Love Island fans will remember how she only lasted three days in the villa.
Ruby, who previously told fans she's in her "in her lover girl era", now looks completely smitten with her new man.
"Marbella is always a good idea," Ruby penned in the caption of a packed photo dump.
In the first snap, Ruby could be seen cosying up to her new man - who might have looked familiar to some Ex on the Beach fans.
She then shared several other snaps from her holiday, including a photo of her sitting beside the mystery man as they held a wine glass each.
Another snap with the hunky fella saw Ruby cosy up to him while donning a lime green dress.
The smitten couple then posed by a yacht as they headed out on a night out.
She then cuddled him while they were at a pool party in another photo.
The man in question is Jack Devlin from hit MTV show Ex on the Beach.
Jack, 32, to to fame in 2017 when he appeared on the MTV UK series Ex on the Beach for its sixth season.
He was on Ex on the Beach for his prior relationships with Frankie Isabella, Harriette Harper, and Nicole Bass.
When he appeared on the show, he joined Joshua Ritchie, Ross Worswick, and Zahida Allen in the line up.
Commenting on Ruby's slew of snaps, which included Jack, one person penned: "Miss girl. Stunning as ever."
Someone else then gushed: "Beautiful pic."

The Block couple Sonny and Alicia accused of 'bribery' during shock episode

Two Block contestants were accused of 'bribery' by the show's resident tilers during Tuesday night's episode. Gold Coast couple Sonny and Alicia were busy working on their home at the Daylesford site when they realised they urgently needed tiling work done. The pair approached the show's tilers, the Cursio brothers, who were busy working on another house and attempted to 'bribe' them to come and work on their property. 'We know you are busy, but if we get on our hands and knees will you be our waterproofer and tiler?' the pair asked the brothers as they presented them with two large pizzas. 'I've got dessert for you, too,' Sonny added, and then handed them a box of biscuits. However, the brothers hesitated at the offer, with one suggesting it could be seen as a bribe. 'I think this may be considered bribery,' he told the couple. However, Sonny and Alicia insisted they had done nothing wrong. 'There are no rules about that on The Block,' Sonny responded. The brothers jokingly told them they 'don't like making decisions on an empty stomach' and decided to enjoy the pizza as they mused over the offer. 'It took Alicia this long to say yes when I asked her to marry me!' Sonny quipped. The pair later admitted to the camera they had indeed been attempting to bribe the tilers. 'We are 100% bribing them. We will not shy away from that,' Alicia admitted. Last month, the parents of three exclusively told Daily Mail that the emotional rollercoaster of The Block was more intense than they expected - but worth every tear. 'This was our second time applying - and it just felt right this year,' Alicia said. They're also the only team to build a brick house, giving them a clear point of difference. 'It stands out,' Sonny said. 'And we brought the brick inside too. It just feels like a real home.' The couple say their aim was to build something warm and family-friendly - not just a showpiece. 'We want whoever buys this house to celebrate Christmas here, host birthdays and have their whole family around,' Alicia said. Despite the drama and pressure, they say their relationship came out even stronger. 'We've been together 14 years. We made a pact to always have each other's backs,' Alicia said. 'We bicker, sure. But that's how we roll. We don't let it linger.'

Love Island winners Toni Laites and Cach Mercer reveal their surprising plans for £50,000 cash prize - and it's NOT what you'd expect

The couple were crowned the winners of the twelfth series of Love Island on Monday evening. And now, Toni Laites and Cacherel 'Cach' Mercer, both 24, have revealed what they plan to spend their £50,000 cash prize on - and it's far from what you would expect. When asked how she plans to spend the money, Toni, a Las Vegas cabana waitress, candidly admitted: 'I need to pay off my student loans. I want to invest it. I don't want to go on some crazy shopping spree.' While Cach, a dancer from London, agreed with her, adding: ' Cost of living crisis, I'll save it!' Toni made history as the first American contestant to enter the UK Love Island villa, and she and Cach seem set on making their relationship work despite the transatlantic distance. The couple had a rocky beginning after meeting during Casa Amor, as it wasn't long until the pair found themselves in a major love triangle with Harrison. Yet once Harrison decided to leave the villa with Lauren, Toni set her sights on Cach, and the pair went from strength to strength. Reflecting on her journey, Toni said: 'I feel like I'm representing a whole nation! I didn't expect to make it past week one. 'Hopefully now we will just find time to enjoy one another's company and not let everything else take over.' Cach added: 'It feels amazing to win. I was 100 per cent authentically myself, and luckily, the public liked it, so I'm buzzing. 'I appreciate every moment on the show, it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I wouldn't have done it any other way.' Toni will also be remembered as part of the series' fan-favourite 'Big Three' – a name coined by viewers to describe her close friendship with runners-up Shakira Khan and Yasmin Pettet, who placed second and third, respectively. She said: 'Friends I will have for life. That was a big takeaway. The girls were my rock for the eight weeks.' But it looks like Toni and Cach may be spending even more time together in front of the camera, as ITV are reportedly planning to offer the couple a spin-off show chronicling their long-distance relationship, according to The Sun. A source told the publication: 'Even without the win, Cach and Toni's story should make great TV just due to their exciting lives. 'It will also be a chance to include Shakira and Yasmin when they visit Toni and catch up on the outside.' Daily Mail has contacted ITV for comment. The couple's interview follows ITV's release of the voting breakdown for the final, confirming it was the closest result in the show's history. In total, Toni and Cach received 33.5% of the vote, with Shakira Khan and Harry Cooksley taking 26.2% - showing the result was a close call. Yasmin Pettet and Jamie Rhodes came third with 22% and Angel Swift and Ty Isherwood placed fourth with 18.3%. Toni and Cach won despite the bookies' odds revealing it was Harry and Shakira in the running to win, just hours ahead of the live final. And fans seemed delighted with the decision as they took to Twitter to wish the couple congratulations. They penned: 'Justice served well done Toni & Cach .. what a gentleman man he is'; 'Congratulations Toni and cach. First American and she won. Iconic moves'; 'a bombshell + a casa boy winning love island - iconic!'; 'Love island didn't disappoint with Cach & Toni winning';

Katie Price left feeling 'isolated and disregarded amid growing rift with daughter Princess and admits she feels like Brooklyn Beckham'

Katie Price has reportedly been left feeling 'isolated and disregarded' amid a growing rift with her daughter Princess. The former glamour model, 46, was banned from appearing on the 18-year-olds fly-on-the-wall ITV television series which aired this week. And now The Sun had revealed their relationship is strained after Princess was told to distance herself from Katie. The star has reportedly even gone as far as to liken her feeling with those of Brooklyn Beckham amid the bitter feud between himself and wife Nicola Peltz and the rest of his family. A source told the publication: 'Katie feels isolated and disregarded. She loves Princess so much and is supremely proud of the young woman she is becoming.' The TV star was hoping to help Princess in her budding TV career and support her in her journey to fame, however ITV2 executives have reportedly made it clear they don't want Katie involved. They continued: 'Princess told her mum that she needed to distance herself publicly and yet chats to her all the time behind closed doors.' Amid the personal/professional divide forming in their relationship they added: 'She feels a bit like Brooklyn Beckham, with no one in the Andre family really speaking to her.' Daily Mail have contacted Katie and Princess' representatives for comment. Katie previously hit out on Instagram after she was banned from her daughter Princess' 18th birthday celebrations. One post showed a sky full of pink clouds with words reading 'I love my daughters' while another read 'my daughters will always be my little princesses' written in the sand. Daily Mail revealed that Katie was unable to attend Princess' celebrations because the event was being filmed for her forthcoming fly-on-the-wall ITV television series - which Katie has been banned from appearing on. Katie also had an awkward gaffe after she was forced to delete her 18th birthday tribute to Princess on Friday - having shared it 48 hours too early. Princess' television show focuses on her home life with her father Peter, his wife Emily and big brother Junior, as well as her career as an influencer, and is being made by Pete's management company, Can Associates. The star has reportedly even gone as far as to liken her feeling with those of Brooklyn Beckham amid the bitter feud between himself and wife Nicola Peltz and the rest of his family Meanwhile Princess has revealed she 'wished she had a happier childhood' as she opened up about the 'dark times' she faced while growing up in her documentary The firm memorably looked after Katie when she was with Pete from 2003 until 2009, the year they sensationally split. But this week, Katie blasted 'people who used to look after me', believed to be referring to Peter Andre 's management company, on the latest episode of her Katie Price Show podcast. Katie said: 'Princess is now officially an adult so mummy and Princess can now go out together. If certain people would let her be seen with me.' Sophie said: 'I noticed in her 18th birthday pictures she was wearing the shoes you bought her for Christmas,' with Katie replying: 'Oh did she? I love that.' Katie added: 'Everyone knows she's doing this documentary - and I'm not in it. Certain people don't think it's good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me.' Meanwhile Princess has revealed she 'wished she had a happier childhood' as she opened up about the 'dark times' she faced while growing up in her documentary. The rising star addressed the traumatic memories during her childhood, including her mum's high-profile breakups. She candidly admitted: 'I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. 'But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. 'I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age.'
