Siddhant Chaturvedi's mother's heartwarming moment is winning the internet.
Siddhant Chaturvedi, who is all set to charm the audiences with his intense performance in his romantic drama Dhadak 2, shared a heartwarming video featuring his mother. The actor took to social media to share an adorable clip of his mom excitedly deciding which saree to wear for the grand premiere of his film, which is happening later today.
Her infectious enthusiasm and motherly pride lit up the screen, making the moment instantly relatable and wholesome for fans across the country. In the video, Siddhant's mother can be seen holding up different sarees. The actor shared the video with a caption that says, 'Premiere ke liye साड़ी ka selection chal raha."
Recently, the actor revealed that he had already filmed a major chunk of the movie without knowing it would eventually be titled Dhadak 2 — and the first person to break the news to him was none other than Dhadak star Ishaan Khatter.
During a recent promotional event, Siddhant shared the unusual anecdote. 'He [Ishaan] was the one who told me before I knew, and I had already shot half of the film by then," the Gully Boy actor recalled with a laugh. 'Without me knowing, and he knows." The surprise revelation happened when Siddhant ran into Ishaan at a film screening.
Meanwhile, Dhadak 2 stars Siddhant opposite Triptii Dimri in what's being described as an intense love story. Helmed by debutante director Shazia Iqbal and produced by Dharma Productions, the film serves as a spiritual sequel to the 2018 hit Dhadak, which introduced Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor to Bollywood. Unlike its predecessor, which was a remake of Sairat, Dhadak 2 adapts the critically acclaimed Tamil film Pariyerum Perumal (2018) for Hindi audiences. With a powerful premise, a fresh pairing, and the promise of emotionally charged storytelling, Dhadak 2 is all set to hit theatres on August 1, 2025.
With Dhadak 2, Siddhant Chaturvedi is all set to take on the most emotionally intense role of his career — a performance that demands vulnerability, restraint, and raw romantic depth. Known for his effortless charm in Gully Boy and brooding presence in Gehraiyaan, Siddhant is now stepping into a space that will escalate his range as an actor.

War 2 Hrithik Roshan Admits Kiara Advani Challenged Him In Aavan Jaavan, Says 'Had To Move Like Her'

Last Updated: Hrithik Roshan says he struggled to match Kiara Advani's moves in War 2 song Aavan Jaavan, calling her dance style sharp, fast, and inspiring. As anticipation builds for War 2, Hrithik Roshan is reflecting on the past — the roles he regrets turning down, the dance steps that slipped away off-camera, and the exciting, nerve-racking road ahead as he steps into the director's chair with Krrish 4. At a recent event in Sri Lanka, the Bollywood superstar offered rare insights into his journey, candidly admitting, 'I said no to Dil Chahta Hai, and I said no to 3 Idiots. But I think Aamir [Khan] was the right choice for both those films. It had a destiny." While both roles eventually went to Aamir Khan and went on to become generational hits, Hrithik shared no bitterness — only introspection and admiration. He also opened up about a surprising quirk — forgetting his lines and choreography once the cameras stop rolling. 'One is my dialogues. If I'm not in front of the camera in my real life, my dialogues I will never remember. And the second one is, unfortunately, my dance steps. I can never remember both once I step away from the cameras. It's unbelievable." Speaking of dancing, Hrithik recounted the rehearsal process for War 2's upcoming track Aavan Jaavan with co-star Kiara Advani. What was meant to be a simple sequence turned unexpectedly challenging. 'It was a really easy step. But for some reason, when Kiara and I were rehearsing, we were struggling to match our hands and our legs. I had to move like her, she had to move like me. So even though it was simple, it became complicated in trying to match each other." In contrast, he recalled the seemingly complex but ultimately fluid choreography of Main Aisa Kyun Hoon from Lakshya — a number choreographed by the legendary Prabhudeva. 'Like Main Aisa Kyu Hoon looked really difficult, but Mr. Prabhudheva made it so easy for me because he had somebody with me for a month, and I slowly moved into those steps every day, a little bit, a little bit, and then magic, that masterpiece, was born." Perhaps the biggest revelation of the evening was Hrithik's confirmation that he's stepping behind the camera for Krrish 4. 'I need all your love and blessings. I am very excited, but also very nervous. Encouragement will go a long way. I'm scared, but I'm also very, very excited about this new chapter in my life." Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 features Jr NTR in a villainous avatar and is slated for release on August 14, 2025.
