And while celebrations were at fever pitch on the Munich turf, it was scarlet fever online for the broadcaster's admirers.
Eva, 30, has been labelled Albania's version of TNT Sports' Laura Woods.
But she's also a model and an actress, having appeared in movies, TV drama and classic plays on the stage.
Her outfits are as varied as her CV, keeping her Instagram following of 1.3million fans guessing.
Never more so than this month.
The Tring TV and Vizion Plus host went braless in a pink strappy top for coverage of the Giro d'Italia cycle race.
She then opted for a glittering, low-cut gown to front an awards ceremony in her home country.
And on Saturday night, just as PSG got everything right out in the middle, Eva's fans reckon she was flawless in the studio.

The law graduate shared a clip of herself perched on a stool, writing notes and walking around as she prepared for the final.
Eva topped off the video by blowing two kisses to the camera.

One fan responded by calling her "The most beautiful lady on earth".
And many followers believes she added a perfect touch by choosing sparkly high heels.
"What beautiful feet, what a beautiful and sexy woman," declared one viewer.
"Goddess," said another, while she was also described as "simply exceptional".
Eva's cherry-coloured outfit might have hinted at half a link to PSG - as the first-time Champions League winners play in red and blue.
But if the sometime film actress did get The French Connection spot on, it was a case of The Italian Sob for poor Inter and their dejected supporters.

The former Top Gear host has been showing his pub landlord journey during his series and he has also revealed the funny reason why he chose to name the pub The Farmer's Dog. In the fourth episode, Jeremy can be seen reading through documentation about handling the pub's purchase and this is when he finds out that the surrounding Oxfordshire area is regularly visited by people who enjoy having sex in public spaces. Jeremy finds that the pub's garden area is designated by the council as "a picnic site". The lawyer said: "We have happened upon some quite interesting photographs which capture certain graffiti and certain goings-on." Clarkson then visited the area himself and found that it was still going on as he found underwear thrown in trees. He first talked about the dogging rumours when he shared a post to his Instagram page. He stood outside of the pub as he held up a stick with a pair of black and pink knickers hanging off the end. Daizen Maeda 'interests' Brentford after Celtic star made transfer feelings very clear amid £21m non negotiable
The forward is in demand this summer after an impressive campaign last term for the Scottish champions Brentford are reportedly showing interest in Daizen Maeda - despite the Celtic star making his feelings clear over an exit. The 27-year-old was the standout performer for the Scottish Premiership champions last season netting 33 goals last season as Brendan Rodgers' claimed a domestic double. That has seen the likes of Tottenham, Fenerbahce and West Ham touted with a move for the forward - and now The Bees' appear to have joined the race. Sportiva reported that the addition of Maeda is part of the "big changes heading into the new season" with Keith Andrews replacing Thomas Frank as manager - after Frank replaced Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham. It is claimed that the Premier League club could take "immediate action" and submit and offer - but the valuation of the Japanese international will be "carefully considered" before an offer is made. Reports in Turkey stating Jose Mourinho's men were told stump up £21million for the star by Celtic - and that valuation is unlikely to have moved since. But Maeda has already hinted this summer that he is in no rush to leave - as he sets his sights on the Champions League after reaching the play-off phase of the competition. He said: "I really enjoyed playing in the Champions League this season because there were so many games and it gave us a lot of different challenges. "I think the new format has been great and I am excited to try it again this upcoming season. It helped me improve. "We played some great teams. Personally, I actually thought the best side we played was Atalanta because they didn't appear to have any weaknesses." And last week Maeda explained during an interview in his homeland that his family was settled in Glasgow. He said: "My son was doing knee sliding exercises at home. I was inspired by that and thought I could do it too. "I thought I'd give it a go and it was surprisingly easy, so I started doing it after that. It's easy to do in Scotland because the grass is always wet." I'm 42 and was desperate to have a Kris Jenner ‘face lift' but was left with a bumpy, lumpy neck
HER rumoured facelift hit headlines worldwide - with people praising just how flawless the results were. And one person keen to emulate Kris Jenner's new look was Australian model Rebecca Judd. 4 Australian model Rebecca Judd asked her aesthetician for "Kris Jenner's neck without surgery", but ended up with a bumpy, lumpy neck Credit: instagram/rebecca judd 4 The 42-year-old model as she normally looks Credit: Getty 4 Kris Jenner has wowed people with her new look - seen here in March 2024 before undergoing a rumoured face lift Credit: Getty 4 Her face is now flawless, and she looks decades younger than her 69 years Credit: Instagram The 42-year-old asked her clinical specialist Claire McGuinness to "give me Kris Jenner's neck without surgery". However, things didn't appear to have gone quite to plan, judging by Rebecca's Instagram Stories post. In the image, she showed that she'd been left with three lines of raised bumps on her neck. The lumps on her neck under her chin looked to have started healing, with some of them disappearing completely. Read more Surgery stories FACE OFF I flew to Mexico for a £10k facelift at 50, folk can't believe the difference While the lower lines were still obvious and red. It's not clear exactly what procedure Rebecca had, but Claire's website states that she offers countless facial rejuvenation procedures - from micro-needling to LED light therapy. The picture of Rebecca's bumpy neck went viral on social media, with people taking to the comments section of the posts to weigh in on what treatment Rebecca may have received. "Looks like MicroBotox to me," one wrote. "This pic was probably taken right after and then the bumps go down. "Nothing major that is for sure!" People compare me to Kris Jenner - now she's 'had a facelift', they say we look even more like 'twins' "These are Botox injection bumps and will literally be gone in under 10 minutes," another added. "You all do realise this is probs just polys?" a third asked. "It goes down within half hour - it's a simple easy good little treatment." "This is a Skin Booster, and this is exactly what it should look like post injections," someone else commented. Kris, 69, left fans stunned when she stepped out showcasing her new youthful look, with her rep confirming to Page Six that she underwent aesthetic enhancements from New York plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine. Although it has not been revealed exactly what she had done, many critics have suggested she underwent a deep plane facelift. What is a face lift and how quick is the recovery? A FACE lift (technically called a rhytidectomy) is a cosmetic surgical procedure which tries to reduce visible signs of ageing in the face and neck. The procedure begins with either general anaesthesia or local anaesthesia with sedation to ensure you're comfortable and pain-free. The surgeon makes incisions based on the type of face lift. The surgeon lifts the skin and underlying tissues (SMAS layer – superficial musculoaponeurotic system). Fat may be sculpted, removed, or redistributed. The underlying muscle and connective tissues are tightened and repositioned to create a more youthful look. The skin is gently laid back over the newly repositioned contours and incisions are closed with sutures (medical stitch) or skin adhesives. Recovery time varies, but most people return to normal activities within two to four weeks. In an exclusive chat with The U.S. Sun, Dr. Norman Rowe, who did not do Kris's work but specializes in deep plane facelifts, was asked how much her rumoured procedure might have set her back. "It depends on whether or not you're getting it in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Miami or New York or LA," he said. "I mean, it can range from, five figures to six figures."
