Pamela Anderson Steps Out in Showgirl-Worthy Style at the Met Gala 2025
Pamela Anderson has had quite a year. First, the 57-year-old star's career-defining turn as veteran Las Vegas dancer Shelly in Gia Coppola's The Last Showgirl got rave reviews and earned her a Golden Globe nomination; now, with the chaos of awards season behind her, Anderson is ready to celebrate the first Monday in May with her oldest son Brandon Thomas Lee by her side.
Anderson hit the red carpet at the 2025 Met Gala with Lee, a producer and actor known for his roles in TV shows and movies including Cosmic Sin and Sierra Burgess is a Loser. (Anderson's younger son, Dylan Jagger Lee, is also a model and musician.) Anderson wore an ice-blue silk mesh Tory Burch gown embroidered with twisted silver sequins and a mix of scattered crystals, and in a nod to the night's Tailored for You dress code, the dress's silhouette was tailored from the inside out using traditional menswear techniques. Lee wore a custom tuxedo by Genuardi.
Anderson and Lee's professional collaboration didn't begin and end with the Met Gala, of course; Lee was credited as an executive producer on The Last Showgirl, telling Variety in December 2024 of his involvement with the film: 'My personal mission was to give my mom the opportunities she gave me as a child. She would do anything for me. She showed up and was a very good mother.'
Hopefully, we'll have many more projects (not to mention red-carpet looks) coming our way from Pamela Anderson & Sons in the future.

Here's why you should add "I Know What You Did Last Summer" to your watch list this weekend. "I Know What You Did Last Summer" centers on four teenage friends who accidentally hit a pedestrian following a beach trip to celebrate July 4. They don't alert the authorities and instead dispose the body, vowing to never discuss the horrible incident again. However, a year later, Julie James (Jennifer Love Hewitt), receives a letter revealing that someone else was on the road that night and knows exactly what they did. Seeking revenge, a hook-wielding killer fisherman begins haunting the four friends throughout their town of Southport, North Carolina, set on taking out the kiddos one by bloody one. Again, the original "I Know What You Did Last Summer" wasn't exactly an immediate hit with professional critics. On Rotten Tomatoes, where the film holds an approval rating of 48%, the critical consensus reads: "A by-the-numbers slasher that arrived a decade too late, the mostly tedious 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' will likely only hook diehard fans of the genre." However, some critics were more charmed by the horror flick, which, along with "Scream" a year earlier, helped revive the slasher genre. Derek Elley of Variety called it a "polished genre piece with superior fright elements that should perform at better-than-average theatrical levels," while Richard Harrington of The Washington Post dubbed it "a smart and sharply-drawn genre film with a moral center, and with a solid cast of young actors to hold it." In the decades since its release, "I Know What You Did Last Summer" has endured among horror fans (and been the subject of many a funny parody) thanks to its very nineties-ness, from those Williamson-penned precocious teens to the megawatt '90s names playing them ("Party of Five" star Jennifer Love Hewitt, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" icon Sarah Michelle Gellar.) A$AP Rocky's AWGE SS26 Returns to Paris in "Obligatory Fashion"

Drawing from his own court house experience of his most recent public trial, the collection and set was a comment on the powerful alchemy that converts items born from practicality or social circumstance into symbols of aspirational style. This narrative unfolded through garments that challenged perceptions, blurring lines between what's considered foundational and what's deemed cutting-edge. On the runway, Rocky offered tantalizing glimpses of his forthcoming PUMA footwear collaboration, featuring the striking Mostro Gabbia and a distressed interpretation of the classic Speedcat. Further elevating the footwear, Christian Louboutin lent select silhouettes, which were then customized with bespoke AWGE charms by Pavē Niteō. The collection was quintessentially Rocky, showcasing varying sides of the the multi-hyphenate musician. Taking inspiration from the suits he wore to the court and his everyday garb that consists of oversized bomber jackets and untucked gingham button-downs, the collection hinged on wearability for numerous occasions. From double-breasted cream and vibrant green suits to multi-layered boxers under low-riding chinos, the collection touches upon every facet of Rocky's fashion wardrobe. Explicit and implicit statements were made, including wearable bullet-proof vests and jerseys that read, 'Not Guilt, Stop Snitchin.' A family affair, front row saw the likes of Rihanna, their son, A$AP Nast and more support Rocky on his second show.

Rainn Wilson: Making The Office After Carell A Struggle
At this point, the American remake of The Office is one of the most beloved TV sitcoms in the history of the medium. It's just a fact. A large part of what made the show work so well was Steve Carell's performance as Michael Scott. He effectively made the character iconic, and he even won a Golden Globe for his efforts in 2006. You probably also know that Steve left the show at the end of its seventh season, in 2011. The show would go on for two more seasons before closing out for good in 2013. Some believe that the show was never the same after Steve left, and it sounds like that includes Rainn Wilson, who played Dwight Schrute across all nine seasons of The Office. In a recent appearance on the Good Guys podcast, Rainn got real about how the cast tried to make it to the end without their effective lead anchor of a performance. 'When Steve left, then it was a little bit chaotic of trying to figure out the tone of the show and who's the lead and, how are we telling these stories without, you know, the comic engine of the show, which is Michael Scott, and without one of the greatest comic actors in American history at the center of our show," he said. "That was also a struggle.' Rainn also said that, for most of the show's cast, the writing had been on the wall about anticipating Steve's departure — and they were none too surprised when it took place. "We knew it was coming for a long time," he said, after noting that Steve was "such a big movie star at the time." 'He was doing, like, Burt Wonderstone and these big comedies," Rainn added. "I'm forgetting all the names of them at the time, but, Get Smart, you know? [Movies] that were in 2,000 theaters at the multiplex." 'So, of course, he's going to leave The Office when he can!'
