During the task, one couple's chemistry couldn't be ignored by fans.
Ben Holbrough was most stirred by international business graduate Alima Gagigo.
While Alima's heart rate was raised the most by Harrison, viewers have clocked her attraction with model Ben.
The ITV2 dating show saw the Islanders suck fingers, strip off and even spank each other in the saucy challenge.
