Changing faces of the Made in Chelsea stars: How show's posh cast have splashed the cash on Botox, new teeth and even salmon sperm facials - and some are looking VERY different
The E4 show proved hugely popular with viewers and made the likes of Spencer Matthews, Ollie Locke and Louise Thompson household names.
The cast have gone on to have varying success since the show took off and most look very different now to when they first rose to fame.
Many have admitted to having work done, getting new teeth, or have had incredible glow ups and body transformations.
And recent instalments of the series have seen cast member try out tweakments ranging from basic Botox to salmon sperm facials.
But who has changed the most in the years since their King's Road antics
Millie Mackintosh
A fellow OG from the show, Millie mackintosh was involved in some of Made In Chelsea's most explosive arguments.
And amid her lavish life with fellow MIC alum husband Hugo Taylor, Millie has kept herself looking fresh via tweakments.
She got candid about treatments last year as she shared photos and videos of her getting a number of procedures, insisting that she isn't trying to 'drastically change her appearance', but said it was all about 'enhancing what's already there'.
Millie explained that she gets both microblading and lamination on her eyebrows to save her time drawing them on, and has been getting her hair dyed more blonde.
She added that she gets Botox done three times a year and also showed herself undergoing two polynucleotides treatments - referred to as salmon sperm injections - under her eyes and in her scalp.
Millie added that she also underwent a 'baby face facial' and a 'genius lift on the back of my legs to tighten the skin'.
She wrote: 'Whenever I do a Q&A I am always flooded with questions about which beauty treatments I recommend.
'I am really interested in cutting edge technology and for me it's enhancing what's already there. It's not about drastically changing my appearance, but more about boosting my confidence and feeling like the best version of myself.
'I've always believed in being completely transparent when it comes to which tweakments I've had, because it's important to me to be honest about what goes on behind the scenes. I've been loving how these treatments can give that natural, healthy glow while still looking like me!'
Spencer Matthews

Spencer is arguably the most famous face to come out of the show - with the star leaving the series and going on have huge success.
The businessman, now 36, decided to take a step back from the series after season 10, in 2015 after firmly cementing his status as Chelsea's resident bad boy.
His time on the show was marked by his tumultuous relationships with Louise Thompson and Lucy, both of whom he cheated on.
After leaving the show he had an incredible body transformation after going sober following and starting a strict fitness regime.
Spencer, who shares with three children with his wife Vogue Williams, has been open about his journey to sobriety.
He previously spoke about his body transformation, revealing that his life was 'spiralling out of control' on the show due to a 'drinking problem'.
Spencer said: 'My life was spiralling out of control. During Made In Chelsea I had a drinking problem.
'I would drink to excess almost daily and had a deluded sense of grandeur. I was uncomfortable in my own skin and change felt like too much of an effort.
'I thought that because I was a prominent character on a popular TV show that things would just happen for me, not realising that any kind of real success only comes through hard graft and determination. I had no routine, no motivation, no drive and no plan.
'My unsustainable appetite for socializing became detrimental to my health and wellness.'
The former Jump contestant gave up drinking after welcoming his first child back in 2018, even going on to found his own brand CleanCo, which provides alternatives to alcohol.
Spencer also credits his new body to 'training religiously' and 'weightlifting three times a week'.
Ollie Locke
Ollie, now 37, was one of the original Made In Chelsea stars with his coming out being one of the most memorable scenes from the show.
He burst onto screens in 2011 and gained legions of fans with his fun-filled female friendships with Binky and housemate Cheska Hull.
Ollie has appeared on the show on and off in the years that followed and even returned for the most recent series which began in October 2024.
He is now married to husband Gareth and the pair welcomed twins via surrogate in August 2023.
Thanks to chopping his flowing mane, Ollie now certainly looks a lot different to the tanned and hirsute nightclub promoter who first appeared in series one.
And he's been filmed having Botox before, so he's not shy about promoting his love of an aesthetic procedure.
Ollie also went under the knife to pin his ears back in July 2012 and he was seen leaving a practice in Harley Street with a bandage wrapped around his head.
At the time, Dr Yannick, who performed the surgery said: 'Mr. Locke came to me a while ago with his concerns about his ears, and after a couple of consultations we decided to operate yesterday, ahead of his filming schedule for series 4 of Made In Chelsea, which I believe starts next week.'
Louise Thompson
After a brief appearance in series one, Louise became a fully fledged cast member in season two in 2011, looking every inch the preppy university student.
She was best known for her explosive breakup with Spencer before she moved on to another serious relationship with Andy Jordan.
In an interview after she left the series in 2019, the star, now 34, admitted that she used to get Botox but has now quit the procedure after analysing the risks involved.
She said: 'I have had Botox before but I wouldn't get it again for a couple of reasons.
'Mainly because it can trigger reactions and that's not a risk I'm willing to take any more.
'I don't want these alien substances to be floating around in my bloodstream and in my skin cells and all that stuff — I want to be as clear of that as possible.'
Louise now shares son Leo with her partner Ryan and runs a sportwear and fitness company.
Sam Thompson
Sam joined the cast of Made In Chelsea as Louise's energetic little brother and his main storyline involved his on-off relationship with Lucy's younger sister Tiffany Watson.
Sam, now 32, has had quite the transformation since first being on the show after working on his physique and sporting noticeably straighter teeth.
Last month Sam said he'd been 'rumbled' after his changed appearance sparked comments from fans.
The podcast and radio host had been ignoring comments that have questioned whether he has had a cosmetic procedure.
The star then revealed he'd undergone a salmon-sperm facial which is described as a unique skincare treatment that involves the injection of polynucleotides derived from salmon milt (fish semen).
Pete Wicks asked him on their joint Staying Relevant podcast: 'What the f**k have you done to your face?' to which Sam replied: 'I've had salmon sperm'.
Pete then brutally replied: 'Yeah, it's gone badly...' before Sam tried to defend his appearance and said it needed to 'settle in' before Pete read out messages from viewers asking about Sam's new look.
Eventually, he confessed: 'Zara made me get botox,' leaving Pete with his jaw on the floor.
Sam explained: 'I was on the chair to get salmon sperm.... I won't be doing it again, let's leave it there.'
Binky Felstead
Another star to be a main feature of Made In Chelsea since the beginning was Binky Felstead, who joined Lucy Watson on Beyond Chelsea last year.
But she also looks a far cry from the young party girl fans saw on screens, transforming into an ultra chic fitness mummy.
The mother-of-three shares Wilder, nine months, and son Wolfie, two, with her husband Max Darnton, and a daughter India, five, with her ex Josh Patterson.
While she said in 2023 she wouldn't rule out having surgery post-partum, Binky has focused on toning up through gruelling fitness sessions.
She was once even seen using son Wilder as a weight for a home workout, holding him in the air as she did sit ups and lunges, giving her a bit of weight for her arms to hold.
She often shares her exercise routines with her 1.4M followers and continued to do so throughout her most recent pregnancy.
Binky even took on critics of pregnancy workouts in 2018, insisting that working out in her third trimester of her pregnancy with India had positive effects on her mental health and body.
She said: 'As a first-time mum, you are already aware that people are anti-exercise in case it does harm the baby but with the research you're doing your body good and your baby good.
'It helps you with labour, it keeps me and my mind at ease. I suffer from anxiety so I feel so much better.'
Rosie Fortescue
Rosie, now 34, was also in the original line up for the show and has been open about getting some work done (seen right in 2011)
Rosie, now 34, was also in the original line up for the show and has been open about getting some work done.
The jewellery CEO revealed last year that she tried composite bonding to give her teeth a more even look.
On Instagram, she gushed: 'Ignore the state of me but beyond thrilled with my bonding. So natural but perfect at the same time. This isn't an ad, I just love @drrhonaeskander's work.'
She also was seen in Tuesday night's Beyond Chelsea visiting an aesthetics practitioner to get advice on some tweakments.
LUCY WATSON
Lucy first joined Made In Chelsea in 2012 and quickly became a fan favourite with her straight talking and no nonsense attitude.
The star, now 33, had some huge storylines including her ill-fated romances with lotharios Spencer Matthews, Jamie Laing and Andy Jordan.
Appearing on last year's spin-off show Beyond Chelsea, Lucy joked she had a 'whole new face' eight years on from leaving the show.
Binky Felstead asked Lucy if she and her husband James Dunmore who she met on the E4 series would ever let their son Willoughby, now seven months, watch the show.
Lucy replied saying: 'We would let Willoughby watch it to see how mummy and daddy met. But we weren't as hot back then!
'James has had new teeth, I've now got a whole new face! No I'm joking...'
She has previously insisted that she hasn't had any work done, but in the past it hadn't stopped many from speculating that she'd had the odd tweakment here or there.
When she first started on Made in Chelsea she had a natural look but a few years on some commented on her plumper lips.
But in 2015, the star denied all the rumours and told OK!: 'I think it's because I've changed my pose.
'I used to do a really fake smile but now I've started to pout and people have got a bit over-excited. If I had something done I'd be totally open about it.'
Tiffany Watson
Tiffany, now 30, burst onto Made in Chelsea screens as Sam's girlfriend which provided many story lines - as well as her heated fights with sister Lucy (seen left in 2014)
Tiffany raised eyebrows in 2018 when her appearance at the National Television Awards left fans questioning whether she's had a boob job
Tiffany, now 30, burst onto Made in Chelsea screens as Sam's girlfriend which provided many story lines - as well as her heated fights with sister Lucy.
Tiffany raised eyebrows in 2018 when her appearance at the National Television Awards left fans questioning whether she's had a boob job.
In 2022 she did however admit to getting lip fillers in a TikTok post where she said: '@harleystinjectables are the only people I now trust with my lips.
'We did 0.4ml keeping it natural.'

Liam Gallagher's ex wife Patsy Kensit reveals if she will be going to see Oasis tonight as reunion tour kicks off
LIAM Gallagher's ex wife Patsy Kensit has revealed if she will be going to see Oasis tonight, as the reunion tour kicks off. The former couple were married for three years from 1997 until 2000, and during that time welcomed their son Lennon. 7 7 7 As Oasis legends Liam and Noel Gallagher get ready to return to the stage later today, fans may be wondering if Patsy will be going. Asked on Good Morning Britain today, the EastEnders star said: "My son. He'll be there. You have a lovely time. wait for him to see all of that and I'm happy for you. "I think it's a wonderful thing, but I Won't be attending. I think I've said enough now about about about that. "I send only love and light." INTENSE ROMANCE Liam and Patsy, who met on a plane in 1995, had a very intense relationship. The actress once described this to The Mirror, and said: "We just clicked on every level. He was protective and loving. When we were together there were fireworks, and a chemistry that lasted to the end". It's not surprising Patsy isn't going to any Oasis concert on the tour, considering she hasn't spoken to her ex-husband in 25 years. The split from Liam was particularly brutal, with the actress previously admitting how her heart 'broke into a million pieces' when he left. While the Oasis rocker moved on unscathed, Patsy told The Sun last year that she was "abandoned by the in-crowd" and the people she thought were her friends. 'I had lots of 'fancy' friends in the '90s – everyone wanted you to be hanging out with them, but I lost all of them when my relationship ended,' she said 'I hate 'phoneyism' and I was ditched by the whole community overnight – every one of them. 'I don't hold on to the disappointment, but it was disappointing because I was still very young and I had two children on my own. 'But I feel very lucky to have friends in my life who have always been there since I was 16 – my real friends. 7 'Women I can tell anything to and know it will never go any further. 'That wasn't true in the '90s.' Patsy also previously revealed how she cried "every day for three and a half years" during her relationship. PROUD MAMA However her time with Liam wasn't all doom and gloom as together they welcomed her beloved son, Lennon. Patsy couldn't prouder of her boy, who is forging a career as a musician and model. Lennon moved back in with his mum last year, and the actress told The Sun that they are incredible close, and even share clothes. 7 "He raids my wardrobe, too. Quite a few items have ended up in his room – jackets, scarves, shirts, a whole plethora of things," she laughed. 'Lennon's sense of fashion is something he had from a very young age. 'He was doing an interview the other day and he was asked where he got his style from and he said: 'My mum', which I was thrilled about! 'He started modelling when he was 15 when [stylist and fashion editor] Katie Grand, who is one of my oldest friends, suggested doing a shoot, then it just really took off.' Lennon has since modelled in campaigns for Burberry and Saint Laurent and is also in a band, while James is an artistic director who has worked with the Arctic Monkeys. SUPPORTING DAD Tonight, Lennon will watch his dad perform in Oasis, for the first time as adult. Speaking to this month's W Magazine, Lennon said: "I can't wait… It's a massive, monumental thing, it's going to be fantastic." He also revealed how, along with Noel's daughter Anais, he will attend every Oasis gig. Meanwhile, Oasis fans lucky enough to bag at ticket to tonight's first gig of the tour are in for a treat. It was revealed that Liam and Noel have already been rehearsing at Cardiff 's Principality Stadium, ahead of this evening's concert. A source told the Mail: "Rehearsals started on Monday, just the tech and band. "Liam and Noel arrived on Wednesday, but Liam left the rehearsals after just eight songs for Noel to carry on by himself." Oasis 2025 tour dates OASIS brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have revealed a 17 gig comeback tour next summer - here are the details The Wonderwall hitmakers will delight crowds as follows: JULY 2025 4th - Cardiff, Principality Stadium 5th - Cardiff, Principality Stadium 11th - Manchester, Heaton Park 12th - Manchester, Heaton Park 16th - Manchester, Heaton Park 19th - Manchester, Heaton Park 20th - Manchester, Heaton Park 25th - London, Wembley Stadium 26th - London, Wembley Stadium 30th - London, Wembley Stadium AUGUST 2025 2nd - London, Wembley Stadium 3rd - London, Wembley Stadium 8th - Edinburgh, Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium 9th - Edinburgh, Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium 12th - Edinburgh, Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium 16th - Dublin, Croke Park 17th - Dublin, Croke Park SEPTEMBER 2025 27th - London, Wembley Stadium 28th - London, Wembley Stadium

McVitie's issues biscuit museum with warning over long-running Jaffa Cake debate
McVitie's has issued the UK's top biscuit museum with a warning that sets the record straight in a long-running controversial debate over one of its favourite treats. London's biscuit museum, which is officially called the Peek Freans Museum, unveiled an exhibition dedicated to McVitie's Jaffa Cakes on Monday. But the Bermondsey-based museum said it has since received a letter from the company pointing out a key detail that they have got wrong. In a post on Instagram, Peek Freans Museum announced the 'disappointing' news that McVitie's Jaffa Cakes have asked them 'to remove our latest addition to the biscuit museum due to misclassification'. The question of whether a Jaffa Cake is a cake or a biscuit has long been one of the UK's hotly-contested debates, sparking social media spats and dividing households. Even though Jaffa Cakes can be found in the biscuit aisle of the country's supermarkets, McVitie's has always maintained that Jaffa Cakes are, by definition, cakes, not biscuits. The company's latest warning serves to remind fans, and museums, of the official status of the treat. The letter reads: 'Dear Sirs, Madams, and Biscuit Enthusiasts, 'It has come to our attention, with no small degree of dismay, that the Biscuit Museum has included the humble Jaffa Cake within its exhibition of biscuitry. We write to you today, not with crumbs of animosity, but with a full slice of firm objection. 'Allow us to be clear: Jaffa Cakes are, in fact, cakes. Not biscuits. Not hybrid snacks. Just cakes. Some would say the clue is in the name on the box.' The letter went on to explain: 'Cakes harden when stale. Biscuits go soft.' The exhibition has temporarily been removed, according to its curator – but McVitie's and the museum are yet to agree to a long-term solution. In response to the exhibition launch, a spokesperson for McVitie's said: 'Look, we love a good biscuit as much as the next snack enthusiast, but we've got to draw the line somewhere, and that line is sponge-based. We respect the Biscuit Museum's enthusiasm, but a cake's a cake, even when it's small, round, and lives suspiciously close to Hobnobs. It's nothing personal, it's just the way the cake crumbles.' The Biscuit Museum's curator Gary Magold said: 'It's a shame – we've had to remove the exhibition for the moment. But, as a nation of Jaffa Cakes lovers, we're hoping we can reach an agreement.'

David Beckham thanks wife Victoria for their 'beautiful children' on their 26th wedding anniversary as he knowledges estranged son Brooklyn amid feud in gushing post - while the chef and wife Nicola Peltz share their own loved up snaps
thanked wife Victoria for their 'beautiful children' and acknowledged estranged son Brooklyn despite their ongoing feud, while celebrating the couple's 26th wedding anniversary on Friday. The former footballer, 50, who also shares Romeo, 20, Cruz, 22, and Harper, 13, with the Spice Girl, 51, took to his Instagram with a slew of sweet throwback snaps of the family in happier times. David and Victoria have reportedly become resigned to the fact that they have become estranged from their beloved eldest child, 26, after he failed to attend any of the football ace's 50th birthday celebrations in May. He since has pledged allegiance to his wife Nicola Peltz's side of the family sharing snaps with her parents in recent weeks. The England legend shared snaps from the couple's lavish 1999 wedding as well photos of the fashion designer cuddling up to their sons and daughter Harper who was still a baby at the time. Declaring his love for Victoria, who he referred to as Lady Beckham following his Knighthood, David wrote: '26 years today you said YES to me Happy Anniversary and thank you for giving me our beautiful children and building the life that we have together I love you Lady Beckham @victoriabeckham'. He then went on to tag his children including estranged son Brooklyn. Meanwhile Brooklyn and wife Nicola Peltz, 30, seemingly snubbed the occasion as they took to Instagram with a slew of their own loved up snaps. The heiress cosied up to her hunky husband as they playfully posed for the camera and gushed over their 'east coast summers'. On Thursday Brooklyn's younger brother Romeo shared the cryptic words to his Instagram Story amid the family feud. He wrote: 'Life is too short, love who you love and tell them how much you really do! Life can flash before your eyes at any moment! 'But the people that truly love you and care for you will always be there... Don't hold back from LOVE or APPRECIATION for ANYTHING OR ANYONE.' It comes as new photographs of Brooklyn and his wife Nicola in a Moncler campaign recently emerged after the couple flew to London without telling his family. It was made all the more painful for Posh and Becks because the shoot took place less than two weeks after they snubbed David's 50th birthday celebrations. Declaring his love for Victoria, David tagged all his children including Brooklyn in the post One source close to the Beckhams reveals how they distraught David and Victoria were that they didn't tell them they were coming from LA to London for the job. 'Brooklyn and Nicola didn't have the courtesy to tell any of the family they were coming back to London. 'While by that point they knew that the rift was irreparable, what about Cruz, what about Harper? 'There were no issues between those to and Brooklyn yet he travelled 5000 miles and didn't arrange to see anyone.' The decision was regarded as 'disgracefully rude' by many in the Beckham circles. And it gets worse for the Beckhams in the press release which accompanies the pictures. Brooklyn and Nicola undoubtedly rub salt into their parents very open wounds with their words. 'London holds so many memories for both of us,' they said in a joint statement. 'We first said 'I love you' here, so coming back always takes us back to that moment. When Moncler first brought up shooting this special campaign here, we were excited about the opportunity to bring the London vibe to life.' There was, of course, no mention of David and Victoria, or Brooklyn's childhood in the capital. Rumours of a rift between the eldest son and his parents began when Brooklyn was noticeably silent on his former Spice Girl mother's birthday, a far cry from his usual sweet posts about her. Neither the former photographer nor his wife wished Victoria a happy 51st, while David, Romeo and Cruz posted gushing messages. And as well as snubbing dad David's birthday online, he also was notably absent from all of his 50th birthday celebrations - including a boys' fishing trip. Despite flying to London at the time, Brooklyn and Nicola also didn't attend the big family party at the Beckhams' Cotswolds home or an idyllic trip to France or a meal at Notting Hill restaurant, Core. Brooklyn reportedly 'told his famous family that he wants no contact' with them last month in the latest devastating turn of their ongoing feud. While a source close to Brooklyn denied the claims, a source told Page Six: 'Brooklyn told his family he wants no contact and he's not responding to those that try to connect.' According to the publication, the eldest Beckham boy has had no communication with his family following father David's knighthood being announced last month and only learned of the news in the media alongside the rest of the world. Denying he'd asked for no contact, a source close to Brooklyn told the publication: 'Everyone's focus should be David Beckham 's great honour'. Romeo wrote in his post: 'Life is too short, love who you love and tell them how much you really do! Life can flash before your eyes at any moment!' Meanwhile a source close to Brooklyn also denied the claims as they told MailOnline, 'this seems to be another deliberate attempt to misrepresent the truth, and it only serves to distract from this honor being bestowed on Brooklyn's father.' MailOnline contacted David's reps for comment at the time. But Brooklyn has proven that not all ties had been severed amid the family feud with his own birthday tribute to David's mum Sandra on her 76th birthday. Sharing a throwback picture of him and his grandmother, he captioned: 'Happy birthday nanny xx love you so much.' In his own post for his mum, David ensured absent son Brooklyn got a mention despite their widening rift. The former Manchester United and England midfielder shared a carousel of photos featuring himself with mum Sandra from childhood to the present day. Taking to Instagram, he wrote: 'Happy birthday mum we love you so much I hope u have the best day. Thank you for always being there for us all. Love you.' He rounded off the tribute by including the Instagram handles of various family members, among them younger sister Joanne and the retired footballer's three sons with wife Victoria - Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz. Daughter Harper, at 13 too young for social media, was given a hashtag as he ended Thursday morning's tribute.
