This retro photo gallery captures the best and worst of the 1970s in the UK, from music and fashion to political protest.

As well as testing the physical and mental endurance of the celebrity line-up, the show also gives viewers a raw and honest glimpse into the personal lives Among those taking part is boxer Conor Benn, who is no stranger to pushing his body to the limit, due to his career in the ring. However, his time in the world of professional boxing has also taken a huge toll on his mental health at times. Back in 2022, weeks after his planned fight with Chris Eubank Jr was cancelled, Benn twice tested positive for women's fertility drug clomifene. He gave up his licence under the threat of a lengthy ban, but fought his case. Article continues below For 24 months Benn protested his innocence to the UK Anti-Doping (Ukad) and the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC), before his provisional suspension was lifted in 2024. The experience clearly caused Benn to spiral, and he candidly revealed it had even caused him to consider taking his own life. "It's hurt me," said Benn in an interview on Piers Morgan: Uncensored. "I didn't think I was going to make it through this period. I didn't think I was going to make it through." Asked if he was talking about taking his own life, Benn replied: "Yeah. Yeah, I'd say so - and it upsets me now because I don't know how I got so bad. I got in a really bad way about it. "I was shamed for something I hadn't even done. It's hard because I felt like I was on death row for something I haven't even done. "If I had done something wrong, I'm human. I'd raise my hands to it, 'I made a mistake', whatever it is, I raise my hands. Never this. "I felt seven years of hard work and sacrifice, and leaving my family and the image I maintain, was just ruined by somebody else's incompetence. It's been hard for the family." When he was eventually "cleared of any wrongdoing" the welterweight reiterated he was always "an advocate for clean sport". "This past 24 months has unquestionably been the toughest fight of my life," Benn wrote in a statement published on X. Article continues below "[It has been} a rollercoaster period within which the WBC had already decided that I was innocent and the NADP decided in the first instance that there was no case to answer and I was free to fight."

Since winning the third season of Love Island in 2017, Amber has carved out a career in musical theatre. In the past few years, she's appeared in 9 to 5: The Musical, Bring It On: The Musical, Back to the Future: The Musical and Pretty Woman. The 28-year-old is also currently playing Jordan Baker in the West End production of The Great Gatsby at the London Coliseum. However, during a recent performance, Amber called out a woman who had broken a major rule of theatre etiquette and was using her phone during the show. The former Love Islander, 31, revealed that preparations for her baby daughter are now 'really coming together' and expressed gratitude to those who have stood by her during challenging times. Olivia and husband Alex, who are already parents of Abel Jacob, are expecting their second child this summer. Taking to Instagram yesterday, the star from Chelmsford wrote: "The prep for Baby Girl is really coming together… the nursery's done, her little clothes are washed and folded, and we've got her bottles ready to go thanks to @philipsavent. "It brings back so many memories of when our village helped feed Abe... those quiet, lovely moments where family could bond with him, and I could have a much-needed breather too. It was never just about the feeds, it was about feeling supported, surrounded, and lifted up. "This time around, I know our people will be just as amazing. I can already picture Daddy giving Baby Girl her first bottle (while I sneak off for that much-needed nap). He's the one who keeps us going, always showing up with a cup of tea, a kind word, or a belly laugh with Abel. It really does take a village, and I'm so grateful for mine." Content cannot be displayed without consent Olivia's positive update comes after she endured Vanishing Twin Syndrome (VTS) during the early stages of her pregnancy. This tragic condition occurs when one twin in a multiple pregnancy vanishes, leaving behind just one embryo. It is a form of miscarriage occurring in approximately 36 per cent of twin pregnancies, where the affected foetus is absorbed either by the surviving twin or by the mother's body. Earlier this year, Olivia expressed that she'd experienced the 'most complicated batch of emotions' she'd ever known during the pregnancy. "I have battled with depression and anxiety for most of my teen years onwards, and when I felt its ugly head rising stronger than I'd ever felt when I was pregnant with Abel, I was absolutely terrified," she wrote in a separate Instagram post. "I felt like that darkness was taking over and pulling me down with both paws. I felt it again after giving birth, have felt it intermittently throughout motherhood. It's not just the hormones, it's the whole expectation, the change, and the world feeling different to what you have experienced your whole life. "Then fast forward to this year, losing one of our precious babies to Vanishing Twin Syndrome and going through the most complicated batch of emotions I've ever felt." Olivia and Alex Bowen are expecting their second child this summer (Image: PA) Despite the difficulties she'd encountered, Olivia has been completely overwhelmed by the reaction from other women who have wrestled with comparable experiences. "Never be ashamed of your emotions. It is the most incredible thing about you - being able to feel so deeply," she continued. "It is so scary to be so vulnerable, isn't it? This is a crazy ride and sometimes it's beautiful and rewarding and sometimes it's cruel and confusing. I'm here for you all. Please look after the women and mothers in your life." Though Olivia experienced no VTS symptoms, the Cleveland Clinic suggests that light bleeding, cramps, and pain in the back and pelvis could be warning signs. The condition typically stems from DNA abnormalities in one twin that hinder its development. Unfortunately, these problems are usually present from conception and cannot be altered or controlled. "If the embryo disappears in the first trimester, neither you nor your surviving foetus will likely experience any complications," the clinic explains. "Your pregnancy will continue as usual... It's possible to be pregnant with multiples and to miscarry one or more of the embryos before your first pregnancy ultrasound.
