A guide to Zurich: how to explore like a champ in the home of the Women's Euros
For those who want to live like the Lionesses, though, the Dolder Grand is the place to be – in fact, it's serving as the base for the England team during their time in the Euros. Situated just 10 minutes from the city centre, the hotel is easy to spot: it looks like a Disney castle. Inside, it's just as luxe: it's been home to rockstars (including the Rolling Stones) and royals during the years. Plus, it has one of the largest spas in Switzerland.

Ex-Russian soldier prevented notorious Brit paedo from 'marrying' girl
Jacky Jhaj, 39, was arrested a week ago thanks to Vitalijs, a 54-year-old Russian ex special forces paratrooper, after the Londoner tried to "marry" a Ukrainian schoolgirl A former Russian special forces paratrooper has emerged as the whistleblower who stopped a notorious Brit paedo allegedly 'marrying' a nine-year-old girl at Disneyland Paris. The 54-year-old Latvian, who only uses his first name of Vitalijs for security reasons, helped get Londoner Jacky Jhaj, 39, arrested a week ago last Saturday. Jhaj – who is on a sex offenders register in the UK following criminal convictions – remains in custody in France after being charged with a series of criminal offences. All are connected with the bizarre £111,000 ceremony at Disneyland, which involved a schoolgirl from Ukraine who was meant to act as his "bride". On Wednesday, Vitalijs said he had been offered the equivalent of £550 to play "the father of the bride". He assumed he was giving away the 41-year-old mother, but when he realised the betrothed was in fact her little girl, he exploded with anger. Vitalijs, who served as a paratrooper in the Red Army before the collapse of the old Soviet Union, only found out about the child's role 'five hours before the ceremony' and immediately quit, he said. Despite Jhaj telling him to stay away, he travelled to Disneyland to alert management about the involvement of the minor. "I knew I had to do something," he said. "I sneaked into Disneyland without a pass." Vitalijs, who does not speak French or English, used his special forces training to get into the theme park – the most popular in Europe – and carried a note with him. It read: "This is not a real wedding. The girl is nine years old!" Vitalijs said he approached the wedding stage, and handed the message to a Disney employee, who ensured the "wedding was stopped immediately." Police arrived within minutes, and a number of suspects including Jhaj were arrested and taken into custody. Vitalijs was driven to a police station, where he was shown a fake British passport with his photo on it. Vitalijs said: "I found out that my passport had been forged. I only remember the first name, Mikhail. I don't remember the surname. I remembered that a woman in Riga [Latvia] had asked me for a passport photo for a pass to Disneyland. Of course, I told the police that it wasn't me and that it wasn't my passport." Vitalijs was released without charge, as were the Ukrainian mother and child. Vitalijs had got to know the pair after meeting them at a casting session for the Disneyland stunt in the Czech Republic in May. She told him she had known Jhaj for a year, and even gone on holiday with him, while also accepting cash from him. Jhaj has since claimed: "I'm just a simple actor who took part in a film shoot". Jhaj made the comment to examining magistrates in Meaux, east of the capital city, after his arrest. His lawyer, Jean-Christophe Ramadier, said Jhaj was solely placed in 'provisional custody' because 'he had no guarantee of legal representation in France, where he has no address.' He has admitted being found guilty of sexual activity with two 15-year-olds in Britain in 2016. Jean-Baptiste Bladier, the Meaux prosecutor, confirmed the Ukrainian child had not suffered 'any violence, neither physical nor sexual,' and had 'not been forced into playing the bride.' Mr Bladier said Jhaj 'played the role of the groom after having been professionally made up to display a face completely different from his own.' An unidentified 24-year-old Lativian woman is also being held in connection with the stunt. The investigation into the fake wedding continues.

Iced coffee and matcha fans 'obsessed' with 'stylish' £4 Primark cup
Shoppers couldn't contain their excitement over the affordable little find A Primark shopper was stopped in their tracks after discovering an item find they say would elevate the experience of sipping on an ice-cold coffee or matcha. The small and affordable treat was deemed "perfect" for anyone with a similar habit. The store's Dome Cup with Straw comes in a clear version and one tinted brown. Both versions are listed online and cost £4 each. Primark bosses claim that the "stylish" design of this cup"adds a touch of elegance to your drinkware collection." TikTok user Mia found the cup in her local Primark. She claimed that it would be "the perfect cup", adding that "iced coffee/matcha girlies should run to Primark". The plastic cup, which holds 600ml, caused a flurry of comments online from interested shoppers. The cup isn't available to reserve online using Primark's click-and-collect service, which has rolled out nationwide following a successful trial in parts of the UK. The website does offer fans a chance to check stock based on what shops have in stock, but this could change quickly. In other Primark news, shoppers have been divided over other items that appeared somewhat out of place in the home section during a heatwave. Some Primark fans were confused at the sight of ghosts, ghouls and pumpkins as Halloween "arrives three months early". It was quickly cleared up as Summerween, a quirky celebration of all things spooky that comes before actual Halloween in October. The trend came about following an animated Disney show in which residents of a quirky town loved the holiday so much they celebrated it twice - and fans brought that idea to life in the real world. Shoppers noticed pumpkin-shaped dinnerware and autumnal scents. Throw blankets that might not be the most ideal for a heatwave were also spotted, but people were happy to take advantage and put items away for a few months. For those firmly in a summer mindset, the clothing section continued to impress. One shopper found a "perfect for summer" midi dress for £26 and claimed on TikTok that it was "also perfect for weddings" when dressed up with accessories with its on-trend buttery yellow colour. Also, another fan proved Primark was the perfect place for shoppers who didn't want to spend a fortune on clothing. One of our shopping writers compared the new Embellished Bow Ballerina Flats from the retailer, which bear a striking resemblance to a style by brand Lola Cruz, but at a mere fraction of the price. Shoppers can grab the Primark version for just £16, while the designer version retails at a hefty £269.95 online.
