Ashutosh Rana
, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film 'Heer Express', feels that in addition to reading the young generation should also connect with people on a deeper level as it would enrich them as human beings.
The actor recently spoke with IANS ahead of the film's release, and said that reading literature may give a certain level of understanding about the society and the world at large to people, connect with fellow human beings, make them richer as every person comes with their own story and situation.
He told IANS, "I believe that they should read a lot but also connect a lot. Sometimes it happens that some people are not interested in reading.
But they are interested in connecting with people. They are interested in connecting with the world. So along with connecting with the world, with connecting with people, you should also have a feeling of connection with yourself. You should also keep connecting with yourself.
To be friends with you, first of all, I will have to be friends with myself".
"I believe that if you look at the world, not only words, even silence teaches us and you.

So if we have the understanding of listening to words, if we have the understanding of reading words, then we will also have to develop the understanding of listening to silence. And we will also have to develop the understanding of understanding silence", he added.
The actor also praised the director of 'Heer Express',
Umesh Shukla
for his understanding of the theatre. He said, "The best thing about
Umesh
is that he has worked in all three forms of expression.
He has worked in theatre as well. So, he understands that he is a writer, an actor and a director as well. He has also done very good plays".
The films that he has made, be it 'OMG - Oh My God' or '102 Not Out', if you watch his films, those films are also very good and he makes films on different subjects. So, when you are with a person who understands all the mediums and when he is present in all the mediums, you leave yourself with that person without any worries as an actor", he added.

Yet despite its compact form, the challenge often proves stimulating, offering just the right mix of wit and wordplay. Hints First: Across Clues for August 3, 2025 For solvers preferring a nudge over a reveal, here are the Across hints, as mentioned in a report by Parade magazine: Live Events 1 Across: With 5-Down, it refers to a leisurely road journey punctuated by frequent tastings of reds. (Hint: Begins with 'W') 5 Across: An essential item often tucked inside office drawers and printer cabinets. (Hint: Ends with 'R') 6 Across: What one might do when craving Pad Thai at midnight. (Hint: Starts with 'O') 7 Across: Describes items that have had previous owners—common at charity shops. (Hint: Ends with 'R') These hints were intended to provide just enough context to get the mental gears turning without giving the game away. Solutions Revealed: NYT Mini Crossword Answers for August 3 Those ready to verify their answers, or eager to learn what they missed, can find the complete solutions below. Across Answers: 1 Across: WINE TOUR 5 Across: TONER 6 Across: ORDER 7 Across: USED 8 Across: REX The pairing of 1-Across and 5-Down created the full phrase 'WINE TOUR,' referencing a trip where wine tasting at various vineyards is the central activity. 'TONER' was a logical match for printer supply, while 'ORDER' aligned with modern food delivery habits. 'USED' described secondhand items often found in thrift stores, and 'REX' nodded to a fictional creature—Distortus Rex—from Jurassic World Rebirth . Down Answers: 1 Down: WORSE 2 Down: INDEX 3 Down: NEED 4 Down: ERR 5 Down: WINE TOUR Together, the down entries reflected common vocabulary but were cleverly masked in their clues. 'WORSE' referred to comparative inferiority. 'INDEX' was a bibliographic staple. 'NEED' captured urgency or necessity. 'ERR' mirrored missteps, and 'WINE TOUR' completed its horizontal counterpart to reinforce the day's casual, travel-themed vibe. Thematic Undertones: A Sip of Leisure Though not explicitly titled, Sunday's puzzle seemed to lean into themes of leisure, consumption, and human error. Words like WINE TOUR , ORDER , and USED suggested lifestyle habits—travel, food delivery, secondhand shopping—while entries like ERR and WORSE offered contrast, perhaps unintentionally hinting at the imperfections of modern conveniences. A Growing Culture of Casual Puzzle Solving The NYT Mini Crossword remains an essential part of the broader crossword landscape, particularly for players seeking a brief intellectual workout amid busy schedules. The game is accessible through the New York Times app and is free to play, unlike its larger cousin, the classic crossword. The puzzle's simplicity is deceptive—it often incorporates modern slang, cultural references, and multi-layered clues that require quick wit. Sunday's grid is no exception, seamlessly weaving themes from the analog (INDEX) to the digital (ORDER) with just a handful of squares. FAQs What is the NYT Mini Crossword? The NYT Mini Crossword is a compact version of The New York Times' traditional crossword puzzle, typically featuring a 5×5 or 6×6 grid. Designed to be solved quickly—often in under two minutes—it offers a daily mental workout with a balance of wit and wordplay. Who created the Mini Crossword? Did Kalanithi Maran take a dig at Allu Arjun? 'Coolie' producer's bold speech sparks debate

The audio launch of the film 'Coolie' , directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring superstar Rajinikanth , was recently held in Chennai. One of the most awaited guests at the event was 'Coolie' producer Kalanithi Maran . The grand gathering saw the presence of stars like Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, Upendra, Aamir Khan, and Shruti Haasan. However, it was Maran's speech that has become the talking point among fans and industry insiders alike. He further stated, 'If Rajinikanth calls any state Chief Minister in India, they will answer immediately; even the Prime Minister would take his call.' With this, he highlighted Rajinikanth's unmatched stature and enduring fame. The 'Coolie' producer criticises young actors for arrogance Maran didn't stop at praise alone. In a pointed remark, he said, 'Today, even after just two hit films, some young actors don't answer the phone. But Rajini sir, even today, is humble enough to take a call in person. He is an honest and hard-working actor.' This statement has sparked a flurry of debate on social media, with many speculating that his words were a veiled criticism of some of today's rising stars. Rajinikanth, who recently delivered a record-breaking performance in 'Jailer' , continues to command massive respect and love from fans. Maran concluded by saying that while Rajini was a 'record-maker' in 'Jailer' , he would become a 'record-breaker' in 'Coolie' , prompting thunderous applause from the crowd. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Libas Purple Days Sale Libas Undo Fans suspect Allu Arjun was the target Soon after the speech, online speculation began.
