Get a first look inside L.A.'s new anime-themed café, opening this weekend
Already, the One Piece Cafe Los Angeles has been making alert fans happy through its soft opening over the last few weeks—and now the grand opening happens in just a few days with tons of giveaways of merch and limited-edition collectibles. The first 100 people in line will receive the following valuable goodies: the first 10 guests get a free One Piece Cafe tote bag with $100 worth of themed merchandise inside; the nxt 50 guests receive a free tote bag with $50 worth of merch; and the next 40 guests receive a free tote bag. That sounds to us like an incentive to bring a sleeping bag and stake your place in line if you're a rabid fan. The doors open at 11am at 241 S. San Pedro Street in Los Angeles, the former site of Dragon Bowl Sushi & Teriyaki, and close at 10pm.
If you aren't one of the first 100, don't worry: the food is still amazing and worth attending for. It's all inspired by the ONE PIECE and 'approved by the Straw Hat crew,' according to the cafe's press release. You'll find Sanji's 'Diable Jambe' chicken katsu sando, Sanji's beef yakisoba, Hatchan's takoyaki, Robin's Flower-Flower Power Refresher (blueberry lavender lemonade with butterfly pea tea) plus assorted artisanal donuts: gum-gum devil fruit delight (ube icing with vanilla cake topper), Luffy's passion punch (passion fruit, blood orange, pomegranate) and Zoro's Gold Mark (chocolate ganache with matcha crumble).
The cafe is completely cash-free, so bring a debit or credit card (leave behind your pieces of eight).
The merchandise you can purchase here is only available here for heightened cachet, including character-themed T-shirts, tote bags and drinkware. There are goods, too, like keychains, plushies, pins, lanyards, and even a ONE PIECE puzzle set to get your brain seeing patterns. It's going to be epic!

Wednesday season 2: Netflix release time, cast and more
Part one of Wednesday, season two, will be released on Netflix at 8am (BST) on Wednesday (August 6). The second season will see the return of Jenna Ortega (Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Death of a Unicorn and Scream) as Wednesday Addams. While fellow cast members, including Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams), and Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair), will also be back for the new season. They will be joined by new faces like Joanna Lumley (Grandmama Hester Frump), Steve Buscemi (Principal Dort), Billie Piper (Isadora Capri) and Christopher Lloyd (Professor Orloff). Ahead of the release of Wednesday, season two, we have rounded up everything you need to know, from how season one ended and the new-look cast, to the upcoming episode titles and whether or not there will be a season three.
