The actress, who is on vacation in Sardinia, has delighted her 571K followers on Instagram by proudly displaying her collection of bikinis while beating the heat with pals.

In June, Graham and Seymour, 74, attended the Filming Italy 2025 red carpet at Forte Village Resort.
Most recently, Graham spoke to Retreat Magazine about her approach to aging.
'I think what matters most is how you feel inside,' she told the outlet. 'Decide that you're hot and enjoy your life. What other people think of you is none of your business. If you feel good about yourself, no one can take that away from you. Pursue the things that fill you with joy, and surround yourself with loving people.'
'I don't drink or do drugs, and I get a lot of sleep,' Graham continued. 'Eating healthy makes me feel good. I like cooking for myself and other people. And I love it when people cook for me. Basically, I like eating! Also, I do affirmations. I think they are very powerful. I work on strengthening my inner loving parent muscle, so I can be supportive and loving to myself. One of my affirmations is: 'This is the best time of my life.''

During an interview with People magazine in April, Graham admitted to being a happier person after she turned 55 in January.
'I feel like as I get older, I just care less about things that don't matter,' she told the outlet. 'Everyone gets upset sometimes, but I think that I'm happier. I've done enough hard work on myself that I feel like I'm a happier person now.'
The 'Boogie Nights' actress has been focused on wellness since she was 21. Graham works out, eats healthily, does yoga and meditates.
Graham got her start in the entertainment industry when she left her parents' home at 18 and moved to West Hollywood, California, with a roommate.

Graham graduated from high school with a 5.0 GPA and went on to study English at UCLA. After her junior year at the university, she decided to drop out to focus on her acting career.
The actress is proud of the life she has created for herself.
'I live in Los Angeles in a house I bought last year. I also have a loft in New York,' she told The Wall Street Journal in 2024, noting that her West Coast home 'has views of the Pacific.'

Most recently, Seymour spoke to Fox News Digital about how she's stayed in shape for decades without fad diets or marathon workout routines.
'I almost always never have breakfast,' the 'Dr. Quinn' alum explained about her diet. 'I will have liquids and my vitamins. I've got this vitamin combination that has collagen. I'll have that in the morning and either black tea, coffee, or water. And then at lunchtime, I'll have a fabulous meal, whatever I want pretty much. I tend to like salmon, shrimp and grilled vegetables. And I love Italian food. I might have a little eggplant Parmesan; it's a favorite of mine. Maybe some lean chicken.'

The star said that the one thing she 'almost never' eats is steak, but she does make exceptions.
'Once in a while, I'll have a little bit of filet steak, maybe a couple of slices. I'm not against it. But I feel better usually when eating fish and lots of vegetables. I grow a lot of my food in my garden, a lot of it in pots actually … it keeps the bugs out. I have lettuce, arugula, artichokes, avocados, blueberries and strawberries. Also, lots of different types of kale. I love eating fresh vegetables. When I grill my vegetables, I add a little bit of olive oil and sometimes a sprinkle of salt.'

The former Bond girl also noted that it's important for her to stay active daily. However, she listens to her body about what it needs each day.
'I work with a lady … it's almost like physiotherapy, but it's a workout. I do Gyrotonics and some Pilates – a lot of floor work, believe it or not, even though I'm on a bench. But everything I do, anyone else can do at home, in a hotel room, their living room, their garden – anywhere where you can put a yoga mat down. I do Pilates legwork, which is like doing some of my ballet. I can use my own weight or a ballet bar.'
'… I'm very careful about doing the right technique,' she said. 'If I can't do too much, if I can't stretch too much that day, that's fine. I just do as much as my body is comfortable doing because I don't want to injure myself. I had back surgery a long time ago. That's a nemesis for me. So, I listen to my body.'

LL Cool J Cancels Philly Show In Support of Striking City Workers

The Queens rapper took to his personal Instagram account Thursday night and announced he would not be appearing at the city's 4th of July celebration concert Friday. 'I never ever want to disappoint my fans, and especially in Philadelphia. Ya'll mean too much to me, but there's absolutely no way that I could perform, cross a picking line and pick up money when I know that people are out there fighting for a living wage,' he said in the video. AFSCME District Council 33, which consists of 9,000 city employees and is Philadelphia's largest city workers' union, walked off the job for the first time in 39 years Tuesday. The union is seeking an 8 percent pay increase every year over a four-year timeframe and healthcare benefits for all employees. The union praised the rapper for standing in solidarity with workers via a post on Instagram. Mayor Cherelle Parker posted a video on social media saying the city offered the union a 12 percent pay increase over the course of her term and that healthcare benefits would not be taken from the workers. Parker took office in 2024 and is up for reelection in 2028, so that works out to about a 4 percent raise per year, half of what the union is asking for. 'District Council 33's members contribute as much blood, sweat, and tears as does anyone else,' the union's demand letter reads. 'We all make the city work. Our contract must reflect that reality.' District Council 33 represents a wide range of city workers from trash collectors, sanitation workers, and 911 dispatchers, to crossing guards at public schools. As a result of the Philadelphia strike, the city's trash collection will be operating on a 'modified capacity,' according to Parker. 'There will be no residential trash collection or recycling effective Tuesday, July 1. We encourage residents, and we ask you to please refrain from placing any trash or recycling out for curbside collection until further notice,' Parker said in her video. City leadership is in the process of establishing 63 temporary trash drop-off locations throughout Philadelphia. The locations will open at 5 p.m. on Tuesday and will be open from 6 a.m. through 10 p.m., though they will be closed for the Fourth of July holiday. The city has also asked people not to bring any loose trash to the drop-off sites and to only bring up to 8 bags of trash at a time. A list of available drop-off sites is available on the sanitation department's website. Beyond sanitation, the Philadelphia strike could result in delays in 911 calls. To address the shortage, the city will move 200 officers into the 911 call centers, though they've warned the strike may result in delays of 911 calls being answered. The city has urged callers not to hang up as the calls will eventually be answered. You know, I don't know the inner workings of Philadelphia's budgeting, but for the safety of everyone, I hope they can give the city workers their money sooner rather than later. While they've reached an impasse, Parker affirmed the city's commitment to negotiating a contract that would hopefully bring the Philadelphia strike to a swift end. 'The City of Philadelphia remains committed to reaching a fair and fiscally responsible contract with our municipal workers who are a part of DC 33,' Parker said in a statement addressing the strike. 'We are ready, willing, and able to resume negotiations with the union at their convenience.' Interestingly enough, the Philadelphia strike is not the only one happening right as trash collectors in Massachusetts are striking for a similar reason. The Teamsters Local 25 have said Republic Services, the company they're employed through, has 'refused to give workers a fair deal, pushing them to the picket line.' Republic is currently involved in several labor disputes with Teamsters unions across the country, which could result in trash collection being impacted nationwide. If anything, both the Massachusetts and Philadelphia strikes show why city workers are so important and deserve a living wage. They literally keep the city running and do the unglamorous work that often doesn't get celebrated. At the end of the day, someone has to pick up the trash. Just because it's not considered a 'dream job' doesn't mean it's one without value. Ex-Steelers WR Chase Claypool ready to make NFL comeback

Shakira, Maren Morris, more stars speak out on 'devastating' Texas flooding
Shakira may be busy on the road, but she's taking a moment to wrap her arms around the Lone Star State. As Texas battles a deadly surge of flash flooding, the Colombian pop superstar, who's been crisscrossing North America on her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, announced on July 5 that she was donating proceeds from her San Antonio concert to Catholic Charities of San Antonio. "Dear San Antonio, our hearts and prayers are with those affected by the flood in central Texas," Shakira wrote in an X post. "We are donating a portion of tonight's show proceeds to Catholic Charities of San Antonio, who are providing disaster relief to the families impacted." The Grammy-winning singer, 48, also encouraged her fans to assist relief efforts by donating to the humanitarian aid organization. "Your help is important and appreciated," she added. Historic flash floods swept across central Texas after unrelenting rainfall on Thursday, July 3, and Friday, July 4, triggered the ravaging flooding. Local authorities said at least 80 people have died. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott noted at a July 6 news conference that search and rescue efforts were still underway as at least 41 people remained unaccounted for. As of July 6, authorities had recovered the bodies of 40 adults and 28 children in Kerr County, where the worst of the flooding occurred, Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha announced.
