I forked out £80k to look like a cartoon character – now I want even more surgery to achieve my goal
Pixiee Fox drew inspiration from cartoon characters including Jessica Rabbit and Sleeping Beauty for her transformation, but was told she would end up looking "goofy" by plastic surgeons.

On an episode of E!'s Botched, Pixiee faced plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif as she revealed she wanted to go under the knife yet again to lower her hair line to make her forehead appear smaller.
"I never really felt human, I always felt more like a fantasy creature," she said on the show.
But when Pixiee met with the surgeons they weren't convinced by her plans to lower her hairline.
"I am so close to becoming a real life cartoon, I need a small surgery and I'm done," she said.
After a consultation with the doctors, they determined her previous surgeries had caused too much damage.
"I have never seen anything like this in my entire career," Doctor Terry said.
The duo broke the news to Pixiee that they wouldn't operate on her, but she hinted she would still go ahead with the surgery elsewhere, despite their advice.
How has Pixee Fox made herself look like a Barbie doll?
The social media star has had countless plastic surgery ops since her first procedure in 2011, transforming her body.
Pixee, who lives in North Carolina, flew to India to have her eye colour changed in a dangerous operation that is not performed in Europe or America.
She also went to Korea to have her jaw shape changed in another extreme procedure that could have left her paralysed.
She's had several boob jobs, bringing her up to a colossal 30J, and has pumped up her bum and lips with fat from her legs and belly.
Pixee even admitted she 'gave up on love' to share a home with fellow surgery addict Justin Jedlica, so they can live together as a real-life Barbie and Ken.
She's had 200 ops, including six ribs removed, four boob jobs, two rounds of liposuction, labiaplasty, and butt lift.
And she even had her jaw broken, shaved and reset, to mimic Wonder Woman.
Pixee Fox went through the agonising op to give her a symmetrical V-shaped jawline in June.
She's also said to have had her nose and ears altered to make her look more like a Disney princess.
Pixiee shot to fame for her unique looks, but soon the multiple procedures started to take a toll on her health, so she decided to take a break from going under the knife.
Back in 2023 she shared an update with her Instagram followers, as she claimed her obsession with plastic surgery nearly killed her.
She said: 'I was a person famous for having plastic surgery, and I have advertised doctors and the procedures they have done on me. I am making this post now because I see other girls advertising this doctor who almost ended my life."
She added: 'I am lucky to still be alive after been in a coma for more than one week. So lucky to have friends and family coming to my aid and getting me home to Sweden."

Controversial horror classic is being turned into a TV series after film was BANNED for 'obscene brutality'
One of the most controversial horror franchises of all time is being turned into a TV series. Eli's Roth Hostel, which was dubbed 'torture porn' when the first film was released back in 2005, is being developed at Peacock, according to Variety. Oscar nominee Paul Giamatti is set to star in series, while Roth will write, direct, and executive produce. Roth wrote and directed the first two films in the franchise but was not involved in the third installment, which was released direct-to-DVD in 2011. Little is known about the plot of the series yet, but the movies follow a secret Slovakian criminal organization that lures foreign tourists into deceptively idyllic hostels, where wealthy sadists and psychopaths then torture and kill them. In the first film, two American college graduates travel across Europe and end up in Slovakia after being told that a local hostel in the area is filled with beautiful Eastern European women. Once inside, they're drugged by the women and then sold to the Elite Hunting Club to be maimed and murdered. The sequel features a female cast of American art students who are seduced by the promise of a luxurious spa experience in Slovakia. Eli's Roth Hostel, which was dubbed 'torture porn' when the first film was released back in 2005, is being developed at Peacock Like the men in the first movie, the trio end up drugged and sold to the Elite Hunting Club. After two of the women are killed in unbelievably horrific ways, one manages to escape after castrating her captor. The sequel was extremely controversial upon its 2007 release and was outright banned in New Zealand. In the UK, MP Charles Walker said that it 'depicts obscene, misogynistic acts of brutality against women.' The first film garnered $82 million worldwide off a small budget of under $5 million, while the second made $36 million worldwide. It's unclear exactly how gruesome the TV series will be, but it was previously described as 'modern adaptation' and 'elevated thriller' by The Hollywood Reporter. Hostel is far from the only horror IP that Peacock is taking on. The streamer is also deep into production on a Friday the 13th prequel series called Crystal Lake. Instead of focusing on Jason Voorhees, the 'expanded prequel' is centered on his mother Pamela, who was the killer in the original 1980 film. Meanwhile, It: Welcome to Derry, based on Stephen King's original killer clown novel, is coming to HBO in October. It comes after the success of the 2017 remake and its 2019 sequel. Ridley Scott's Alien also has its own prequel series premiering soon called Alien: Earth. The original Alien film famously starred Sigourney Weaver as the iconic character Ripley. This time around, Sydney Chandler is leading the prequel series as Wendy, an android who has the body of a robot but the consciousness of a human. Her deep space research vessel crash lands on earth in the year 2120, where Wendy and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers must face 'mysterious life forms more terrifying than anyone could have ever imagined.'

Heston Blumenthal reveals he's taking weight-loss drug Wegovy
Heston Blumenthal has revealed that he is taking the weight-loss drug Wegovy. The celebrity chef admitted his use of the drug was a 'paradox' as a restaurateur, and warned that its continued use threatened to topple the food industry. The father-of-four said he started taking Wegovy to combat the effects of his bipolar medication after he was diagnosed with Type 1 bipolar disorder in 2023. He said the medication had also caused slurred speech, problems with balance and brain fog. 'I've put on so much weight, but it's starting to come off now,' the 59-year-old said, adding that the semaglutide injections had resulted in him losing 8kg so far. Blumenthal, who has been awarded seven Michelin stars over the course of his three-decade career, also warned the drugs would have an impact on the restaurant industry. He added: 'Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro – you still enjoy food, but they stop appetite. So what's going to happen is people are going to want smaller portions.' He told Times Radio it is 'going to get much worse in the next six months' for the restaurant business, adding that supermarkets would also be affected. The Fat Duck, Blumenthal's three-Michelin starred restaurant, is among the fine dining establishments hit by the decline in appetite, while costs of food, labour and fuel have all increased. He said he was aiming to 'formulate' a plan that might combat some of the losses from its highly profitable tasting menus, which can feature more than 11 courses. Blumenthal, who divides his time between Berkshire and France with his wife Melanie, has previously written in The Telegraph about his 'surprise' bipolar diagnosis. The chef, who presented Channel 4 shows Heston's Fantastical Food and Heston's Feasts, as well as several series of MasterChef in Australia, was sectioned following a manic episode in 2023. He was the subject of BBC documentary Heston: My Life With Bipolar, which was broadcast in June. Discussing food programmes following the BBC's MasterChef fallout involving the former presenters Gregg Wallace and John Torode, Blumenthal said: 'I don't think food programmes are toxic. 'I think that when you do cooking competition shows, you work with a lot of people, and humans are humans. And that means relationship issues happen.'
