Matěj Kovář's move to PSV awaits Manchester United's approval
The matter shouldn't prevent Kovář from joining the Dutch champions. As reported by Kicker yesterday, Kovář was in Eindhoven to complete his medical. A €5m sale with €2m in add-ons has been agreed upon by both clubs.

The English Red Devils have little reason not to waive their matching rights as they themselves pocketed €5m from Kovář's sale to Leverkusen, also securing a re-sale clause as part of the deal.
Plettenberg insinuates that United will cooperate. If the German transfer expert is correct, the deal should be confirmed tomorrow.
The only potential stumbling block concerns the fact that Holland's De Teelegraaf claims that Leverkusen are attempting to loan, not sell, Kovar.
If this report proves true, then United may wish to review their options in order to ensure they receive proper compensation under the re-sale clause.

Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey is of interest to Nottingham Forest. Forest's interest in Ramsey comes with Tottenham Hotspur bidding for their attacking midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White. The Athletic previously reported that Tottenham pushed to get Ramsey last summer but could not complete a deal. Liverpool have not given up hope of prising striker Alexander Isak away from Newcastle, despite the Magpies' insistence he is not for sale. A report on Tuesday suggested the Reds are prepared to pay £120million for the 25-year-old Sweden international, who has been a huge hit at St James' Park since his £63million arrival from Real Sociedad during the summer of 2022.
