Celtic Holiday Parks' Croft Country Park, Reynalton in administration
As the Western Telegraph reported earlier this week, administrators were appointed to Celtic Holiday Parks Limited, which has operations at Noble Court Holiday Park in Narberth and Meadow House Holiday Park, Amroth.
They have now been appointed to the partnership of C.,V. and A. Pendleton, which operates another south Pembrokeshire site - Croft Country Park at Reynalton.
All three parks are currently trading while a buyer is sought.
The 14-acre Croft Country Park, four miles south of Narberth, is advertised as being 'tucked away in secluded woodland and surrounded by tranquil countryside' and as part of the Celtic Holiday Parks' 'exclusive Bouja Luxury Caravan Breaks Collection'.

The park features an indoor heated pool, a gym, Charlie's Bar and Restaurant and an outdoor adventure play area.
Celtic Holiday Parks was set up in 2003 by Vic and Ann Pendleton and their son Huw Pendleton, who has been managing director since that time. In 2022, he received an award for 'outstanding contribution to the UK tourism industry
Mr Pendleton senior sadly died last April at the age of 83.

(Image: Celtic Holiday Parks) In their latest statement, the administrators said: 'Alistair Wardell and Richard Lewis of Grant Thornton UK Advisory & Tax LLP, 3 Callaghan Square, Cardiff CF10 5BT were appointed as joint administrators of Celtic Holiday Parks Limited (the Company) on 27 May 2025, which has operations at two sites: Noble Court Holiday Park in Narberth and Meadow House Holiday Park in Amroth.
"Subsequently, the joint administrators have also been appointed to C, V and A Pendleton (a firm) on 23 June 2025, a partnership which operates the third holiday park under the Celtic Holiday Parks brand, Croft Country Park.
'The joint administrators are continuing to trade the Company's business across all three sites whilst a buyer is sought, and the Company's employees have been retained to support this strategy."

'We confirm that, unless customers are contacted and advised otherwise, their bookings will go ahead and access to the parks will continue as normal for owners of caravans and lodges.

The company weathered the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic with support from a six-figure HSBC loan in 2020. It was secured under the coronavirus business interruption loan scheme, which enabled the addition of 54 new holiday homes across its portfolio.
