Matthew McConaughey and Emma Roberts awkwardly ignored actress Gillian Anderson at the Jacquemus Paris Fashion Week show on Monday. The X Files star was seen smiling uncomfortably and staring straight ahead while seated in the front row as McConaughey and Roberts rudely talked over her, per a viral TikTok video shared by the French fashion house. Roberts was spotted speaking energetically with her hands while the How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actor leaned close to her. Neither Roberts nor McConaughey appeared to be including the two-time Golden Globe winner in the conversation. Fans flooded the comments section of the video while reacting to the icy display from Roberts and the Interstellar star. 'Poor Gillian is stuck next to Emma Roberts,' one person commented on the post. 'Matthew, why are you taking up so much space? Gillian barely fits,' a second critic said. 'Just my gurl Gillian casually looking at me with those googly eyes,' a fan joked about her blank expression. McConaughey was joined by his wife, Camila Alves, who sat on his other side. It appears the awkward moment was only fleeting as McConaughey and Alves were seen posing for a photo with Anderson at the event. Anderson also snapped a pic with him and Roberts. The Crown star, 56, looked elegant in a black sleeveless turtleneck dress, oxblood red shoes and a co-ordinating red purse. McConaughey, 55, looked dapper in a buttonless cream blazer and black slacks. The Scream Queens actress, 34, channelled ballet vibes in a white tutu and a grey short-sleeve sweater. She finished the look with black heels and a black clutch, styling her hair in a bun. Later in the day, Roberts made an outfit change by swapping her sweater for an edgy black T-shirt. Other stars seated in the coveted front row included Stormzy, Aya Nakamura, BB Trickz, Armand Duplantis, Jules Koundé, Laura Harrier and Benito Skinner.
