The 37-second recording, which Love Island fans claim is the voice of Lucy Quinn, lays bare a plot to couple with popular Tommy Bradley as a surefire way to make the final.
Now, Emily, who was coupled up with Tommy during her time in the villa before he chose to re-couple with Lucy, has shared her thoughts.
After being dumped from the show following Casa Amor, Emily didn't hold back when discussing the leaked voice note.
She said: '[It's] really not ideal at all. I just really don't want Tommy to get hurt, to be honest. He's a really genuine, nice boy.'

Emily continued to tell Heat: 'The thought of her going in there and doing it just potentially because she wants to stay there or because he's the golden boy, it does break my heart a little bit.
'Also, it's a bit sad on my side because we started to develop something really really nice and that's sort of ruined now for something that might not be genuine.
'From my side, obviously, it was genuine and from Tommy's side as well, I'd like to say, because he is that type of boy. It's a bit gutting, I can't lie.'
The person alleged to be Lucy says: "I've got a phone call today by the way, saying they want to fly me out on Tuesday or Monday. So they said to me on Sunday they'll let me know for 100 percent, but looks like I'm f**king going on one of those days. So they were like, get your stuff packed basically.

"I was like, I'm already packed love. They asked me for my top three boys. And told them, I said, Tommy, I want Tommy. I feel like if I'm with Tommy I feel like I'll get all the way to the end.
Love Island villa left in shock as devastated Emily is dumped by Tommy for Casa Amor beauty in brutal recoupling
"Because everyone loves him. I don't know if you've been watching it but that Megan's being sent home and I'm f**king made up.
"And she's being sent home because of the way she's treated Tommy. And do you know what, I'm made up that I've been watching it because I know how to act.
"Because she's being a f**king little slapper in there. The public have voted her out. So I just need to be left a nice girl and just f**king stick with Tommy."

In a dramatic Casa Amor recoupling, Lucy walked into the main villa holding hands with smitten Tommy, who dumped Emily to be with her.
In the most dramatic moment of the recoupling, Emily was left shell-shocked having stayed loyal to Tommy and given a heartfelt speech in which she said she couldn't wait to see him.
Tommy told the gathered Islanders how he had a better connection with Lucy; the pair had spent the past few days glued together sharing lots of kisses.
Sheepish Lucy admitted it was difficult entering the villa in such a "s****y situation".

When host Maya Jama told the group that Emily was dumped from the Island, along with five other singletons, Tommy broke down in tears.
The pair eventually went to the terrace to clear the air with Tommy admitting it hurt him to see her upset.
They made up and hugged before Emily exited the villa.

Love Island slapped with another 432 Ofcom complaints over 'offensive language and rigged editing' - with calls for one star to be AXED from villa
Love Island has been slapped with another 432 Ofcom complaints over 'offensive language and rigged editing'. The ITV reality show kicked off for its 12th season last month and has seen plenty of drama. Over the last week, things have heated up further and the show has seen a wave of complaints from viewers to the broadcasting watchdog. July 9's episode received 82 complaints, while July 11's saw 266, and July 13 was hit with 84. According to The Sun, some watchers were not best pleased with Helena Ford's past social media posts on X and how she is still on the show. The publication claims she used 'offensive language' in them, some about foreign people. A source linked to the reality star told The Sun: 'These tweets are not reflective of the language Helena would use as a 30 year old woman and she would acknowledge she has done a lot of growing up since what she very naively posted over eight years ago.' While other fans expressed how they felt footage of Shakira Khan had been 'edited' to make her appear 'mean'. Clips have reportedly been cut from the show including when Meg Moore and Helena said Shakira was 'grafting' everyone. Some fans were also not impressed with the footage from Movie Night where Shakira was shown talking negatively about Helena and Meg. They claimed important context behind her reaction wasn't shown. One watcher penned on X: 'No, I am actually fuming with production trying to paint Shakira and Toni as the means girls when we all know who the really mean girls are #LoveIslandUK #LoveIsland.' According to The Sun, another wrote: 'Love Island is going to make out the mean girls are Shakira and Toni when it's been Meg and Helena.' While someone else added: 'It's giving rigged if they don't show what Meg, Helena and Harry have actually been like and what they've been saying!' There have also reportedly been allegations of bullying between Islanders, though they have not been named. MailOnline has approached ITV for comment. It comes as even more drama kicks off in the villa, with Wednesday's episode seeing Cacherel 'Cach' Mercer break down in tear following the chaotic recoupling which saw Toni recouple with Harrison. Toni surprised the villa on Monday night when she picked to recouple with Harrison instead of Cach, despite telling him she was done with him. Cach entered as a Casa Amor bombshell and swept Toni off her feet, while she was on and off with Harrison. The shock turn of events left Cach in tears as he took a moment on the terrace to cry on Ty's shoulder - which left fans in tears. 'I can't believe I'm crying. I haven't cried in years,' Cach told Ty. Ty told him: 'This is real though, it's you. It's better to let stuff like this out than bottle it up. It doesn't make you any less of a man, in fact more of a man.' Love Island fans were left in tears as they took to X to share their heartbreak and urged to 'protect him at all costs'. Some comments read: 'Cach is breaking my heart', 'Protect Cache at all costs my heart is breaking for him.'
