Tammy Hembrow isn't just sweating it out in the gym - she's serving serious shade.
The fitness influencer, 31, appeared to throw a brutal dig at her estranged husband Matt Zukowski in a pointed new TikTok shared on Monday, just weeks after their shock split.
In the clip, Tammy films herself on a step machine while dramatically captioning the video: 'A step for every time I should have listened to my sisters.'
The savage caption immediately sent fans into a frenzy, with many interpreting the post as a thinly veiled jab at the Love Island star, who confirmed their separation last month.
Tammy added in the caption: 'Gonna be here all day.'

Tammy's sisters, Emilee, 32, and Amy, 34, had earlier expressed concerns about the relationship when appearing on Matt's Where's Your Head At? podcast last year, calling the reality star an 'immature baby'.
The siblings also called Matt a 'little teenager boy', a 'big baby' and 'delusional' for proposing too fast.
It's the latest in a string of subtle - and not-so-subtle - clues that all is far from amicable between the former couple, who tied the knot in a lavish Byron Bay ceremony just seven months ago.
Tammy has recently returned to Queensland after fleeing to Queenstown, New Zealand, for a wholesome post-breakup getaway.
She was accompanied by her three children - son Wolf, 9, daughter Saskia, 7, and toddler Posy, 3.
She later enjoyed a well-deserved girls' night with pals Isabella Laws, Stephanie Mac, and Casey Mccauley at trendy hotspot Alvins Wine Bar.
The social media star officially announced her split from Matt in an emotional TikTok video last month.
She broke down in tears as she admitted she'd made 'not the best choices' when it came to relationships.
'Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking it is going to be forever. And I blame no one but myself,' she told fans.
Matt also confirmed the breakup via Instagram Stories, writing: ' It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate…
'This wasn't a decision we took lightly.'
The pair had a whirlwind romance - which saw them get engaged just three months into dating and wed in November 2023.
But cracks quickly appeared after their dreamy honeymoon period came to an end.
The split announcement came less than 24 hours after Matt was spotted partying with Melbourne sports journalist Tayla Little at the London Tavern Hotel.
At the time, the sighting fuelled rumours the pair had been spending time together post-breakup.
Tammy left her fans confused on Sunday as she was spotted again wearing what appeared to be her wedding ring, after previously ditching it following the split.
In a series of photos and videos shared to Instagram, Tammy posed in a bridal white mini dress as she enjoyed a green juice.
Her followers couldn't help but notice the bling on her finger, with the fitness queen seemingly having resumed wearing her wedding ring despite being separated.
'Has she still got her ring on??' questioned one fan in the comments section below the post.
Sparing no expense on her luxury wedding ring, Tammy opted for a band of huge glittering diamonds while Matt opted for a more traditional plain white gold band.
An Australian jeweller has estimated that it would have set the star back a massive $23,000.
