Heather Graham flaunts ageless figure in stunning bikini collection during Italian vacation

There is no one else who is soaking up the sun more these days than Heather Graham. The actress, who is on vacation in Sardinia, has delighted her 571K followers on Instagram by proudly displaying her collection of bikinis while beating the heat with pals. Advertisement 'Got to explore beautiful Sardinia with my friend @debrajfisher,' the 55-year-old captioned the series of photos. '@janeseymour came along for part of our adventure. I admire her long career and her #joiedevivre. How the hell does she look so good? I'm asking for her secrets.' 'The sea is so beautiful and the food is so good,' she shared. 'I discovered #culurgiones…' The 'Austin Powers' star modeled six different swimsuits during her beachy getaway. While she primarily opted for string bikinis in vibrant hues, Graham also sported curve-hugging one-pieces. Most recently, Graham spoke to Retreat Magazine about her approach to aging. 'I think what matters most is how you feel inside,' she told the outlet. 'Decide that you're hot and enjoy your life. What other people think of you is none of your business. If you feel good about yourself, no one can take that away from you. Pursue the things that fill you with joy, and surround yourself with loving people.' 'I don't drink or do drugs, and I get a lot of sleep,' Graham continued. 'Eating healthy makes me feel good. I like cooking for myself and other people. And I love it when people cook for me. Basically, I like eating! Also, I do affirmations. I think they are very powerful. I work on strengthening my inner loving parent muscle, so I can be supportive and loving to myself. One of my affirmations is: 'This is the best time of my life.'' Heather Graham/Instagram During an interview with People magazine in April, Graham admitted to being a happier person after she turned 55 in January. 'I feel like as I get older, I just care less about things that don't matter,' she told the outlet. 'Everyone gets upset sometimes, but I think that I'm happier. I've done enough hard work on myself that I feel like I'm a happier person now.' The 'Boogie Nights' actress has been focused on wellness since she was 21. Graham works out, eats healthily, does yoga and meditates. Graham got her start in the entertainment industry when she left her parents' home at 18 and moved to West Hollywood, California, with a roommate. 10 Graham matches her red bikini with a lifeguard boat in the shallow waters. Heather Graham/Instagram Graham graduated from high school with a 5.0 GPA and went on to study English at UCLA. After her junior year at the university, she decided to drop out to focus on her acting career. The actress is proud of the life she has created for herself. 'I live in Los Angeles in a house I bought last year. I also have a loft in New York,' she told The Wall Street Journal in 2024, noting that her West Coast home 'has views of the Pacific.' Advertisement Most recently, Seymour spoke to Fox News Digital about how she's stayed in shape for decades without fad diets or marathon workout routines. 'I almost always never have breakfast,' the 'Dr. Quinn' alum explained about her diet. 'I will have liquids and my vitamins. I've got this vitamin combination that has collagen. I'll have that in the morning and either black tea, coffee, or water. And then at lunchtime, I'll have a fabulous meal, whatever I want pretty much. I tend to like salmon, shrimp and grilled vegetables. And I love Italian food. I might have a little eggplant Parmesan; it's a favorite of mine. Maybe some lean chicken.' 10 Graham poses during a boat ride along the Italian coast. Heather Graham/Instagram 10 Graham admitted to being a happier person after she turned 55 in January. Heather Graham/Instagram The star said that the one thing she 'almost never' eats is steak, but she does make exceptions. 'Once in a while, I'll have a little bit of filet steak, maybe a couple of slices. I'm not against it. But I feel better usually when eating fish and lots of vegetables. I grow a lot of my food in my garden, a lot of it in pots actually … it keeps the bugs out. I have lettuce, arugula, artichokes, avocados, blueberries and strawberries. Also, lots of different types of kale. I love eating fresh vegetables. When I grill my vegetables, I add a little bit of olive oil and sometimes a sprinkle of salt.' Advertisement The former Bond girl also noted that it's important for her to stay active daily. However, she listens to her body about what it needs each day. 'I work with a lady … it's almost like physiotherapy, but it's a workout. I do Gyrotonics and some Pilates – a lot of floor work, believe it or not, even though I'm on a bench. But everything I do, anyone else can do at home, in a hotel room, their living room, their garden – anywhere where you can put a yoga mat down. I do Pilates legwork, which is like doing some of my ballet. I can use my own weight or a ballet bar.' '… I'm very careful about doing the right technique,' she said. 'If I can't do too much, if I can't stretch too much that day, that's fine. I just do as much as my body is comfortable doing because I don't want to injure myself. I had back surgery a long time ago. That's a nemesis for me. So, I listen to my body.' Fox News Digital's Janelle Ash contributed to this report.

Ezra Miller has ‘remorse' over past behaviour, hints at return to Hollywood

Actor Ezra Miller revealed that they have 'a lot of remorse' for their past behaviour after stepping away from Hollywood for a couple of years. Miller's career was derailed after they were at the centre of several criminal cases and the subject of numerous allegations, including assault and grooming. The star of The Flash, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, addressed their past controversies in an interview with Lo Speciale Giornale following their first major red-carpet appearance at the Cannes Film Festival since stepping away from the entertainment industry. 'When you work in this industry, you will find yourself in deep relation with a lot of people who do not give a single f— about you or your well-being at all,' Miller said. 'Not that I don't hold a lot of remorse and lamentation for a lot of things that I did and for a lot of things that happened in that time, but I'm really, really grateful for the lessons that came with that abyss. Story continues below advertisement 'When we go through those crucibles, if we can survive — which was up in the air for me, if I'm being real — we then have that capacity to see other people in their crucibles and just to reach towards them. 'That grows more and more rarefied in our world, too. Like, the capacity to do that, the desire to do that, the willingness to do that. 'We've become very consumed in notions of perception, self-perception, how we're perceived in the world. I really believe in digging past that and being a friend to people. And the people who did that for me, they have my lifelong devotion.' Miller said they attended the Cannes Film Festival at the request of director Lynne Ramsay, whom they called 'one of the greatest living filmmakers' and shared that they're working on a new movie together. It's a film that her and I are writing together,' they said. 'And I came to Cannes because she asked me to come, and if there's anything I really still believe in in my life, it's devotion to one's people, one's loved ones … above all else.' Miller said their current relationship with the movie industry is on 'tentative grounds.' 'If you've been in the woods for three years, I do not recommend going straight to Cannes, where every photographer and every weirdo, every rich genocidal freak (will) be there, you know what I mean?' Miller said. 'It's not an easy re-entry.' Story continues below advertisement View image in full screen Joe Manganiello and Ezra Miller attend the Filming Italy 2025 red carpet at Forte Village Resort on June 21, 2025 in Santa Margherita di Pula, 2022, Miller was arrested twice in Hawaii for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar when the actor grabbed a mic from a singing woman and lunged at a man playing darts. They were later arrested again on suspicion of assault for allegedly throwing a chair at a woman, leaving her with a half-inch gash on her forehead. Before those two incidents, Miller was the source of at least 10 police calls in Hawaii for things like loitering, filming people at a gas station and arguing with people in public. They were also charged with felony burglary in Vermont after police said they stole several bottles of alcohol from an empty residence. In June 2022, a Massachusetts mother was granted a temporary order of protection after a judge found that her child faced 'substantial likelihood of immediate danger of harassment' at Miller's hands. Story continues below advertisement Reports also emerged that Miller had been housing a mother and three children at their farmhouse in Vermont, alarming the children's father, who claimed that guns and marijuana were easily accessible on the property. The father claimed he contacted Vermont's Department for Children and Families to carry out a wellness check on the children. The mother alleged that Miller helped her escape an abusive situation with her ex and that the farm has been a 'healing haven' for the family. Miller previously underwent treatment for 'complex mental health issues' in August 2022 and apologized for their actions, acknowledging their erratic behaviour. They said that a period of crisis prompted their recent actions and that they were seeking mental health treatment. 'Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,' Miller explained. 'I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behaviour. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.' — With files from Global News
