Goalkeeper Andy Firth made just one appearance for Rangers during his three-year stint at the club between 2019 and 2022.
The former Liverpool kid was snapped up by Steven Gerrard from Barrow and was largely third-choice keeper during his spell with the Gers.
Firth's only appearance came in May 2019 on the final day of the season against Kilmarnock, when he replaced an injured Wes Foderingham.
While he wouldn't see any further playing time, Firth went on to become a cult hero among the Light Blues support.
He was often front and centre of wild celebrations, including after the Gers' defeat of RB Leipzig to reach the Europa League Final.
Firth's contract expired in the weeks that followed the Seville showpiece and his time in Glasgow came to an end.
When his exit was confirmed, the stopper said it had been the "best time of my life" and that he had "lived the dream" at Ibrox.
Firth spent two years with Connah's Quay Nomads in Wales after leaving Rangers before heading for Saudi Arabia in 2024 as a goalkeeping coach for Al-Ettifaq, once again working under Gerrard.
While he's been away from Ibrox for three years, Firth's love for Rangers certainly hasn't gone away.
The former goalkeeper was in fact BACK at his former home stadium to take in the Gers' clash with Club Brugge on Sunday.

Wife Bethan shared a couple of adorable snaps on Instagram showing the family outside the Ibrox gates.
Their baby son Carter was wearing a Rangers top with his name and his dad's number, 13, on the back.
Firth shared the pictures to his own Instagram story, adding: "And all my sons, will be like me."
Those are lyrics from a chant led by the Gers ultras group the Union Bears.
It isn't the first time Firth has been to see Rangers in action since his departure from the club.
Just weeks after leaving, he was in the crowd for a pre-season clash at Blackpool three years ago.
While Gerrard left Al-Ettifaq earlier this year, Firth has remained in his role as goalkeeping coach since.

Rangers approach Crystal Palace over loan deal for winger
Rangers have made an approach to Crystal Palace in an attempt to sign winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi on loan until the end of the season. No agreement has been reached between the clubs yet, but Rangers are hopeful of making him the latest addition to Russell Martin's squad. Rak-Sakyi has been linked with several clubs this summer, with Palace reportedly considering his long-term future. The 22-year-old moved to Palace six years ago and has played ten games for the first team. He was loaned to Sheffield United last season and played 34 games in the Championship, scoring seven times. That helped catch the eye of Rangers, who are continuing a huge summer rebuild following the American takeover at Ibrox. Speaking after the team's 1-0 win over Panathinaikos in the first leg of their Champions League qualifier, Martin talked about having more new recruits to help the team before the transfer window closes. Rangers would like Rak-Sakyi to be one of those signings but even if a deal is struck quickly he would not be able to play in next week's second leg in Athens. Ryan Reynolds won't want Wrexham signing to replicate fans incident he had to apologise for
Wrexham will be hoping Josh Windass has learned from past mistakes after signing the ex-Sheffield Wednesday star on a free transfer ahead of their Championship campaign Wrexham secured a big coup this week by signing former Sheffield Wednesday man Josh Windass. The attacking midfielder boasts some impressive numbers after scoring 53 goals for the Owls in 182 appearances. The Welsh side didn't even have to fork out a single penny on a transfer fee for the 31-year-old after he left Hillsborough last week by mutual agreement following issues with delayed wage payments. Wrexham have had a busy summer transfer window following their promotion to the Championship at the end of last season, with manager Phil Parkinson bringing in five new players so far. The arrival of Windass will have come as music to the ears of the club's Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. However, his career has not been without controversy and the two actors will be hoping he doesn't show their team in a bad light by repeating past mistakes. One notable incident occurred while was playing for Scottish giants Rangers in February 2018. Windass was forced to apologise after a controversial goal celebration during a 2-0 win over Partick Thistle. Then aged 24, he infuriated his own supporters by putting a finger to his lips in front of them after scoring the opening goal. Windass later said sorry to the Rangers faithful after seemingly getting frustrated by criticism of his performances from some sections of the fanbase. Speaking at the time, Windass told Sky Sports News: "There was no real reason or malice in the celebration, it was just a bit of instinct after I'd scored. It was just a little bit of frustration. "It was nothing to do with social media, it was just how I was playing in the game up to that point, I was a bit frustrated. I've just reacted in maybe the wrong way, but it's what happens sometimes in football. You just go for emotion." He added: "I'd forgot about it straight away, it's just other people bringing it up to me, I'll just let them talk about it and I'll just concentrate on myself." His outspoken nature landed him in hot water as recently as May this year. It came after Windass levelled scathing criticism towards a former Wednesday youth team player. He labelled defender Joey Phuthi 'p**h' after claiming the 20-year-old had compared himself to Lionel Messi. Windass made his remarks during a discussion about fitness and running stats on the Open Goal podcast. "We've got a young lad called Joey - I think he's been released. He's p**h anyway," said Windass "I was speaking to him in the canteen at football and one of our coaches said to me, 'have a word with Joey, he never runs more than 9k in a game ever'. "So I was speaking to him and I was like, 'how much do you run in a game' and he said '9km - Messi don't run'. A kid at 17, I didn't say anything to him but I was thinking, 'you're the worst player ever and you're talking about Messi - run around." Phuthi later described the criticism from Windass as 'disappointing' and claimed his comments were taken out of context. The full-back also said the row had made a tough period for him even harder. Posting on X, he said: "Not being offered a new contract at Sheffield Wednesday has been difficult to process and the last thing I expected was to be dragged into something like this. For clarity, the conversation has been completely flipped out of context." Windass is the son of former Premier League striker Dean Windass, who played for the likes of Hull, Middlesbrough and Bradford. His dad was diagnosed with dementia earlier this year, leading to an outpouring of support from the football community. Josh joins Wrexham as they prepare to play in the Championship for the first time in 43 years next season. Alan Shearer's telling comment as Alexander Isak informs Newcastle he wants to explore move
Alan Shearer has reacted with shock after Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak was ruled out of the club's pre-season tour to Asia amid Liverpool's interest in the player Alan Shearer's reaction said it all after Newcastle United confirmed Alexander Isak will not be part of the club's pre-season tour. The prolific striker, who has been heavily linked with Liverpool, has told the Magpies he is keen to explore a move away from the club. That bombshell emerged shortly after it was confirmed that Isak would be absent from the club's tour to Asia. Eddie Howe's side will play Arsenal in Singapore and Tottenham in Seoul, South Korea. A minor thigh issue was cited as the reason for the Swede's absence. When Newcastle 's touring party, minus Isak, was announced by the club on its Instagram feed, club icon Shearer commented with a stunned face emoji. Meanwhile, Magpies fans criticised the club's handling of the situation, with some arguing he should have travelled even if he does have a niggle. One said: 'Even if Isak is injured, you take him on the tour to build the brand. As a club asset to gain fans, you take him to meet and greets and public events, even if he's not on the bench. No way that he's been left out for any other reason than to be available for sale and medicals without flying halfway across the planet.' Another posted: 'This whole Isak situation is being handled terribly by the club, it's making us as fans look like mugs. The elephant in the room needs to be addressed. Regardless of injury, he should travel with the team (if he even is injured), it's just causing more speculation about him leaving than it's worth. Disappointing news.' A third demanded: 'Time Isak spoke to the fans, I think he owes us that.' Another said: 'Surely you take him on tour regardless of injury? Unless it's something where he'd doing rehabilitation or been told not to fly. Need some answers soon mind!' While Newcastle are under no pressure to sell their prized asset, who is valued at in excess of £120million, they may have no option but to cash in now Isak has expressed a desire to leave. While Liverpool are heading the chase for his signature, there is believed to be interest elsewhere, including from Saudi side Al Hilal, who, like Newcastle, are owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF). Howe addressed the speculation around his star striker as he explained why he wasn't involved in last weekend's friendly at Celtic. Isak had travelled to Glasgow with the squad, only to be sent home. The Newcastle boss said: 'It was my decision. He travelled back to Glasgow with us, but I decided to send him home due to the speculation around him. Howe added: 'Yes, I've had discussions with him, but that's not abnormal. I respect a player's career and how short it is. Alex has been really good, he's trained really well and I realise there'll be noise around him. 'We have a few of those players who are irreplaceable. Your top players are so hard to find, so hard to recruit and so hard to develop. 'So when you have them, you need to treasure them. Of course, we're desperate to keep him as part of our team. I think it's difficult for me to ever give 100 per cent clarity on any player, I'd never do that. 'All I can say is Alex is happy at Newcastle, he loves the players, the staff, the team. I've never had any issue with him and I'm confident he's going to be here at the start of the season.' However, since those words, the landscape has shifted considerably, with Isak looking increasingly likely to be moving on.
