Lisa Vanderpump hits back at Scheana Shay's TV exploitation accusation
On Tuesday the 64-year-old restaurateur was stopped by TMZ in Los Angeles, telling the outlet she 'doesn't care' what 40-year-old Scheana has to say about her.
Shay worked for Vanderpump on the Bravo series Vanderpump Rules for 11 seasons, and is accusing the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star of 'gaslighting' her ahead of the release of her memoir My Good Side.
'Guess what? I don't care what she says — how about that?' Vanderpump mouthed off earlier this week.
'Important things are what matter to me, not her bulls**t claims,' the UK native hit back, adding that she was more concerned with Ozzy Osbourne 's death that day.

'That's the saddest thing,' she lamented while jumping into a car en route of her next destination.
While Lisa was out and about on the west coast, Scheana was promoting her forthcoming book in New York City.
She wore a baby blue tweed Chanel blazer and shorts combo while stopping by SiriusXM studios.
Back in January, the mom-of-one announced her new book and said readers could expect 'tea' on Vanderpump.
The literary effort will feature candid information about her 2006 affair with Eddie Cibrian — which occurred while he was married to Brandi Glanville.
Scheana alleges in the pages of My Good Side that Lisa knew more about the situation than she initially disclosed.
'We all saw it play out on the show when I went up to her and she acts shocked that I was working her party with this guy's ex-wife, who I used to date because I didn't know he was married,' she told Us Weekly last week.
The Bravo star claims Vanderpump purposefully put her and Glanville together on screen in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode in order to 'launch her TV empire' — which includes spinoff shows Vanderpump Rules and Vanderpump Villa.
Shay continued, 'Up until about six months ago, that was the truth that I knew because that's what she told me.'
She added, 'Now, I feel like she low-key used my real-life pain to launch her TV empire — and what an empire she has.'
Shay said it's difficult for her to believe that Lisa had no knowledge of the affair.
'I vividly remember when photos leaked of Eddie and [me], there was a magazine being passed around the kitchen at Villa Blanca,' she said in reference to Vanderpump's former restaurant.
'She gaslit me about it for a decade instead of just coming to me in the beginning. She doesn't make mistakes. She makes moves and then calls them coincidences,' the podcaster accused.
Scheana said she wishes Lisa had been 'transparent' with her and admitted she 'always looked up to' the entrepreneur.
'I've always admired her. Now I'm like, "Did I admire her out of fear?" I guess I would've just like to have agency in my own story,' she shared.

Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay's ex-fling DISSES her new tell-all memoir
Scheana Shay 's former fling, Jesse Metcalfe, dismissed her new tell-all memoir in an interview this weekend. While speaking with Us Weekly on Saturday, Jesse said he has not read her new book. The tome, titled My Good Side, was published on July 22 and contains never-before-heard stories from the former Vanderpump Rules star, 40. Scheana writes about her fleeting romance with the 46-year-old heartthrob inside the pages of her tell-all, but the release was apparently not on his radar until very recently. 'I just became aware of the book, like, a couple days ago,' Jesse claimed to the publication. 'So, no, I haven't read it yet.' When the reality TV personality dated the actor in 2007, she said 'it felt like I was living a real-life fantasy with this guy I'd watched on TV and in movies for years.' According to Us Weekly, Scheana also wrote that she had a 'great time' during their romance. 'Our relationship didn't happen right away. Soon after we first met, he went to rehab, so we started hanging out often only after he finished,' she claimed. Scheana wrote that Metcalfe took her on a date to the Cloverfield red carpet premiere. 'I then spent my 22nd birthday at dinner with him. I vividly remember sticking to water and Red Bull all night as a way of supporting his sobriety,' she noted. Despite not having read her book, Jesse said he appreciates that Scheana spoke positively about him. 'It's always nice when people speak highly of you,' he told the outlet. 'It's better than people speaking ill of you.' Days earlier, the entertainer reacted to his former flame mentioning him when she appeared as a guest on Tori Spelling's MisSpelling podcast. 'She spoke highly of me, which was nice. [It was a] long time ago, 20 years ago. We were dating. I mean, it was — overall — it was pretty brief, but we were seeing each other on a regular basis,' he said, per Us Weekly. At the time, Jesse quipped that he's made it a point to keep Scheana's memoir 'away' from his current girlfriend, Helene Immel, whom he's been seeing since 2023. Back in January, Scheana announced her literary effort and said readers could expect 'tea' on her ex-boss Lisa Vanderpump. Another relationship mentioned in My Good Side is Schena's alleged affair with actor Eddie Cibrian in 2006 — which occurred while he was married to future Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville. Shay claims in the pages of My Good Side that Vanderpump knew more about the alleged situation with Cibrian than she initially let on. The Bravo star claims Vanderpump purposefully put her and Glanville together on screen in a Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills episode in order to 'launch [Vanderpump's] TV empire' — which includes the RHOBH spinoff series Vanderpump Rules and Vanderpump Villa.

Phil Collins' reason for hospitalization is revealed after viral rumors say he was in hospice
Phil Collins is not in hospice, despite rumors swirling the internet. The 74-year-old retired Genesis drummer and singer is in the hospital for knee surgery, a rep for the musician told TMZ. The outlet wrote, further citing the rep, that Collins is 'nowhere near death'. Concerned fans took to social media earlier this week to express fear over the worst case scenario. The former entertainer put away stopped playing drums in 2022 due to physical limitations, and in February said he no longer wants to make music. 'I keep thinking I should go downstairs to the studio and see what happens,' the Grammy winner told MOJO magazine, adding, 'But I'm not hungry for it anymore. The thing is, I've been sick, I mean very sick...' The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, suffers from type 2 diabetes and complications from a spine injury he incurred nearly 20 years ago. 'My vertebrae have been crushing my spinal cord because of the position I drum in. It comes from years of playing,' he told Daily Mail in 2009. 'I can't even hold the sticks properly without it being painful. I even used to tape the sticks to my hands to get through,' he said at the time, adding cheekily, 'Don't worry, I can still sing.' The MOJO interview was part of a larger story that served as a retrospective for all the eras of Genesis. The actor, who is the father of Emily in Paris star Lily Collins, got his start in show business as the Artful Dodger in Oliver on London's West End in 1964. During that time, the young actor, who had been drumming since the age of five, got to know the orchestra leader and the drummer, which inspired him to become a professional percussionist, according to Drumeo. Collins auditioned for Genesis and joined the group in 1970 at age 19, replacing John Mayhew on drums. He became the frontman for the group when Peter Gabriel left to pursue a solo career in August 1975. The group released eight albums together, collecting numerous awards before Collins exited to pursue a solo career in 1996. During that time he won eight Grammy awards, six Brit Awards, four Billboard Music Awards, three American Music Awards, two Golden Globes and an Oscar. Phil's health update comes days after he paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne following his death on Tuesday at age 76. He shared a throwback photo of the two music artists embracing with smiles on their faces. The caption simply read, 'In happier times, love always PC x.'

Phil Collins, 74, admitted to hospital after clearing up 'hospice' rumours
Earlier this year, Phil Collins revealed he has been 'very sick' but despite rumours, he has clarified he's not in a hospice – but is in hospital. Last week was a brutal one for music fans as we lost the iconic Ozzy Osbourne and jazz legend Chuck Mangione, as well as wrestler Hulk Hogan. Social media was rife with speculation about Phil's health, with a rumour that he was in a hospice (usually reserved for the terminally ill) spreading quickly among fans. Concerns for the 74-year-old musician have been growing since he officially retired in 2022 after Genesis' farewell show. Phil's spokesperson has attempted to calm any worry surrounding the Genesis drummer's health, assuring TMZ he is 'nowhere near death'. Instead, the You'll Be In My Heart legend is in hospital for a knee operation — not in hospice care at all. The spokesperson did not specify any details about the knee operation but this is not the first surgery Phil has undergone. In 2007, the In The Air Tonight hitmaker suffered a spinal injury, resulting in his continuous struggle with severe nerve damage and deteriorating mobility. He had dislocated vertebrae in his neck while on tour with Genesis but after two surgeries — in 2009 and 2015 — Phil was reliant on a cane. The injury also resulted in numbness in his hands, meaning that by 2019, he was unable to hold drumsticks and had to retire. On top of this, in 2021, the Hall of Famer revealed he also had diabetes so his health was suffering as a result of that too. Speaking to Mojo magazine in their April issue, he shared: 'I keep thinking I should go downstairs to the studio and see what happens. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video 'But I'm not hungry for it anymore. The thing is, I've been sick, I mean very sick.' While Phil might not be desperate to record new music, he did sit down at a drum set for the first time in 15 years with the help of his son, Nic Collins. He was honoured in a documentary, Drummer First, which explored the Against All Odds hitmaker's life and legacy as a drummer. In the documentary trailer, he commented: 'It's still kind of sinking in a bit… I've spent all my life playing drums. To suddenly not be able to do that is a shock. 'If I can't do what I did as well as I did it, I'd rather relax and not do anything. If I wake up one day and I can hold a pair of drumsticks, then I will have a crack at it. 'I just feel like I've used up my air miles. It just feels so strange to hold a pair.' More Trending Phil was last publicly seen in May when he supported his son, Mathew, 20, at a football match. He plays for WSG Tirol II, which is the youth academy team of Austrian club WSG Tirol. Mathew posed with dad in the stands of the club's stadium, with the younger Collins family member still dressed in his green kit while Phil opted for a snuggly fleece. The caption read, 'Two big wins today!', hinting that his dad's attendance meant a lot in the face of the drummer's deteriorating health. Metro has reached out to Phil Collins' reps for comment.
