On July 18, the launch event transformed into a glitzy affair, with several celebrities gracing the red carpet, serving pure fashion goals.
Bigg Boss OTT crossover
Among the many who graced the red carpet were Divyaa Agarwal and Vishal Pandey. The meeting of the two stars was no less than a Bigg Boss OTT season crossover as Divya was the winner of season 1, while the actor appeared as one of the contestants in season 3.
For the night, the Ragini MMS: Returns 2 star stunned in a black ensemble, featuring a see-through top layered with a bralette. She teamed it with a pair of black pants, chunky gold necklaces, glam makeup, pointed heels and a ponytail hairdo. On the other hand, Vishal was seen twinning with the diva in an all-black outfit, including a crisp shirt and a pair of pants.

"Double The Size Of My Hand": Food Blogger Reacts To Haridwar's Gigantic 20-Inch Samosa
A crispy golden crust, a spicy potato filling, and that unmistakable triangle: the samosa is easily one of India's most beloved snacks. But what if it came supersized? A video currently doing rounds on social media shows a food blogger introducing his followers to what he claims is India's largest samosa, measuring 20 inches. ' India ka sabse bada 20-inch ka samosa milta hai Haridwar mein (India's largest 20-inch samosa is available in Haridwar),' he says. As the camera pans, we get to see the street food vendor seated inside the snacks shop while the content creator asks, ' Suna hai duniya ka sabse bada samosa milta hai yaha (I have heard that the world's biggest samosa is available here).' The shopkeeper replies, " Ji bhaiya (yes, brother), 20-inch ka samosa." The food blogger then compares the size of his palm to the samosa, exclaiming, ' Yeh mere haath se double samosa hain (This samosa is double the size of my hand).' Showing the largest samosa, the blogger says, ' Hindustan ka sabse bada samosa aur ye gaya aaram se steam bath karne, sona bath karne garma garam tel mein (India's biggest samosa went straight into the hot oil),' pointing towards the huge container as the 20-inch samosa is all set for deep frying. The shopkeeper also informed him that they fry the samosas in soybean oil and refined oil for the scrumptious taste. The unique samosa is then served to the blogger, accompanied by two types of chutneys - one sweet and another made of dhaniya and pudina (coriander and mint). The blogger mentions, ' Ohh bhaisaab itna bhari, just look at this gigantic samosa (Oh, it's so heavy, just look at this gigantic samosa).' He continues, ' Bhaisaab mere haath mein abhi duniya ka sabse bada, 20 inch ka samosa hai (I have the world's biggest 20 inch samosa in my hand right now),' and even compares the size with his face. He then cracks open the snack item, showcasing its fillings of paneer, potato, matar and a lot of dried fruits. In the concluding note, he states, ' Iss samosa ko miss mat karna. "I Was Obsessed": Chef Jake Dryan On Why He Cooks So Much Indian Food
Jake Dryan, a UK-based chef and content creator, is well-known among Indian foodies on social media. Over the past few years, many of his recipe videos featuring regional Indian delicacies have gone viral. He is often applauded for his attention to detail and his use of proper methods/ingredients while cooking elaborate Indian dishes. Such a respectful approach is not frequently followed among foreign vloggers attempting to cook Indian food. Moreover, people have also appreciated the fact that Jake goes beyond the stereotypical Indian dishes and spotlights lesser-known recipes from different parts of the country. This does beg the question: what made him decide to focus on Indian cuisine and continue to cook it over the years? Jake recently shared a video on Instagram in which he revealed what made him first fall in love with Indian food. He explained that he holds cherished childhood memories associated with Gujarati food specifically. When he was 12 years old, he was in a rock band with two Gujarati friends in school. During band practices at their houses, Jake got the opportunity to try homemade Gujarati dishes including sabzis, thepla and dhokla (which he calls his "all-time favourite"). He noted, "That sparked my love for home cooking, which I already had, thanks to my Italian grandfather." Jake Dryan went on to become a chef later in life. While working at a busy hotel kitchen, he found many colleagues who were Indian. He ended up cooking dishes like dal, aloo gobi, etc. for them. They were full of praise for Jake's creations, even declaring that they tasted like their own mothers' cooking. This compliment meant a lot to Jake. He proceeded to explain that he always tried his best to ask questions and notice the important details like "order of the tempering, how much oil [and] which pan to use." He added, "Over time I've learnt dishes from all over the world. But Indian food rose to the top of my knowledge base." He recalled that the first-ever video he shared on his Instagram page featured aloo matar. In the caption, Jake summarised, "I get asked every day. Why do you cook so much Indian food? It goes way back to when I was 12, playing in a band with two Gujarati friends. Their family would cook for us, shaak, thepla, dhokla. I was obsessed. Then I trained as a chef and worked in a hotel kitchen. Most of my colleagues were Indian, and I'd cook for them too. They'd say it tasted like their mum's, that meant everything. Since then I've kept learning, cooking, and asking questions. I even did a whole series cooking five dishes from almost every state. But I'm still just scratching the surface.
