'When I went to train for Saala Khadoos, I consulted numerous dieticians and several people who advised me on how to lose weight and get fit—what diet to follow, what time to eat, and so on... but I couldn't find anyone I truly resonated with.'
Madhavan shared that he found clarity after meeting an old-school fitness expert who offered him straightforward advice: if he wanted to lose weight, he simply needed to eat less.
