Paul Kelly Revives John F. Kennedy Jr.'s Suited Bike Look for Ryan Murphy's ‘American Love Story'

Paul Kelly was spotted in New York City on Monday on the set of Ryan Murphy's forthcoming FX series 'American Love Story' in costume as John F. Kennedy Jr. The actor portrays the son of President John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in the show, alongside Sarah Pidgeon as Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.
On the set of the series, Kelly was seen wearing a navy suit with a coordinated tie and a collared white button-down dress shirt with brown dress shoes and a white pocket square. Along with the suited look, Kelly was photographed wearing sunglasses and a black hat.

Images of Kelly riding his bike in his suited costume directly reference the '90s paparazzi photographs of John F. Kennedy Jr. seen in Manhattan in suits riding his bike. Known for his sleek, tailored looks, the images are an iconic extension of the New York City fixture and district attorney.
'When JFK Jr. was younger, in the '80s and '90s, there was kind of an effortlessness to his wardrobe — like he could wear anything, and sex appeal would always be there,' designer and newly minted Dior creative director Jonathan Anderson told WWD.
Dag Granath, cofounder of Stockholm-based tailoring brand Saman Amel, has also noted how JFK Jr.'s legacy extends to today, referencing the prominent Kennedy family member as 'one of the historic figures within politics that clients might reference.'
The '80s and '90s in particular made JFK Jr. a style icon. Murphy's iteration of Kennedy and Bessette-Kennedy's story, however, already received scrutiny from fans for costuming choices and representing the tailored '90s fashion for which both late figures were so well known.
'John quickly became a trendsetter in young boys' fashion, usurping the spot formerly held by Prince Charles, heir to the British throne. Mothers across the country took their young boys to barbers and insisted on the 'John-John,'' wrote Steven M. Gillon, friend of Kennedy Jr. and author of 'America's Reluctant Prince: The Life of John F. Kennedy Jr.'
Murphy's 'American Love Story' chronicles the courtship, marriage and tragic deaths of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. The series costars Naomi Watts and Grace Gummer. 'American Love Story' will premiere in February.

Ana de Armas Talks Family Plans Amid Tom Cruise Dating Buzz as Katie Holmes ‘Likes' Post About Them

Ana de Armas is opening up about her dreams of motherhood, revealing that she would like to have children 'soon if possible' amid her rumored romance with Tom Cruise. In a recent interview with Italian publication F Magazine, the actress said that she was hopeful that a family of her own would be in the cards. 'But it's not just up to me,' de Armas, 37, told the outlet, per Daily Mail. 'As we know, love is unpredictable; you never know when true love will arrive.' 'Relationships can't be controlled: life isn't a movie,' she added. 'Many men have told me I have puppy dog eyes. I give the impression of being a sweet and innocent creature, but then they're surprised, because deep down I'm a real tiger, and pure and wild passion governs my choices.' 'The important thing for me is that my life is never dull,' de Armas continued, hinting that she wants a partner who shares her enthusiasm and respects her dedication to work. 'I want to live every moment to the fullest.' It appears that de Armas is finding inspiration from Cruise, 63, in her career as she recently solidified her role as an action star while portraying Eve Macarro in the John Wick spinoff, Ballerina. 'In this film, the moment I enjoyed the most was when I had to fight against a flamethrower with a very powerful water jet,' she told the publication. While Cruise has built a reputation as one of Hollywood's most fearless actors – famously performing his own death-defying stunts – de Armas said she did intense training for Ballerina. 'I had to prepare myself physically, learning various martial arts, and also practicing with different types of weapons. I learned to fight with everything: nails, kicks in the right places, axes, knives, even ice skate blades,' the Eden star revealed. Cruise even raved about the film, promising fans that they wouldn't be disappointed. 'I saw the movie, which kicks a**,' he said on May 15 during a premiere for the latest installment in the Mission: Impossible saga. She also teased a potential collaboration with Cruise during her own interview that same month after he called her a 'force' in the acting biz. 'It's so much fun, and we're definitely working on a lot of things,' de Armas spilled while appearing on Good Morning America. 'Not just one, but a few projects with Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie and, of course, Tom. I'm so excited.' Cruise and de Armas have been a hot topic after his ex-wife Katie Holmes 'liked' an Instagram post uploaded by The Daily Mail back in May that included several photos of the pair spending time together. (It's unclear when Holmes clicked 'like' on the post.) The Jerry Maguire star has been married three times: first to Mimi Rogers from 1987 to 1990, then to Nicole Kidman from 1990 to 2001 and to Holmes, 46, from 2006 to 2012. Cruise has three kids, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, with Kidman, 58, and 19-year-old Suri with the Dawson's Creek actress. As for de Armas, she was married to Marc Clotet from 2011 to 2013. More recently, she was romantically linked to Ben Affleck although they called it quits after nearly one year of dating in January 2021. In May, a source told Us Weekly that Cruise and de Armas are enjoying a budding romance. (Cruise and de Armas have yet to clarify their relationship status.) According to the insider, they were 'low-key' and their connection was 'still new and in the early stages' after meeting through mutual friends, including Cruise's former flame Penélope Cruz. 'Penélope put in a good word for her both personally and professionally,' the source added. Solve the daily Crossword

Anti Social Social Club's Latest Collaboration Celebrates 20 Years of The Breakfast Club

Summary: Anti Social Social Club(ASSC) has teamed up with one of London's favourite brunch spots,The Breakfast Club, to release a limited-edition capsule that celebrates the restaurant's 20th anniversary. The collection includes bold graphic hoodies, tees and an apron that feature co-branded designs, blending London's brunch culture with ASSC's rebellious streetwear spirit. Since its inception in 2014, the Los Angeles-based streetwear brand's unique and unexpected collaborations have helped to propel its cult-like following. Key design features in the collection include ASSC's capitalised logo coupled with a 'yolk yellow' Breakfast Club logo cleanly placed underneath. Playful graphics are also seen sprinkled across select pieces including cartoon characters of an egg, bacon, and a salt shaker – visuals that channel the eatery's unapologetic love for comfort-food through a contemporary streetwear lens. Adding to the overall wholesomeness of the collaboration, the café's original location on D'Arblay Street in Soho, London, served as the perfect backdrop to the campaign shoot, with both front of house staff and chefs modelling pieces from the collection. The restaurant is even updating its official uniform policy and staff across Breakfast Club locations nationwide will be wearing pieces from the ASSC collaboration, helping to kick off the company's 20th year with a fresh look. 'This might just be the coolest thing we've ever been a part of,' says Tom Williams, Head of Marketing at The Breakfast Club. The collection launches exclusively through ASSC'swebsiteon August 2.

Paris Hilton's $63M mansion buy led US home sales in June

Paris Hilton and her husband led the US real estate market in June with their pricey purchase of Mark Wahlberg's former megamansion. The mammoth Beverly Hills estate cost Hilton and her venture capitalist husband, Carter Reum, a cool $63 million. Their purchase topped out Redfin's top 10 list of the country's most expensive home sales, as did five other California-based transactions. Agents told CNBC the recent ranking reflects a pattern of luxury real estate regaining momentum in fire-ravaged Los Angeles. Advertisement 9 Paris Hilton, pictured in June. Paul Barnaby Advertisement Indeed, Hilton and Reum, who share two young children, lost their $8.4 million oceanfront Malibu home to the Palisades Fire — one of several that raged through the state in January. Hilton was candid about the loss in a post to her millions of Instagram followers. 'Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience,' the heiress and influencer wrote. The sheer scale of her family's new home makes its eye-watering $63 million price a little more understandable. 9 A sun-lit dining room. A main house and a guesthouse include a collective 12 bedrooms — as well as a wine and cigar cellar, a home theater and staff quarters. Advertisement The mansion's sellers made a tidy profit from the deal, CNBC reported, even accounting for Los Angeles' hefty mansion tax. Their success makes Mark Wahlberg's $55 million sale of the home in 2023 look sadly premature. Hilton and Reum's purchase is currently the fifth priciest home sale of 2025, according to Redfin. Nicole Plaxen, an agent with the Beverly Hills Estates, told CNBC that LA's luxury market is being driven by displaced homeowners like Hilton. Plaxen also noted a return in foreign buyers, especially from China. 9 The Palisades Fire claimed modest starter homes and A-lister mansions alike. London Entertainment for NY Post 9 Hilton closed on the home five months after losing her family's Malibu beach house. Paul Barnaby The other 50% of Redfin's chart-topping June sales took place elsewhere: Three in coastal Florida, one in Manhattan and another on Lake Tahoe's Nevada side. All 10 sold for more than $30 million. New York's appearance in the June rankings was credited to the sale of a 50-foot-wide mansion in Midtown Manhattan. The sprawling 22-bedroom residence just off Fifth Avenue was built for a cousin of J.P. Morgan during the city's Gilded Age. The seller, previously reported at real estate developer Orin Wilf, cinched a $38.2 million deal on the property. Neither Wilf's sale nor Hilton's purchase comes even close to the year's most expensive deal so far. That superlative belongs squarely with the $225 million sale of three adjacent beachfront properties in Naples, Florida. The April transaction marked the second-highest home sale ever in the US, trailing Ken Griffin's $238 million penthouse purchase at 220 Central Park South in early 2019.
