Cassie gives birth to third child days after testifying at P Diddy trial
Cassie Ventura has welcomed her third child with husband Alex Fine not long after testifying at Sean 'Diddy' Combs ' high-profile trial. Cassie shares daughters Frankie, five, and Sunny, four, with her husband Alex, with them announcing they were expecting a son in a post shared in February.
The news has since been announced that Cassie has welcomed her third child, with sources close to the star claiming she gave birth on Tuesday in a New York City hospital. It's understood mother and baby are doing well, despite the tot arriving slightly earlier than planned, TMZ have reported.
The Long Way 2 Go singer had shared professional black-and-white shots of her posing with her family while showing off her baby bump. In one snap, her two daughters kissed her bump while another showed Alex's hands on her belly. She simply captioned the post with a pregnant woman emoji and added the hashtag: "#3". The likes of Karrueche Tran, Lauren London, Vanderpump Rules' Kristen Doute, and Ciara shared their excitement in the comment section at the time.
On May 27, it was revealed she was rushed to a New York hospital after going into labour. A source told TMZ that Cassie was in labour and in the delivery unit, having been around eight months pregnant during her testimony in the trial.
Her ex-partner, Diddy, is facing a number of serious charges - including racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. He denies all allegations against him.
Cassie, who was pregnant with her third child while testifying, took to the stand earlier this month, and made some bombshell claims about the disgraced rapper.
After testifying in the trial, Cassie's lawyer - Doug Wigdor - released a statement on her behalf.
Cassie's statement read: "This week has been extremely challenging, but also remarkably empowering and healing for me.
"For me, the more I heal, the more I can remember. And the more I can remember, the more I will never forget. I want to thank my family and my advocates for their unwavering support, and I'm grateful for all the kindness and encouragement that I have received.
"I'm glad to put this chapter of my life to rest. As I turn to focus on the conclusion of my pregnancy, I ask for privacy for me and for my growing family."

Hulk Hogan's official death certificate revealed including details of what will happen to his remains
Hulk Hogan 's official death certificate went public Friday, eight days after the wrestling legend died in Florida at the age of 71. It emerged this Thursday that he succumbed to acute myocardial infarction, which is commonly referred to as a heart attack. Now, his death certificate has also been revealed, containing details of what is to be done with the late athlete's mortal remains. Hogan has been scheduled for cremation at the Bay Area Crematory in Clearwater, Florida, the city where he had been living at the time of his passing. His memorial service has been booked at the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home in the same city, according to the death certificate obtained by TMZ. The document was issued this Thursday - the day his cremation approval report disclosed Hogan had been privately battling chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a form of cancer that affects white blood cells known as lymphocytes. A cremation approval report obtained by Page Six indicated that Hogan had previously been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation — a condition marked by a fast and irregular heartbeat, as defined by the Mayo Clinic. The wrestling legend died on July 24 in Florida, aged 71. Hogan's death was officially attributed to natural causes. Page Six also noted that the Pinellas County Forensic Science Center provided updates regarding his cremation. A spokesperson for the medical examiner's office told the outlet: 'I'm not aware of when Mr. Bollea will be cremated, only that we've received a request for cremation approval.' His official cause of death follows on from claims Hogan felt 'weak' and 'embarrassed' shortly before he died. Eric Bischoff, his good friend, shared details of his last-ever meeting with Hogan. Speaking on the 83 Weeks with Eric Bischoff podcast, he explained: 'I could tell he was weak. He sounded tired. '[Hogan] said, 'I really want to see you, but I'm kind of embarrassed for you to see me this way because I've been pretty sick.' When I look at you, I don't see the same thing you see when you look in the mirror, so f*** that, I'll be down Monday.' Hogan's personality still shone through in their conversations, despite his health struggles. Eric shared: 'It was work for him to have a conversation but he was the same guy.' Earlier this week, Brooke Hogan took to social media to pay tribute to her dad and to reflect on their turbulent relationship. The 37-year-old star said on Instagram: 'When he left this earth, it felt like part of my spirit left with him. I felt it before the news even reached us. I know he's at peace now, out of pain, and in a place as beautiful as he imagined. He used to speak about this moment with such wonder and hope. Like meeting God was the greatest championship he'd ever have.' Brooke also used her post to 'clear a few things up' regarding their estrangement. The realty star wrote: 'It was a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know, or understand. My father was confiding in me about issues weighing on his heart, both personal and business. I offered to be a life raft in whatever capacity he needed. I told him he had my support. I begged him to rest, to take care of himself.' Brooke and her husband, Steven Olesky, actually moved closer to the wrestler as he battled with health problems. She said: 'We had been through almost 25 surgeries together, and then all of a sudden he didn't want me at surgeries…everything started getting covered in a thick veil. It was like there was a force field around him that I couldn't get through. (sic)'

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni come face-to-face in deposition over misconduct lawsuit
Hollywood stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni met in a Manhattan law office for Lively's deposition in her ongoing lawsuit against him over alleged misconduct during the filming of It Ends With Us Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni met in person today for the first time since their public dispute, during Lively's deposition in her lawsuit against the actor and director. The session took place at Lively's legal team's office in Manhattan. The legal battle stems from their work on the 2024 film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel It Ends With Us, in which Lively starred and Baldoni both acted and directed. In December, Lively, 37, filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, 41, alleging she suffered 'severe emotional distress and pain, humiliation, embarrassment, belittlement, frustration and mental anguish' as a result of his conduct during production. Baldoni denied the claims and filed a countersuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane. His filing alleged extortion and defamation. He also filed a separate defamation action against The New York Times. It comes after Blake was blasted for being rude to staff in a New York shop. Last month, Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed Baldoni's $400 million countersuit and the defamation claim against the newspaper. Today's deposition was conducted in private. Only attorneys for both parties, a court reporter, and a videographer were present. The testimony may remain under seal. According to reports from TMZ and ABC News, Baldoni chose to attend the deposition in person. The case is scheduled to proceed to trial in March 2026. Cameras will not be permitted in the courtroom and both Lively and Baldoni have confirmed that they will testify. Lively's attorney, Mike Gottlieb, has previously stated that she intends to take the stand. Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, previously suggested that Lively's testimony should be given publicly at Madison Square Garden, with proceeds from ticket sales going to organisations that support domestic violence victims. 'Since Ms. Lively is open to testifying, let's make it count,' Freedman said in May 2024. That proposal was not pursued. The ongoing dispute began after the release of It Ends With Us, which was based on Hoover's 2016 novel. The adaptation generated significant attention due to its subject matter and the involvement of high-profile actors. While some legal claims have been dismissed, the core allegations in Lively's lawsuit remain active. The case continues to attract widespread media coverage in both entertainment and legal contexts. Neither Lively nor Baldoni, nor representatives for Reynolds or Sloane, have commented publicly on today's proceedings. The deposition marks a key stage in the pre-trial process, providing sworn testimony that may be used during trial. The outcome of the case will be determined in federal court in New York.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni 'come face-to-face' for first time since feud
In a development worthy of a courtroom drama script, Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni came face-to-face today for the first time since their public fallout. The tense reunion took place inside a law office in Manhattan for Lively's deposition as part of her case against Baldoni, following drama during the filming of It Ends With Us. The pair, who starred in the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel of the same name last year, have been embroiled in a bitter feud in recent months. In December, the Gossip Girl actress, 37, launched legal proceedings against the 41-year-old – who also served as director – over claims she suffered 'severe emotional distress and pain, humiliation, embarrassment, belittlement, frustration and mental anguish'. He denied all claims and filed a countersuit against her, husband Ryan Reynolds and their publicist, Leslie Sloane – alleging extortion and defamation – as well as separate documents against the New York Times. According to People Magazine, Judge Lewis J Liman granted a motional to dismiss the $400m countersuit, as well as the defamation filing against the publication. Now, according to reports from TMZ and ABC News, Baldoni made the decision to attend Lively's deposition in person today at her legal team's office in New York. The private testimony, which may remain under seal, took place behind closed doors with only legal representatives, a court reporter, and a videographer present. The deposition marks a dramatic milestone in the escalating legal saga between the two stars. Despite the dismissed suits, tensions remain high — and public. Back in May, Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, made headlines with a provocative suggestion: that Lively's deposition be held live at Madison Square Garden, with proceeds going to organizations supporting victims of domestic abuse. 'Since Ms. Lively is open to testifying, let's make it count,' he said at the time. Though the MSG event never happened, Freedman confirmed this week that Baldoni was determined to be physically present for Lively's deposition – a clear signal that he intends to keep the pressure on ahead of their scheduled trial in March 2026. More Trending Cameras will not be allowed in the courtroom, but both Lively and Baldoni have committed to taking the stand. Lively's attorney, Mike Gottlieb, previously confirmed that Lively intends to testify when the case finally goes to trial. While today's deposition was closed to the public, the symbolic weight of Baldoni's in-person attendance hasn't gone unnoticed. Representatives for Lively, Baldoni, and Reynolds have yet to comment on today's proceedings. Got a story?
