The Apprentice star Tre Lowe, 50, becomes a father for the first time as he welcomes a son after saying he wants Lord Sugar to be the godfather
Tre, 50, who appeared on last year's edition of the BBC show, confirmed he was going to be a father back in November.
And on Saturday, he shared the happy news to Instagram that he and wife Enas have welcomed their son into the world.
He shared an adorable photograph of himself clutching his newborn son's hand as he gushed over his arrival.
' And just like that, I'm a father,' broadcaster and speaker Tre penned in a heartfelt post.
'There's nothing that prepares you for this moment. No book, no podcast, no advice. Just you, your son, and a whole new frequency of love.
'Real talk - the road to get here hasn't been easy. It's been full of plot twists, growing pains, and challenging moments.
'But every single one shaped me. Broke me open. Built something real. Something solid.'
Tre went on to reflect on some harder times in his life and praised his beloved wife, describing her as 'power'.
'Now I look at my son and everything makes sense. My mission. My why,' he continued.
'To everyone who's walked with me, held space - I see you. I thank you. I love you.
'To my wife Enas - you are power, beauty, grace and grit. What you've done, what you've carried, what you've become… I'm in awe.
'And to my son…I've got you. Through everything. Through the madness and the magic.
'From now till my last breath - I've got you. The next chapter begins now. Let's get it.'
Enas and Tre, who now live in London's affluent Notting Hill, tied the knot in July 2023.
The couple were previously quizzed on whether they are considering Lord Sugar as a godparent, following his good relationship with Tre on the show.
Tre, who just missed out on the final when he was fired in the penultimate episode of this year's series, gushed that the TV boss would be a 'great godparent'.
He told The Mail: 'God, if anything happened to me. I know my kid is going to be all right. If Lord Sugar was the godparent, can you imagine the wisdom that kid would have.
'I was lucky in many ways, because you know my dad's an entrepreneur as well. He came to this country penniless and made a small fortune for himself.
'So, we're lucky in that regard, and in Enas's side of the family the have a property portfolio from Libya to here. But God!
'If I could add Lord Sugar to the mix of that, my kid would be sorted. I mean, it would have the creativity of me, so that side would be sorted, and it would have the entrepreneurial side from Lord Sugar.'
Opening up on his concerns about his age, the TV star added: 'I do worry and think about whether I'm still going to be healthy and well. I'm very fit for my age, and even though I look much younger than what I am, biologically, I am still what I am.
'But like, I say, I think if you're not going to live life in your discomfort zone, there's no point living, and I always live by that motto.
'I'm really big on taking chances. Hence. Why, I went on to The Apprentice, and I love really the competition that life is, and I think the harder it is, the harder you become.'

Strictly star Anton Du Beke opens up on wife's 'cruel' diagnosis
Strictly Come Dancing's Anton Du Beke has shed light on his wife's 'cruel and inexplicable' diagnosis. The ballroom dancer and Strictly judge, 59, has been with the dancing reality competition right from the very beginning, starting as part of the pro lineup. After the departure of Bruno Tonioli in 2022, Anton stepped up to become a replacement judge, joining Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Shirley Ballas. And now, having taken his place on the judging panel three years ago, Anton has opened up about his wife's devastating battle with endometriosis and how it affected their lives as parents. The beloved BBC personality married marketing executive Hannah Summers in 2017, after first meeting at Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey in 2012. They welcomed twins George and Henrietta after their wedding, following a successful bout of IVF treatment. Yet, speaking on Giovanna Fletcher's Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, Anton shared Hannah's fears about being able to have a baby due to her crippling endometriosis. The condition is described as the process 'where cells similar to those in the lining of the womb (uterus) grow in other parts of the body'. Anton said: 'I knew I wanted to be with her. I saw her with her nephews. She's so kind and so caring; I just couldn't understand the universe.' 'Whoever is upstairs, if anyone's upstairs, looking down and going, 'You are the most perfect person to have children, but I'm not going to let you have any children because I'm going to give you this'. 'And I'm going to say, 'You're going to have this endometriosis, and you're going to suffer with this all of your life, chronically, and I'm not going to let you have any children'. 'I thought that was peculiar, cruel, and inexplicable and unforgivable. And if ever I go up to somewhere and meet this person, I would say, 'I think you're not OK with decisions like this; this doesn't make any sense to me'.' Anton went on to discuss how health services need to educate people more about endometriosis and highlighted how there should be increased government funding for women's health services. 'We went through the process of IVF, well, for crying out loud. You girls are extraordinary,' he said. 'As much as I want to get involved, all I can do is hold your hand. It makes me emotional every time I talk about it. The injections, the stress. I have anxiety and stress, but it's not my body. 'She has these injections and the bruises in the bum, in the thigh, in the stomach. And you're trying to help, but what can you do? Whatever you want, tell me and I'll do it, but that's all you have, and it's horrendous as a man to watch it. More Trending 'You feel so inadequate, and you want to do so much more, but I can't do anything. And that's why you girls are so extraordinary; you're extraordinary that you do all this stuff.' Anton's comments came after he revealed his 'best Strictly memory ever' with Bruce Forsyth. Speaking about Sir Bruce, Anton has hailed him as a 'hero', saying that finally getting to meet one of his TV idols was everything he could have wished for. He told The Telegraph: '[My favourite celebrity encounter] has always been Sir Bruce Forsyth. Meeting Sir Bruce. He's my hero, to be honest with you. He was such a brilliant entertainer, and he was everything I wished and wanted him to be. View More » 'They say never meet your heroes, but that has never been further from the truth for me. He was absolutely incredible. Generous, kind, funny, helpful… Just the most incredible man, really.' Got a story? Love Is Blind star, 29, shows off results of hair transplant and reveals staggering five-figure sum it cost him
While many people head to countries like Turkey for cheaper treatment, the star said he wasn't keen on that route Hair Goals Love Is Blind star, 29, shows off results of hair transplant and reveals staggering five-figure sum it cost him Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) LOVE Is Blind star Jimmy Presnell has shown off the results of his hair transplant, revealing the staggering five-figure sum it cost him. Jimmy, 29, who found fame on the Netflix dating show this year, took to TikTok to share the cost - as well as why he decided to have it done in the U.S. rather than abroad. "But there's a lot of things that come with that, and I'll explain that as well.' In the video, Jimmy told his nearly 90,000 followers that he booked in with Solve Clinics, based in the River North area of Chicago. He added: 'They charge roughly $5 a graft. I had a little over 2,000 grafts, I think 2,100 or 2,200. So roughly 10, 11 grand for the procedure." While many people head to countries like Turkey for cheaper treatment, Jimmy said he wasn't keen on that route. He said: 'When I was going through the evaluation process, I was getting quotes anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000. 'It included flight, it included hotel, all that good stuff, but there was no ongoing consultation or talking to your surgeon. "So they just pretty much send you home after the surgery. You don't really have any type of relationship.' Alongside the transplant itself, he's also been paying for extra treatments to boost the results. He explained: 'I have been doing PRP, which I've made some videos on that and what that kind of entails, and those typically run anywhere from 400 to $600,' referring to platelet-rich plasma therapy. First look at Love Is Blind UK series two with Matt and Emma Willis as Netflix reveals launch date Jimmy first documented the procedure back in December, posting daily updates as he healed. Just three days after going under the knife, he revealed: 'It's swollen bad. It hurts to smile, it hurts to laugh. My head definitely feels super dry.' He also made it clear the goal wasn't to wind the clock back completely, adding: 'I didn't want to try to have a hairline of a 17 or 18-year-old. It's not realistic. "I wanted to look my age and have thicker, healthier-looking hair. That's the goal here.' More recently, Jimmy marked the six-month point since surgery by posting a progress update on Instagram for his 274,000 followers. 'Officially 6 months post hair transplant with @solveclinics,' he captioned the clip. 'Super excited where I'm at already! Even more excited to see where it'll go!' Leaning in to show his new hairline, he told viewers: 'I saw a ton of growth in months four, five, and six.' And now? 'It's getting thicker and thicker as the days go on.' Jimmy shot to fame earlier this year when he appeared on Love Is Blind, where his ex-fiancée Chelsea made headlines for comparing herself to Megan Fox. Hair Loss 101 HAIR pro Samantha Cusick has revealed everything you need to know about hair loss. Why Does Hair Loss Happen? Hair loss can be influenced by so many factors, from genetics and hormone changes to lifestyle choices. Stress, diet, and even hair care habits can all impact hair strength. It's perfectly normal to lose some hair each day, but sometimes the body can shed more than usual, responding to things like hormonal shifts or even life stressors. Why It Happens More This Time of Year Have you ever noticed your hair seems to shed more in autumn? That's seasonal shedding! During summer, we hold onto extra hair to protect our scalp from the sun. As the weather cools, it's like our body recalibrates and lets go of those extra strands. Dry, cooler air can also make hair more brittle, making it easier to lose a little extra volume during these months. Hacks and Affordable Buys to Treat Hair loss The great news? You don't need to spend a fortune on pricey treatments to support your hair. Try daily scalp massages—they're so simple but really help boost blood flow to the follicles. Castor oil is another fantastic, budget-friendly option that's rich in nutrients to strengthen your strands. Adding a bit more protein to your diet and a biotin supplement can also work wonders for overall hair health. Products to Avoid Steer clear of products with high levels of alcohol, sulphates, and parabens - they can be drying and damage hair over time. Heat styling and chemical treatments can also cause breakage, so try to use them sparingly. Instead, look for gentle, hydrating formulas to support your scalp and keep hair healthier through the seasons. 4 Jimmy paid $11k for the procedure Credit: Instagram 4 He is pictured on the day of the op Credit: Instagram

Strictly star reveals brand new career after splitting from partner as she makes her Hollywood debut alongside Bruce Willis' daughter Rumer
A Strictly Come Dancing star has swapped the BBC ballroom floor as she sets her sights on Hollywood with her movie debut. Nicola Adams has revealed she's bagged a role in The Gun on Second Street, which will premiere next year. The two-time Olympic champion's role comes after six years of studying at acting school in a bid to pursue her dream. She'll share the screen alongside Bruce Willis ' daughter Rumer, as well as lead star Jack Kesy and Poppy Delevingne. Speaking about her career change, Nicola told The Sun: 'I just want to work with people that are just as hungry as I am. 'I'm not one of those people that just show up and just expect everything to be fine. 'I put in the work, I put in the graft, just as I do as an athlete as well. I want to take it as far as I can in terms of how I grow as an actor, being able to experience different types of roles, playing different characters that really flex my abilities and my ability to be able to dig deep on the emotions that are needed for the more dark characters.' The film, which is set to go into production this autumn, is described as an allegory movie about the gun crisis in America. Its plot centres around two Pittsburgh police officers who are called two a domestic violence dispute on Second Street. However, during the call out, the officer accidentally shoots and kills his partner and best friend. Adams shot to fame in 2012 after winning gold at her home Olympics, becoming the first female boxer to ever win a medal at the Games, before going on to defend her title at Rio 2016. After winning the WBO flyweight title in 2019, she retired later that year but returned to the public eye with an appearance in the 18th series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2020. Featuring as part of the programme's first same-sex couple alongside professional Katya Jones - the pair were forced to withdraw from the show in its fourth week after Jones tested positive for COVID-19. Meanwhile, in May Nicola put her Leeds home on the market two months after splitting from Ella Baig, 27. A month previous, Nicola confirmed that she and Ella had parted ways after Ella's career as an OnlyFans model, which included posing nude snaps and engaging in explicit chat, put a strain on their relationship. Now, the Strictly star is making a fresh start by listing one of her properties - a four-bedroom, two-bathroom property in Leeds - for £950,000. Her Leeds property, which has been described as a 'fantastic family home', extends to almost 2,300 sq. ft, with potential for extension, 'providing ample space for growing families.' The boxer and the model ended their romance in March despite attempting to resolve any potential differences via couples' therapy. Nicola explained: 'I have always been incredibly supportive of Ella's career and the choices she has made, including her work on OnlyFans.' She added: 'However, as much as I respect what she does, I can't deny that it has had an impact on our relationship.' Nicola admitted there have been challenging times as they navigate the break up, especially when co-parenting their son. The couple began dating in 2018 after meeting each other on a night out - and they subsequently opted to use fertility treatments in order to have their first and only child with the egg fertilised by a sperm donor who resembled Ella. Ella carried the baby and gave birth a month early via caesarean section - with their son Taylor being born in July 2022.
