than the supercar it is, but hopefully its next owner will remedy that.
With only 63 examples produced and an MSRP of nearly $3 million, the current bid of $1,150,000 should not surprise anyone. The auction ends in nine days, and if you've read these before, you should already know my request: Can we take it for a spin if you win?

Italy Said to Back Breakup of Iveco With Sales to Tata, Leonardo

The Italian government is broadly supportive of Iveco Group NV 's plans to break up its business by selling its defense unit to Leonardo SpA and its commercial trucking division to India's Tata Motors Ltd., according to people familiar with the matter. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's government has privately signaled it would back the proposed transaction as long as Iveco's strategically important defense unit is sold to a group led by Leonardo, a state-controlled defense company, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing sensitive information.

Vlahovic and Goncalo Ramos' future intertwined as United wait

Manchester United may lose two of their potential striking targets to the same team. Striker search After missing out on Liam Delap, Viktor Gyokeres and Hugo Ekitike to Premier League rivals, United are still searching for number nine solutions. The news broke yesterday that United had narrowed their search down to Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins and Red Bull Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko. Nonetheless, should United also miss out on these options, they have been linked to loan options that could come at the end of August. Loan opportunities Juventus' relationship with Dusan Vlahovic is at an all-time low and the club is desperate to see the player leave the club this summer. Moreover, United have been linked to the Serbian and have also been credited with interest in Paris Saint-Germain's Portuguese attacker, Goncalo Ramos. AC Milan lurking United could swoop for either player but this is under threat by the summer activity of Italian giants AC Milan. The Rossoneri's interest in Vlahovic has already been reported on. Italian outlet Calciomercato assert that 'AC Milan is trying to intensify contacts to find the right formula for signing the Juventus number nine. This signing will only happen if the player reduces his net salary to €6-7 million.' The Juventus striker is said to be the club's 'main priority' but the club does have a back-up plan, involving another United target. It is reported that 'AC Milan, however, is also considering other options and their plan B is Goncalo Ramos, the Portuguese striker owned by PSG, who is seeking more playing time and who is looking at his transfer options.' PSG have no intention of selling Ramos, who they paid €65 million just two years ago. Nonetheless, they could be open to a loan move, something that Milan would favour due to their restricted financial situation.
