Fans stunned at 5-foot-5, 270lb pro football player as video of him getting brutally tackled goes viral
Nestor 'Manny' Higuera plays for the Washington Wolfpack in the Arena Football 1 league and has gained notoriety for more than just his athletic abilities.
That's because Higuera stands at 5-foot-5 and weighs 270 pounds.
Those dimensions are not typically seen on a football field - and especially not on a kicker's frame.
Yet, Higuera has managed to carve out a niche in professional football and has done well for himself.
Higuera was filmed completing a punt for the Wolfpack in their lopsided 98-12 loss on Saturday and that spread across social media.

AF1 kicker Manny Higuera has gone viral again, but not for a stellar field goal or punt
This isn't the first time that Higuera has gone viral. Back in 2021, he nailed a 46-yard game-winning field goal for NAIA-level Arizona Christian University to win their conference championship.
Higuera began playing soccer growing up in Arizona when his high school's football coach offered him a spot on the team.
'When I first started, the farthest kick I kicked was like 55 (yards),' Higuera said in an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on the back of his first viral moment years ago.
'I knew I always had the leg strength from soccer. On goal kicks, I could hit it three-fourths of the field.
'If I made good contact, I would put the ball like 10 yards away from the 18-yard box on the other side. So I always knew I had the power and the leg strength for it.
'But switching to football was a little difficult. After I got the hang of it, I was just able to kick and put the ball far.'
Higuera attended kicking camps to hone his skills, leading to a successful college career where he went 20-for-24 on field goals and 67-for-72 on PATs.
That led to the AF1, where he's scored 40 total points across 12 games played.

Arguments will be heard in the fall. Just weeks ago, the Supreme Court upheld a ban on gender-affirming care for transgender youth stemming from a case in Tennessee. The DOE announced Tuesday that Penn is adopting strict definitions for male and female competitors under White House guidelines, adding that the school will ban trans athletes from women's competitions and erase Thomas from the school's record books. Furthermore, swimmers impacted by Thomas' inclusion in women's NCAA competitions will receive a personal apology from Penn and be retroactively awarded records and titles. However, Penn has added a note at the bottom of the webpage for the records of their women's swimming team which reads: 'NOTE: Competing under eligibility rules in effect at the time, Lia Thomas set program records in the 100, 200 and 500 freestyle during the 2021-22 season'. The Ivy League institution's decision comes after the Trump administration suspended $175 million in federal funding to Penn – money that had been earmarked and funded through the Defense Department and the Department of Health and Human Services. 'Penn remains committed to fostering a community that is welcoming, inclusive, and open to all students, faculty, and staff,' University of Pennsylvania president J. Larry Jameson said in a statement. 'I share this commitment, just as I remain dedicated to preserving and advancing the University's vital and enduring mission. We have now brought to a close an investigation that, if unresolved, could have had significant and lasting implications for the University of Pennsylvania.' Thomas won a national title as a woman in the 500 free while tying for fifth in the 200 free at the 2022 NCAA Finals with Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines, who has since become the face of the movement to ban trans athletes from female sports. Youth baseball coaches fired for stripping naked in front of kids as disturbing footage emerges
Two Illinois youth baseball coaches have been fired after being filmed stripping naked and streaking during a tournament for under-12s, according to reports. The incident occurred in Cooperstown, New York last weekend and has since gone viral on the internet after a bystander captured a video of the shocking scenes. In the clip, the laughter of children can be heard as the coaches stripped off and made their way round the bases - before one of them slid headfirst into home plate. It remains unclear as to what drove the coaches to perform the distressing act. Though both coaches - from Lake Bluff, Illinois - have been dismissed from their roles, they could still face further punishment over the incident, according to CBS. The Lake Bluff Youth Baseball Association have confirmed that they are working with local authorities - given the fact that children were present at the time. Two youth baseball coaches have been fired after stripping naked at an under-12s tournament In a statement, the league said: 'We are treating this matter with the utmost seriousness and have contacted relevant authorities. We will continue to support those authorities in their investigations of this matter. 'We have also taken immediate and decisive action by terminating the assistant coaches involved'. As a result of the coaches wild actions, the team were disqualified and the local sheriff's department were called to the scene. It's unknown whether the coaches were allowed to take the children back to Lake Bluff after the tournament. The team typically play in Lake Bluff field in Chicago and have been part of the league for 70 years.
