Shivaji Satam's ACP Pradyuman returns in CID 2, attacks Daya in new promo. Watch
The video opens with Inspector Daya (played by Dayanand Shetty) looking shocked as someone points a gun at the back of his head. When he turns around and realises it's his boss, ACP Pradyuman, he tries to talk to him. But the ACP warns him not to move, threatening to shoot. As Daya attempts to remind him that they used to work together, Pradyuman responds, 'CID? So you're a cop? I have an old score to settle with the police.' He then fires multiple shots at Daya, missing each time.

In the continuation of the clip, a teary-eyed Daya informs Inspector Abhijeet aka Aditya Srivastava that ACP Pradyuman is alive. Along with the video, the caption read, 'Iska matlab samjhe Daya?
