Sean ' Diddy ' Combs' ongoing sex trafficking trial has left A-list stars fearful of having their names dragged into the scandal.
But Oprah Winfrey has revealed that her conscience is completely clear.
'First off, I have never been near a Puff Party - never been near it,' she told the audience during her panel at the Good Soil Forum in Dallas last week.
'And anybody who knows me knows if there is a party, I am the first one out,' she jokingly added, prompting laughter from the crowd.
Oprah was dragged into the Diddy chaos earlier this month after an AI -generated deepfake shared widely online claimed she - along with Jennifer Lawrence and Jim Carrey - was a witness in the trial.
Although the video was easily debunked, conspiracy theorists have not stopped linking dozens of celebrities to the disgraced rap mogul.
Oprah has met Diddy multiple times and been photographed with him, but maintains that her acquaintance with the rapper is just a professional one.
Diddy's federal trial has entered its sixth week, with jurors repeatedly hearing testimony about drug-fueled sex marathons dubbed 'freak-offs' at his infamous parties.
Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges.
Oprah and famed pastor TD Jakes, both of whom have been victim of Diddy hoaxes, addressed the rumors against them at the business leadership and entrepreneurial conference last Thursday.
The trial was thrust into the conversation as the duo were discussing the benefits - and dangers - of artificial intelligence.
Jakes applauded the use of the technology during a surgery he had after his heart attack last November, The Dallas Morning News reports.
He revealed how doctors 'went in through my arteries in my arm' and 'cleared out my heart while I was awake because of AI'.
Although he seemed excited about the technology's use in medicine, Jakes shared how he fears the use of AI could lead to job losses.
The talk show host, however, was concerned about deepfakes.
'There's a picture of me naked in bed with Puffy,' Oprah told the conference. 'I saw it myself. AI-generated.' She then declared she had never gone to one of his parties.
Jakes, claiming 'people love salacious stories', revealed that he too had been the subject of a wild Diddy rumor.
'I stopped by Puffy's house for 30 minutes to say happy birthday to him during the day at 2 o'clock with staff people and out of that came a love affair and all kinds of stuff,' he said.
As the audience erupted into laughter again, Oprah exclaimed: 'You too?!'
'Yes!' Jakes replied. 'I am almost 70 years old, what do I look like?
'And I am a grandfather. What do I look like at this late date?'
Prosecutors are expected to rest their case against Combs on Monday in Manhattan federal court. The defense is expected to call witnesses of its own this week.
Prosecutors claim that for nearly two decades, Combs forced two of his ex-girlfriends into ecstasy-fueled, days-long sexual performances with male prostitutes in hotel rooms while he watched, masturbated and sometimes filmed.
The defense argues that both former girlfriends, R&B singer Casandra Ventura and a woman known in court by the pseudonym Jane, were willing participants in the sex acts.
His defense lawyers do not deny that the sex acts took place, and acknowledge that Combs was abusive in domestic relationships.
But during cross-examination of the government's witnesses, the defense brought jurors' attention to sexually explicit text messages in which the women expressed affection for Combs.
Both women testified that they at times took part in the sexual performances to make Combs happy, and that they participated well after brutal beatings by Combs, who was also known during his career as Puff Daddy and P. Diddy.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to two counts of sex trafficking as well as charges of racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The sex trafficking counts carry the highest potential prison sentence if convicted - a mandatory minimum of 15 years, and a possible life sentence.
In order for Combs to be convicted of sex trafficking, prosecutors must prove the sex acts were commercial in nature, and that he used force, threats, fraud or coercion to compel his girlfriends to take part.
To convict Combs on any of the five counts he faces, the 12-member jury must unanimously conclude that prosecutors proved their allegations beyond a reasonable doubt.
