Major update in MasterChef saga as embattled BBC forge ahead with new series
The BBC show put out an internet plea days after confirming it would air episodes already filmed with Gregg Wallace and John Torode, despite both being axed.
Bosses said the decision came 'after consultation with the contestants'.
Earlier this month, a report revealed more than 40 historic complaints against Wallace had been upheld, along with a claim that Torode once used a racist term.

Saturday Kitchen 's Matt Tebbutt is expected to be the new host, with Great British Menu star Andi Oliver also in the frame.

Rob Brydon is set to host a thrilling new gameshow on the BBC, where 13 strangers will compete for a £100,000 prize. The first episode of Destination X will air on BBC One and iPlayer on Wednesday, July 30, at 9pm. There will be two episodes a week, running for five weeks until the winner is crowned. They include a pilot, a taxi driver, an endurance athlete, a crime writer, a retired detective sergeant, and a content creator. Commemorations to remember 1973 Summerland fire's 50 victims

Liverpool Claude Monet exhibition 'will bring his work to life'
An exhibition designed to "bring to life" more than 400 paintings by the renowned Impressionist artist Claude Monet has come to Monet, at Liverpool Exhibition Centre, uses projection technology to allow visitors to experience pieces including Water Lilies, Impression, Sunrise, and Poppies at Argenteuil."What we have done is to imagine if we went with Monet to all the different locations he painted all over Europe," said the exhibition's creative director Mathieu to the exhibition, which runs until 15 August, will see huge projections of Monet's work beamed on to walls and other surfaces.
