Tammy Hembrow shares before and after images of her weight loss as she reveals she 'didn't recognise herself' during marriage Matt Zukowski
The influencer revealed on Sunday that she has toned up and body and lost weight since leaving the marriage.
The 31-year-old shared a video that featured her look during and after her time with Matt, with Tammy having visibly trimmed down and gained muscle in recent weeks.
In her caption, Tammy said she was feeling like herself again amid the painful and very public split.
'Guys I'm starting to feel like myself again. I don't even recognise myself in those first videos to be honest,' Tammy wrote in her caption.

'You won't always feel motivated, but you will never regret starting and investing in YOU,' she added, while also promoting her fitness app.
It comes after Tammy hit back following Matt's recent comments about their split.
She posted to Instagram on Thursday to post a video of her dancing with her daughter Posy, three, in the kitchen.
However, despite it looking like a candid family moment, it's the choice of song that comes across as cutting.
Tammy was seen in the clip dancing to Love Me Not by Ravyn Lenae, the same song that she and her sister danced to in the wake of her split announcement.
Last month, Emilee posted a seemingly shady video of the pair enjoying a boogie to the song and fans flooded the comments section, noting that Emilee never had a good feeling about Matt and his relationship with her sister.
'Ooh, I know Emilee hated that man,' one person wrote.
Another penned: 'Her sisters knew but what can you do but support and love Tammy. Your time will come.'
'You always knew he wasn't for her and he was going to hurt your sister,' another chimed in.
On Thursday, Matt broke his silence regarding the pair's break-up in the latest episode of his Where's Your Head At? podcast alongside co-host Anna McEvoy.
Matt admitted he is 'struggling a lot' and has been going to therapy regularly to help heal amid his divorce.
'I'm absolutely shattered to announce it, to be honest. But at the end of the day, we weren't right for each other and in this relationship, I've learnt a lot about myself,' he said.
'I've learnt a lot about what I need in a relationship and what's right for me. Moving forward, I'm gonna focus on myself and focus on healing and moving forward with my life.'
Matt continued: 'I know there's a lot of speculation and people are looking for me to clear up all the whispers online but that's not me.
'This is literally real life, like, this is happening to me right now and I'm still trying to process it. I'm still trying to heal from it.'
He said he has respect for Tammy and doesn't want to share private details about their relationship.
'This has been one of the toughest periods of my life and it's honestly been so stressful on my mental health,' Matt continued.
'Right now, I'm not in a place where I want to talk about this any further. But I've been hanging around my loved ones, my family. I've been going to therapy, which has helped heaps in navigating this time in my life.'
Matt also thanked his fans and listeners for their 'understanding and kindness' over the past few weeks.
Tammy and Matt confirmed they had split on social media last month.
Love Island Australia star Matt, 29, announced the couple's separation in a sombre Instagram Story, telling fans the decision was not taken lightly.
'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' Matt began.
'Both of us have struggled with making this decision, however we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children.
'This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,' he added, before thanking fans for their support and asking for privacy.
Despite their short-lived marriage, both parties have asked for privacy as they adjust to life post-breakup.
'We appreciate everyone's support and space at this time as we navigate the split,' Matt concluded in his emotional post.
Tammy later addressed the split in an emotional TikTok video, telling fans she would be getting a divorce.
'I don't want to get into the details and I want to be sensitive to everyone involved,' she told fans.
'Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it is going to be forever, and I blame no one but myself,' Tammy continued while breaking down in tears.
'I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. I'm good at putting on rose-coloured glasses.
'Obviously, the worst part for me is that I have kids. I don't care about me, I know I will be okay, but I feel awful.'
Tammy and Matt tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay on November 23.
They got engaged in December 2023 following just three months of dating.

Gavin & Stacey star announces retirement after finale 'what a way to finish your working life'
Gavin & Stacey star announces retirement after finale 'what a way to finish your working life' Larry Lamb has announced he is retiring from acting after starring in the Gavin & Stacey Christmas finale Larry Lamb, 77, has revealed his intention to retire from acting for good, following his final appearance as Mick Shipman in the Gavin & Stacey Christmas special that captured millions of viewers on Christmas Day. The veteran actor expressed his joy at concluding his distinguished career with a role in the beloved BBC series. He shared his contentment with ending on a high note, stating he's ready to pass on the 'bigger roles' to others. During his noteworthy career spanning six decades, Larry became familiar to audiences as both the endearing Mick in the Ruth Jones and James Corden crafted sitcom and the notorious Archie Mitchell in EastEnders. Despite his variety of parts over the years, Larry holds his portrayal of Mick in Gavin and Stacey closest to his heart. Talking about his career, he told the Daily Mail: "You get so involved with these characters that they become your favourite at that time, they are the focus of your life, but to finish up in my 70s playing a character like Mick who is beloved by millions of people, you have to give the writers credit... at this stage in my career Mick is the closest to my heart." Larry Lamb has announced his plans to step back from acting (Image: Daily Mirror ) He also reflected on his vibrant acting journey: "I have had a very fortunate career; I've done so much that I am really proud of that maybe not so many people know. I have worked at the Royal Shakespeare company, the National Theatre, I have been in 12 West End shows, I have done all the principal fringe theatres in London, on Broadway, I have been very lucky and now I am quite happy to let someone else play the big roles," reports the Mirror. Article continues below Larry expressed that many people are unaware of the diversity in his acting career. "If you have been through a life in entertainment and people don't all know you to suddenly where pretty much everybody knows you as a character... I find it's a reward, it's better to be known than unknown as far as I'm concerned. Particularly if you are known as a character that people really love... what a way to finish your working life." Larry had a reunion with the Gavin & Stacey cast at the Bafta Awards in May this year, where they were tipped to win the Memorable TV Moment award. However, they were narrowly beaten by Chris McCausland on Strictly Come Dancing, who performed a 'blackout dance' with the lights dimmed. Gavin and Stacey: The Finale (Image: BBC ) Gavin & Stacey picked up a nomination for the moment Smithy asks Larry's character Mick for his opinion before deciding not to marry girlfriend Sonia. Larry revealed that Ruth Jones had asked him to speak on behalf of the actors and crew if they had won the award. After fans finally got to watch the highly anticipated finale, Larry admitted he was 'relieved' it was over. He said: "In a funny, sad sort of way I'm relieved that it's finished because in the end people were desperate to see the end of it, and then to know that the whole thing's all been wrapped up, the story's told, and it's had its life. Gavin & Stacey: The Finale moment where Mick stands up in the church and Smithy realises he cannot marry Sonia Article continues below "You know, that's what I like about it – we can all sit back and say this is a completed story." The show's Christmas 2024 finale episode saw Neil 'Smithy' Smith, played by co-writer James Corden, finally decide to marry Vanessa 'Nessa' Jenkins, played by fellow co-writer Ruth Jones, after leaving Sonia (Laura Aikman) at the altar. Prior to the final episode, the show spanned for three series following the lives of Essex-born Gavin and his Welsh wife Stacey and their friends and family, after they first met on work phone calls.

Dancing With The Stars delivers elimination shock as audience-voted twist sees Aussie icon sent home
The curtains have closed for yet another beloved, big-named Aussie celebrity on Dancing With The Stars. After a special episode celebrating the kings and queens of song and dance, TV royalty was sent packing with a paso doble that lacked enough punch for the audience. Rebecca Gibney danced for the last time on the Channel 7 show on Sunday, earning 28 points as she took to the floor to Whitney Houston 's Queen of the Night. Judge Mark Wilson was pleasantly surprised by the Gold Logie winner's improvement since her last performance, however, pointed out that she lacked paso body shapes, which ultimately put her at peril on the leaderboard. The Bachelor 's Brittany Hockley had temperatures rising in a steamy tango to Kylie Minogue 's Padam Padam, scoring herself 33 points and a big hoorah from the judges. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Mark was so impressed by Brittany's quick adaptation to the ballroom style that he gave her his royal wand of approval. However, it was boxing star Harry Garside that floored Judge Sharna Burgess as he performed a sexy rumba to John Farnham's A Touch of Paradise in a half-buttoned silk shirt. His hard work, dedication and sensuality on the dance floor earned him kudos with Sharna and 25 points on the board, but Craig Revel Horwood wasn't as impressed, adding that he felt his dancing was disconnected. 7NEWS presenter Michael Usher was the picture of grace as he suited up and took on the Viennese waltz to Adele's One and Only. Earning a solid score of 29, Craig praised Michael for bringing class to a known-to-be-tricky dance format. Helen Richey had audience members blushing as she flirted with AFL icon Trent Cotchin, who was Elvis for the night in a rocking and rolling Jive. Donning his own blue suede shoes and a sparkly blazer to match, Trent topped the leaderboard with 35 points after all four judges were left in awe over his performance. Even hard-to-please Craig gushed that he 'loved it', which no doubt elicited a nation-wide gasp. Boxing star Harry Garside (pictured) floored Judge Sharna Burgess as he performed a sensual rumba to John Farnham's A Touch of Paradise in a half-buttoned silk shirt After our beloved celebrities had left their all on the dance floor, the studio audience's votes were combined with the judges' scores to reveal a new ranking. Much to his relief - as well as judge Sharna's - Harry was lifted from rock bottom of the leaderboard, and we instead said goodbye to Rebecca. The Flying Doctors alum thanked her dance partner Ian Waite for an unforgettable experience on the show, while raving about the magic behind the scenes of the series. 'The amount of work that goes into this show. The costumes are amazing and the makeup is amazing,' she gushed. 'Everyone from the judges, the production crew and everyone behind the scenes – it's mindboggling how extraordinary everyone is and I'm going to miss it,' she admitted. Last week, another celebrity twirled off the Dancing With The Stars dance floor for good. In a surprise twist, TV presenter Karina Carvalho was sent home, becoming the second contestant to be eliminated from the hit Channel Seven competition. Dancing With The Stars continues on Seven on Monday at 7.30pm

Amanda Bynes enjoys outing in Malibu after getting candid about her Ozempic weight loss journey
Amanda Bynes was seen stepping out in Malibu over the weekend after getting candid about her Ozempic weight loss journey. The former Nickelodeon star, 39 - who recently enjoyed a power walk in L.A. - was spotted grabbing a refreshing drink from a market while holding a lighthearted conversation with a close friend. Last month in June, the actress jumped to social media to reveal that she was 'going on Ozempic' and would keep fans updated about her journey to lose around 40 pounds. Bynes kept it casual wearing a white hoodie that was zipped up at the front as well as a pair of gray shorts. Her blonde locks were pulled up into a simple bun to prevent any loose strands from falling onto her face. Amanda easily carried a black purse over her shoulder to hold a few items she needed during the relaxing excursion. The former Nickelodeon star was spotted grabbing a refreshing drink from a market while holding a lighthearted conversation with a close friend Earlier this week on Thursday, the star was seen on a hike while accompanied by pal Jalen Hemphill. The duo also strolled through a quiet neighborhood as Bynes wore a vibrant blue sweatshirt as well as a pair of white shorts. She slipped into a pair of stylish flats and added a black-printed cap on top of her head for a final touch to the lowkey look. Amanda later appeared in a selfie which she uploaded to her Instagram stories as the pair enjoyed the bright California sunshine. It comes not long after the Easy A actress opened up about her weight loss journey and her plans to start Ozempic to aid in losing pounds. In a video shared to her Instagram stories at the time, Bynes got candid about the topic with her followers. 'Oh, I'm going on Ozempic. So excited. I'm 173 now so I hope to get down to like 130, which would be awesome so I look better in paparazzi pictures.' Amanda continued by adding, 'I will post about my Ozempic journey of course.' Her blonde locks were pulled up into a simple bun to prevent any loose strands from falling onto her face The Hairspray actress previously opened up about her weight loss journey last year and announced that she had lost six pounds. While taking to her Instagram stories, she uploaded a screenshot from a health tracking app and typed out, 'Down 6lbs! 154lbs now!' followed by a shocked face emoji. The picture also showed she had walked a little over six miles and 14,895 steps that same week. In March of last year, Bynes also opened up to her followers on Instagram and revealed that she 'gained over 20 lbs. in the past few months from being depressed.' She added, 'I'm doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don't feel like working out or eating clean. I weigh 162 lbs. right now and want to get back to 110 lbs.' During a past interview with Paper Magazine in 2018, Bynes talked about her body insecurities - which she said began after she starred in the 2006 film, She's The Man. 'When the movie came out and I saw it, I went into a deep depression for 4-6 months because I didn't like how I looked when I was a boy.' She explained that having a short hairstyle and sideburns had, 'a super strange and out-of-body experience. It just really put me into a funk.' She added, 'I'm doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don't feel like working out or eating clean. I weigh 162 lbs. right now and want to get back to 110 lbs'; seen in 2011 in Universal City Her insecurities later led to her drug addiction - and Amanda explained to the outlet that she started taking Adderall to help with losing weight. 'I definitely abused Adderall,' she admitted, after 'reading an article in a magazine that [called Adderall] "the new skinny pill." 'And they were talking about how women were taking it to stay thin. I was like, "Well, I have to get my hands on that."' Amanda also recalled her role in Easy A alongside Emma Stone, and stated, 'I literally couldn't stand my appearance in that movie and I didn't like my performance. I was absolutely convinced I needed to stop acting after seeing it. 'I was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason it really started to affect me.' After stepping away from acting, the star had multiple arrests for reckless driving, drug possession and also a DUI. In 2013, she was hospitalized for an involuntary psychiatric hold and was later placed on a nine-year conservatorship which came to an end in 2022. And in 2023, she was placed on a 5150 hold and later checked herself into a mental health facility. Earlier this year in April, Bynes shocked fans after announcing that she had joined OnlyFans. She also explained to her followers on Instagram what her plans are in regards to joining the X-rated site. Amanda penned at the time, 'I'm doing onlyfans to chat with my fans through dm's. I won't be posting any sleazy content. Excited to join.' In order to access content that the star posts to the site, fans will have to pay $50 each month.
