Last week, during a viral kiss cam moment at Coldplay's Massachusetts concert, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was captured embracing a woman on the jumbotron. The performance reportedly displayed fans in attendance on the screen when it panned to the duo. As soon as they spotted the camera, Byron ducked out of view while the woman turned back to seemingly hide her face.
While Martin didn't directly address the moment in the band's latest concert, his warning was enough for fans to link it back to the viral incident that has garnered worldwide attention. Users have since claimed that Byron is a married man. Both the CEO and the woman involved are yet to officially address the situation.
In the TikTok video uploaded by @sonia.gogan, Martin informed that the band would be greeting the crowd via the kiss cam. The singer guided those unaware, stating that they would be using the cameras to feature some fans on the screen. He continued, 'So please, if you haven't done your makeup, do your makeup now.'
Meanwhile, since the viral kiss cam moment, an apology allegedly posted by the Astronomer CEO started making rounds online. The company then clarified it was fake and, more recently, announced that Byron has resigned.

Like his daughter, he casts spells by speaking backwards and was a key member of the Justice Society of America. Liberty Bell - another DC character who has had multiple characters hold the matter, she activated her powers by ringing the Liberty Bell. The Libby Lawrence version is the wife of Johnny Quick and Jesse Quick's mother. Bulletman - this World War II superhero used his Crime Cure serum to battle Nazis, and donned the Gravity Regulator Helmet to deflect bullets. Bulletgirl - Bulletman's wife had the same powers and gadgets as her husband. Astronomer—the company whose CEO resigned after being caught on a kiss cam at a Coldplay rock concert embracing a woman who was not his wife —is trying to move on from the drama with someone who knows the band pretty well. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who was married to Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin for 13 years, announced Friday on X that she has been hired by Astronomer as a spokesperson. Astronomer, a tech company based in New York, found itself in an uncomfortable spotlight when two of its executives were caught on camera in an intimate embrace at a Coldplay concert—a moment that was then flashed on a giant screen in the stadium.
