Arrest warrant: Video shows man firing 6 shots, killing 3-year-old

The District man charged with shooting into a parked car in Southeast Washington and killing a 3-year-old girl who was sitting in the back seat was recorded by surveillance video firing into the vehicle six times and returning to the scene to pick up the ejected bullet casings, according to an arrest warrant filed in D.C. Superior Court on Saturday.
