We watched her cook and love her husband loudly and proudly but the reality behind closed doors was far from ideal.
The saying 'not all that glitters is gold,' couldn't be truer, mostly when it comes to online relationships.

Mbali Skosana, a well-loved personality and content creator, first gained widespread recognition through her cooking videos that captivated viewers with her warm, inviting content and delicious recipes.
Her iconic intro, 'As'phekeleni umyeni wami,' quickly became a catchphrase among her fans, and over time, she developed a devoted following who admired her authenticity and the love she so openly shared with her ex-husband.

However, behind the scenes of this seemingly perfect life, cracks began to form. Reports emerged online of her husband's alleged infidelity and desire to practice polygamy, known as 'isithembu' in some cultures.
Things took a dramatic turn when Mbali made a statement confirming that they had separated, signalling the end of their marriage, only to later retract the statement in a live TikTok video, leaving many to believe that they had reconciled and mended their relationship and would continue forward together.

Unfortunately, the storm was far from over. Recently, an even darker chapter in her journey has unfolded as a disturbing video surfaced showing Mbali being assaulted by her ex-husband's girlfriend, sparking widespread outrage and concern. In the circulating video, Mbali can be seen lying on the floor asking for forgiveness, claiming that the perpetrator is hurting her while she was pressing what can be identified as her thigh on-top of Mbali in an effort to detain her from running away, all this whilst interrogating her with questions.
In the aftermath of this incident, Mbali took to her YouTube channel to address the issue and share a harrowing revelation; she alleged that she had been a victim of abuse in the later stages of her marriage.
In the deeply emotional 24 minutes and 26 seconds duration YouTube video, Mbali addresses how what began as a relationship built on love and shared dreams came down to navigating a tumultuous marriage which ended in tears and heartache, leaving behind painful echoes of betrayal as her ex-husband turned to being physical with her in an effort to forcefully make her accept his decision for a polygamous marriage.

In the YouTube video Mbali attached the trending assault video and explained reasons for doing so are not to taint the woman in question's image but rather to plead with the public, especially women, as she's seen many of them since the circulation of the video bashing her for enduring that situation. She further states that she has attached the video to break her silence as she's been too quiet about this issue and believes the internet will eventually find out in bits and pieces when she had long moved on from the saga, therefore it's best to talk about it now.
'I got threatened by that video to the point that we went to court, because I was trying to protect my image as I knew if you guys would see it people would judge me. I tried not to expose the girl's name, and if I was someone else, I'd name and shame but because I understand she's a woman and a mother with kids, I don't want her kids to see her differently than who they know now all because of a man,' Mbali cried.
Mbali further says what breaks her heart mostly about the video is that her ex-husband stood and did nothing as his girlfriend demeaned her in the most distasteful way and instead, he took her side.
'I didn't have that video, as it was them shooting it. But what hurts mostly with it is the fact that, the man who paid lobola for me was literally standing there and I said sorry, but his response was 'sorry for what?' Mbali breaks down.
Mbali concluded the video stating that she's been to counselling sessions and will still attend until she doesn't get triggered by the issue anymore, Moreover, she also pleaded that people refrain commenting about her past on her work videos on Instagram as they are ruining her brand.

Brandi Glanville suffers severe chemical burns on her face while trying to self-treat mystery illness

Brandi Glanville is sharing a painful beauty lesson with fans after suffering severe chemical burns to her face. The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star took to social media to reveal that she smeared Nair, a hair removal product, on the lower half of her face in an attempt to drive out what she believes to be a "parasite" living in her face – one she has named "Caroline." "I know I look attractive," Glanville, 52, joked in a TikTok video as she documented the aftermath. "Good news," she added, "You don't have to spend a lot of money on peels and lasers anymore." While the reality star laughed off the incident in her video, the visuals told another story. Glanville's face appeared red, irritated and burned. In the video, she went on to explain that she believed applying Nair would aggravate the parasite, leading to an improvement in her complexion. "Nair is the fountain of youth. I figured it out," "The Traitors" star said. "But I overdid it." In a caption accompanying the viral clip, Glanville warned viewers to test the product before applying it. "Beauty hacks (this is a good one but do a test patch) I did 7 minutes and I'm on fire soooioko don't to 7 minutes it also burned the loose skin off my arms & its 7 dollars mix up some aloe vera, cucumber and black tea put it in the freezer put it in the spray bottle and once its cold enough spray all day cause I'm in some pain." Followers were quick to express concern, as many urged Glanville to seek professional medical advice before attempting any more DIY treatments. "NAIR is not meant to be a chemical peel. Brandy, please don't do anything that's not recommended by a professional doctor. & even then be cautious & get second opinions. This can be so dangerous. I hope you have a speedy recovery," one user commented. Another added, "Please do NOT put Nair [on] your face!!" "Nair is NOT the fountain of youth! I hope you heal well, because that looks like a terribly, painful, infected burn," a comment read. Glanville's beauty mishap occurred after she was rushed to the hospital in April after calling 911 herself amid her ongoing battle with a possible parasite. The "Real Housewives" star shared an update with fans on social media at the time. "My head and neck would not move for four hours this morning," the 52-year-old TV star wrote. "I could not get out of my bed. I called 911 had a lovely trip in the ambulance now I am at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours." The reality star did not share specific details of her emergency room visit. Fox News Digital reached out to a representative for additional information.

What is important is the time the couple spends together. Ree reveals their destination is different every time. "Sometimes we stay on the county roads and check on fences or cattle; other times we'll drive east to Pawhuska or west to Ponca City, stopping to get a convenience store Dr Pepper when we get there. Other times Ladd will drive into this pasture or that, to show me an area of a creek that I may not have seen before, or to check on a cow or a fence." She concluded, "Now that we're empty nesters, it's not like we don't have lots of time alone at home already. But there's something about the safety and sanctity of the pickup that sparks the very best conversations." Ree highlighted the couple's ideal date night in an 1 installment of The Pioneer Woman. The fourth episode of the series' first season is titled "The Drummond Brunch." In the episode, the couple enjoyed a date night while their kids were at a sleepover. They spent time together driving around the ranch and feeding cattle. Later, Ree made Ladd's favorite cube steak sandwich, and in the morning, Egg-in-the-Hole for a quiet breakfast before the kids returned. The Pioneer Woman airs on the Food Network. Elon Musk Says X Found the Vine Archive, Restoring Access

Like many former Vine creators, Musk thought the data was gone, but the archive was "recently" found. Before there was TikTok, there was Vine, an app that played looping videos six seconds in length. It was widely popular when Twitter, now X, acquired it in 2012 for $30 million, but it was shut down a handful of years later. As the story goes, Twitter couldn't figure out how to monetize it — and it may have been a bit ahead of its time. There was a user archive at one time, per TechCrunch, but many videos vanished — until now. X owner Elon Musk posted on the app that this company "found the Vine video archive" and is working on restoring access. Btw, we recently found the Vine video archive (thought it had been deleted) and are working on restoring user access, so you can post them if you want. — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) August 2, 2025 It's unclear what's next for Vine, but with TikTok's future uncertain in the U.S., bringing back the short-form video app with new features could be a smart idea. Last year, Congress passed a law requiring TikTok to separate from its parent company, Beijing-based ByteDance, or face a permanent ban in the U.S. After multiple extensions, the deadline is now mid-September. Some reports suggest that an entirely new version of TikTok could be built for the U.S. audience instead. "As he has said many times, President Trump does not want TikTok to go dark," White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement earlier this month. Maybe Vine 2.0 will beat TikTok to the punch. Related: Billionaire Investor Frank McCourt Jr. Wants to Do More Than Buy TikTok — He Wants to Transform the Entire Internet. Here's How.
