In the terrifying clip, the victim is seen tussling with a pedestrian to block the bullets.
Lemathy, who was an academy player at League Two club Walsall FC, was arrested by cops after suffering stab wounds himself close to Villa Park, the stadium of Premier League outfit Aston Villa.
He pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm with intent in April.
He was jailed for years and nine months at Birmingham Crown Court on June 3.
The court heard how the talented footballer had been on the books of Walsall FC but was soon seduced by drugs and crime after the club released him.
On the day of the shooting he had been involved in an argument with two men near a bus stop while riding his e-bike.
He then returned home and fetched the gun before he was stabbed near a Gulf petrol station as the argument escalated.
Lemathy then fired at least two shots from his revolver at the pair in retaliation before fleeing the scene.
Sentencing, Judge Melbourne Inman KC told him he was a "dangerous offender" and described gun crime as the "scourge of Birmingham".
It comes after another gunman started shooting at a group of people in a residential street in broad-daylight.

Desie Dalton-Byrne, 21, opened fire near his home on Chudleigh Road, Erdington, Birmingham last year.
Chilling CCTV shows him wielding a gun and waving it in the air before taking aim at a group and fleeing on foot.
No one was injured in the shooting which happened at around 6.30pm on July 25 last year.
West Midlands Police used CCTV to track down Dalton-Byrne and the weapon was discovered in a garden in nearby Low Wood Road.
Dalton-Byrne admitted possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, possession of a firearm, and possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate.
He was jailed for five-and-a-half years at Birmingham Crown Court in March.
Detective Inspector Matt Marston, from the force's Major Crime Unit, said: "Firearms and drugs play a significant role in criminality on our streets.
"It persistently erodes communities, ruining lives and blighting communities.
"As a result of this discovery, we've taken a deadly weapon off the streets, and an individual with direct access to it is behind bars.
"We hope this sentence will offer a deterrent to other criminals who act in this way."

The pensioner was charged with three offences of "wilful ill treatment of a child" relating to three boys. Ruben has been remanded into custody and will appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court tomorrow. Janine McKinney, Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS East Midlands, said: 'The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised the prosecution of a 76-year-old man with child cruelty offences following a police investigation into a summer camp held at Stathern Lodge, Leicestershire. "This decision has been made after reviewing a file of evidence from Leicestershire Police. 'Jonathon Ruben, will be charged with three offences of wilful ill treatment of a child relating to three boys. He will appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Saturday, 1 August. 'This has been an extremely upsetting and shocking moment for the community, and especially for the children and parents most directly affected. 'We would like to remind all concerned that there are now active criminal proceedings against Mr Ruben, and he has the right to a fair trial. There must be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online that may in any way prejudice these proceedings." Officers and the East Midlands Ambulance Service - including an air ambulance - swarmed the Christian camp on Monday. "Distressed" parents were reportedly unable to see their kids "for hours" as they were taken to a makeshift triage centre nearby. One witness reported seeing parents "screaming" at officers as they demanded to see their kids. A total of eight children - who were all boys aged between eight and 11 - were taken to hospital as a precaution and later discharged. One adult was also taken to hospital as a precaution and was also discharged, said cops. A resident who lives near the hall said: 'It was pretty chaotic, with emergency workers running around everywhere. "I saw a few children in tears as they walked into the hall. It's like every parent's worst nightmare." Leicester Police has now referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), who have launched a probe. It comes as officers admitted it received a report on Sunday of children feeling unwell but did not visit the camp until Monday. The lodge is owned by Christian charity the Braithwaite Gospel Trust, which provides holiday clubs. An IOPC spokesperson said: "We received a conduct referral on Tuesday (July 29) from Leicestershire Police relating to their handling of concerns passed to them over the wellbeing of a group of children. "Our assessment team has examined all available evidence and concluded the matter should be independently investigated by the IOPC. "The investigation will look at whether there were any breaches of professional behaviour - namely a failure to carry out duties and responsibilities - that resulted in a delay in Leicestershire Police's response to what was later declared a critical incident." 4 Police have charged a pensioner with murder Credit: PA

Harry Redknapp's Dorset mansion has been raided by masked robbers who stole his wife's jewellery. The former Premier League boss and wife Sandra, both 78, were out at the time of the break-in at their £5 million home in Sandbanks last Friday night. The hammer-wielding thieves are understood to have made off with jewellery belonging to Sandra and other luxury items after smashing through the front door. One theory detectives are said to be investigating is that the gang may have gone onto an online selling agents' to scope the house's floorplan before embarking on the raid. A source told The Sun: 'It was clearly organised. The raiders must have known the house was empty.' They added: 'The criminals would only have to keep watch on the property and break in once the coast was clear, knowing the full layout of the house in advance.' Redknapp was reportedly at a function that evening, while his wife was in London. A spokesman for the former Spurs, West Ham and Portsmouth manager said Harry doesn't 'want to make a fuss' and that it is 'a matter for the police'. Friday's briefing: West Ham's Lucas Paqueta cleared of spot-fixing charges
Newcastle striker Alexander Isak is training individually at Real Sociedad as his stand-off with Newcastle drags on. Ella Toone has revealed her grandmother died on the morning of England's Euro 2025 final victory over Spain. Paqueta cleared of spot-fixing charges West Ham midfielder Lucas Paqueta is looking forward to playing football 'with a smile on his face' again after four spot-fixing charges against him which could have effectively finished his career were found not proven. The Brazilian has been under investigation since August 2023, with the Football Association charging him in May 2024 with four alleged breaches of Rule E5.1, which relates to any attempt to improperly influence any aspect of a match. It was alleged he deliberately attempted to receive a card in four Premier League games between November 2022 and August 2023. He learned the outcome on Friday, and for Paqueta the decision has lifted a huge weight from his shoulders. 'Since the first day of this investigation, I have maintained my innocence against these extremely serious accusations,' he said. 'I can't say anything more at this time, but I would like to express how grateful I am to God and how eager I am to return to playing football with a smile on my face. 'To my wife who never let go of my hand, to West Ham United, to the fans who always cheered me on, and to my family, friends and the legal team who have supported me – thank you for everything.' Isak training alone at Sociedad Alexander Isak is training alone at former club Real Sociedad (Owen Humphreys/PA) Newcastle striker Alexander Isak is training individually at Real Sociedad, the Basque club have confirmed. The Sweden international, who is reported to have asked Newcastle executives to explore a move away from St James' Park, has been heavily linked with Liverpool. His former club Sociedad confirmed on Thursday he was 'working with his trainers' at the club's Zubieta facility. The player did not travel with the rest of the Newcastle squad earlier this month for their pre-season tour of Asia amid speculation over his future, with the club saying at the time he was absent due to a minor thigh injury. The decision to train at his old club rather than his current one will heighten speculation that Isak sees his future away from Newcastle. I have comfort in knowing she got to watch from the best seat in the house with Dad, her favourite person.' Crisis growing at Wednesday A message from Henrik 🇩🇰🦉 — Sheffield Wednesday (@swfc) July 31, 2025 The financial crisis at Sheffield Wednesday is causing growing concern within the English Football League over whether the club will be able to play their opening game of the Sky Bet Championship season, the PA news agency understands. It is understood Wednesday players have refused to feature in a scheduled behind-closed-doors friendly against Burnley on Saturday after the club failed to pay their wages on time. The Owls are currently under an EFL embargo for unpaid transfer fees and owner Dejphon Chansiri is trying to sell the cash-strapped club. Wednesday appointed Henrik Pedersen as their new head coach on Thursday following the departure of Danny Rohl and, just hours later, Saturday's friendly was cancelled as players and coaching staff decided to boycott the match after not receiving July's monthly salary on time.
