All is fine now – Harry Maguire joining Man Utd tour after personal matter

The 32-year-old was a half-time introduction in Saturday's 0-0 friendly draw with Leeds but was replaced in the 74th minute, then conspicuous by his absence from Tuesday's 32-man tour squad.
The PA news agency understands Maguire remained at home due to a personal matter and the player has now confirmed he will only be a day late joining up with Ruben Amorim's men Stateside.

'All is fine now,' Maguire posted on an Instagram story. 'I will be travelling tomorrow to meet up with the squad. Thanks for your concern.'
Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia have unsurprisingly joined Barcelona-bound Marcus Rashford in being omitted from the travelling party heading for Chicago.
The five are searching for new clubs and have been training away from Ruben Amorim's first-team squad since indicating that they wish to explore a future away from Old Trafford.
Bryan Mbeumo is part of the group after completing his move from Brentford on Monday for a fee rising to a potential £71million.
Fellow summer arrivals Matheus Cunha, whose partner recently gave birth, and Diego Leon are also on the plane.
Lisandro Martinez is included as he continues his rehabilitation from a cruciate ligament injury sustained in February. PA understands the United defender is not yet ready for team training.
Amorim's side are flying from Manchester to their base in Chicago, where they will play Bournemouth at Soldier Field on July 30 as part of the Premier League Summer Series.
They start the pre-season tournament at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey – host of next year's World Cup final – against West Ham on Saturday evening local time.
United finish their three-game trip against Everton at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Atlanta on August 3.
Amorim's side welcome Fiorentina, including United great David De Gea, to Old Trafford for their final warm-up friendly on August 9 – the weekend before their Premier League opener at home to Arsenal.

'We've got to rebuild trust' - Moyes on struggle to attract signings

Everton boss David Moyes says the club's recent flirtations with relegation could be behind the lack of transfer business so far this Toffees finished 16th, 17th and 15th in the Premier League between 2021 and 2024 and were struggling again last season until Moyes returned and guided them to 13th."The truth is we're not getting them over the line at the moment - that's a fact," Moyes said to reporters in Chicago as part of the Premier League pre-season Summer Series."We're not getting a lot of the deals done which we're hoping to do, so we're continually reassessing and moving on, while maybe things are not coming to fruition.""We keep trying to get the best players we can, but we're finding it quite difficult at the new players, including young left-back Adam Aznou from Bayern Munichand reserve keeper Mark Travers, have arrived so far this summer but a host of experienced starters left earlier in the whether he is surprised the club is having difficulty getting deals over the line, Moyes added: "My first thought was yes, because Everton's such a big club, great traditions. We've looked at what it's stood for over the years, and the new stadium's an exciting new move for us"But then when you have another thought and you think again about it, we've been in or around the relegation positions for the last five years, so maybe there's been reasons for it."The fact of the matter is we've got to rebuild trust in people who should come to Everton and show them that the club's going in the right direction."Not an Everton fan? Rescuers race to reach injured German Olympian stranded on a northern Pakistan mountain

Rescuers comprising local mountaineers and porters resumed efforts on Wednesday to reach injured German Olympic gold medalist Laura Dahlmeier on a peak in northern Pakistan, officials said. Faizullah Faraq, a spokesman for the regional Gilgit-Baltistan government, said rescuers were racing against time to reach Dahlmeier despite bad weather on the Laila Peak, where she has been stranded since Monday following a mountaineering accident. Dahlmeier, who also won the 2017 women's biathlon World Cup, was climbing Laila Peak in the Karakoram mountain range when she was struck by falling rocks. Climbers including two Americans attempting the same ascent are trying to join the rescue operation. Military helicopters were on standby but have been unable to deploy due to low visibility and ongoing bad weather and rainfall, Faraq said. Dahlmeier, 31, will be brought to the city of Skardu when she is rescued, Faraq said. Local authorities launched the rescue mission Monday after receiving a distress signal from Dahlmeier's climbing partner, Marina Eva, who managed to descend to base camp with help from rescuers Tuesday. Dahlmeier was injured at an altitude of about 5,700 meters (18,700 feet) around noon Monday, according to her management team in Germany. German broadcaster ZDF reported she suffered serious injuries in a rockfall. 'There is still no clarity on her condition,' Alpine Club of Pakistan Vice President Karrar Haidri told The Associated Press. 'She sustained serious injuries, but she has oxygen with her, and injured climbers have been known to survive for days." 'With heavy clouds choking the sky and rain falling on the high slopes of Laila Peak, rescuers are pushing through dangerous terrain to reach her," Haidri said. Hundreds of climbers try to scale mountains in northern Pakistan every year and accidents are common because of avalanches and sudden weather changes. The region has also been battered by above-normal seasonal rains, triggering flash floods and landslides. Since last week, at least 20 Pakistani tourists have been missing after floodwaters swept them away near the northern district of Chilas.
