She said it's something she usually avoids because of the pain it brings.
In the touching clip, Kelsey says: 'Wow so that's why I hate listening to his music, it makes me so upset.
'God, I feel really emotional this morning and I felt emotional yesterday, doing the interviews because sometimes we lose sight of why we do these things.'
'But obviously his story is to raise awareness for people that have been affected by brain cancer and how it affected our family.

'And I just miss him and I wish that he could be here to see everything that we've done and what the kids are doing and I just hope that we are making him really proud.'
Kelsey, 34, was married to The Wanted singer Tom Parker, who tragically passed away in 2022 at just 33 years old after a courageous battle with a rare brain tumour, glioblastoma.
The couple shared two young children — daughter Aurelia and son Bodhi — who Kelsey now raises while keeping Tom's memory alive.
Tom captured the hearts of fans as one-fifth of chart-topping boyband The Wanted, known for hits like Glad You Came and All Time Low.

Even while undergoing treatment, he continued to perform, famously taking to the stage with the band in emotional final performances during their reunion tour.

The podcast host sat spoke on an episode of Mum's The Word.
Kelsey told listeners: "Tom died when he [Bhodi] was 18 months, I gave him everything. I have over given, Bridget Jones talks about it, when it's just you, I was mum and dad. I've given so much of me, now they just expect 'me, me, me at 3 o'clock in the morning.

"I'm so happy that Will is there and Will has taken, I don't want to say the role of dad … role model.

Lily Allen admits she 'can't remember' how many abortions she has had and thought it was 'romantic' when an ex offered to pay for one: 'I used to get pregnant all the time'

Lily Allen admitted she 'can't remember' how many abortions she has had as she opened up about birth control in a chat with best friend Miquita Oliver. Speaking on the pair's podcast, Miss Me?, the singer, 40, described her reproductive system as a 'complete disaster area', confessing she would 'get pregnant all the time'. While on the topic of contraception, Lily mused: 'I just remember I have an IUD [contraceptive coil] now. 'I think I'm on my third maybe fourth and I just remember before that it was a complete disaster area. Yeah I'd get pregnant all the time all the time.' As Miquita, 41, confessed she didn't know if Lily had ever terminated a pregnancy, Lily began singing to the tune of Frank Sinatra's My Way: 'Abortions I've had a few... but then again... I can't remember exactly how many'. Giggling, she continued: 'I can't remember. I think maybe like, I want to say four or five.' Miquita responded: 'I've had about five too! Lily I've never I'm so happy I can say that and you can say it and no one came to shoot us down, no judgment. We've had about the same amount of abortions.' Lily then recalled one of her experiences with an ex, musing: 'I remember once getting pregnant and the man paying for my abortion, and me thinking it was so romantic!' Miquita interjected: 'I actually think that is romantic! Do you not think that's romantic?' to which Lily responded: 'Am I an idiot? What? Getting rid of the problem?' The former Popworld host then argued: 'No but if you're both like "let's not do this. I don't want it no neither do I, I don't have any money well I can sort that out..."' Yet Lily insisted she wasn't on board, continuing: 'No I don't think it's generous or romantic. Think about that investment, like that's how much is it 500 quid? Kids are a lot more expensive.' She then revealed that she didn't hear from him again after terminating the pregnancy but reasoned: 'I mean fair tbh. I was a f***ing crazy b***h - still am!' Miquita then reflected on her first abortion, confessing: 'I was very excited! I felt like I was like a woman.' Revealing she bumped into several people from school at the local contraceptive clinic, she went on: 'I think as a young woman starting your contraceptive journey I was quite excited. It meant that I was having sex.' The TV presenter - who does not have any children - later added that she used to feel 'embarrassed' to say that she'd had more than one abortion. 'I felt really embarrassed to even say that I had more than one abortion, why the f**k should I be ashamed? I have had a few,' she shared. Lily - who shares daughters, Ethel, 13, and Marnie, 11, with her ex-husband Sam Cooper - went on to express her annoyance at having to justify terminating a pregnancy. She explained: 'It actually irritates me, and I've said it before on the record. I've seen memes going around sometimes, on Instagram from pro-abortion accounts or whatever, whenever this conversation comes up, and suddenly you start seeing people posting things about extraordinary reasons for having an abortion. 'Like: "My aunt had a kid that had this disability," or whatever, "if she went full term it was going to kill her, so we have to." It's like, shut up! 'Just: "I don't want a f***ing baby right now." Literally: "Don't want a baby" is enough reason.' She previously shared her views on a woman's right to choice in the wake of the US Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade in 2022. Lily appeared on stage during Olivia Rodrigo's Glastonbury performance to sing her 2009 hit F**k You as they discussed the ruling. American singer Olivia took to The Other Stage at Worthy Farm where she said she was 'devastated and terrified' by the ruling which ended the constitutional right to abortion in the US, meaning individual states could decide whether abortion can be made illegal. She said: 'I'm devastated and terrified [by the ruling] and so many women and girls are going to die because of this and I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who showed us at the end of the day they truly don't give a s*** about freedom.' After her words prompted huge applause from the audience, Olivia went on to address the Supreme Court justices individually, saying: 'This song goes out to the justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh.' Lily then gave the middle finger as she stood on stage, before saying: 'We hate you guys!' as the pair launched into the expletive-filled song. After her performance, Lily took to Instagram to reveal she had an abortion in the past and called on women to stop feeling as though they needed to 'justify' their decisions to terminate a pregnancy. She wrote: 'I wish people would stop posting examples of exceptional reasons for having abortions. 'Most people I know, myself included, just didn't want to have a f***ing baby and that is reason enough. We don't have to justify it. 'It shouldn't have to be said, and I think all these examples just play into the hands of the baddies.' In 2008 Lilly suffered a miscarriage with then partner Ed Simmons from the Chemical Brothers. Two years later Lily tried for a baby with then husband Sam but lost her baby at six months pregnant and was left fighting for her life due to blood poisoning. Speaking about the ordeal she said: 'I nearly died. But I was so numb and I didn't care. I'd just lost my baby and that is how numb I was.' Lily who was rushed to hospital with septicemia admitted: 'It's something that I still haven't dealt with. I will never get over it. I have dealt with it, you know as being at one with it. But it's not something you get over. 'I held my child and it was really horrific and painful – one of the hardest things that can happen to a person.' Following her operation Lily was able to physically recover and went on to have her two daughters. Last month, British MPs voted in favour of measures to decriminalise women terminating their own pregnancies in the biggest change to the law on reproductive rights for half a century. Women will no longer face prosecution for aborting their own baby for any reason and at any stage up to birth under the proposed legislation, which was backed by 379 votes to 137. It will alter the 1861 Offences Against the Person Act - which outlawed abortion - meaning it would no longer apply to women aborting their own babies. MPs and pro-choice activists welcomed the abortion vote and said it will finally put an end to the prosecution of vulnerable women for ending their own pregnancies. Under the amendment, women will no longer be prosecuted for an abortion when it relates to their own pregnancy, even if they abort their own baby without medical approval or after the current 24-week legal limit. However it maintains criminal punishments for doctors who carry out abortions beyond the legal limit and abusive partners who end a woman's pregnancy without her consent. Max George returns to hospital after second heart surgery as he shares update

The Wanted's Max George, who announced that he had a pacemaker fitted last year, has shared an update with fans just months after undergoing heart surgery for a second time Singer Max George has shared an update with fans just months after announcing that he had heart surgery for a second time. He revealed this morning that he has returned to hospital, with him sharing a photo from the visit. Max, 36, had a pacemaker fitted in December after sharing with fans that he had a 'block' in his heart. The Wanted member then revealed in February that he had a second surgery after having "physical symptoms" in his chest. ‌ He has kept fans updated throughout the experience through posts on social media, like over his return to work. It included Max joining his partner Maisie Smith on the UK tour for Jeff Wayne's The War of the Worlds earlier this year. ‌ Max has now shared another update on Instagram. This morning, he shared a photo from the Cardiology & Chest Clinic at an undisclosed hospital. It showed an empty corridor outside the clinic and Max didn't write a caption. He has previously spoken about having check-ups after having his pacemaker fitted last year. Max told fans shortly after the initial procedure in December: "I'm in the hospital tomorrow for another check-up because I've been getting this like flicking feeling in the left hand side of my chest." Max asked fans if they had any experience with the symptom. He also said: "Maybe it's touching a nerve and it will go away in time, or they may have to move the wires slightly but I'm all ears because all I'm doing at the moment is y'know doing research and stuff cause I know nothing about pacemakers." His first pacemaker surgery came just just weeks after he had announced that doctors had found "issues" with his heart. Max had previously shared with his followers: "I felt really unwell and was taken in to hospital. Unfortunately after some tests they've found that I have some issues with my heart." ‌ He revealed that he had the pacemaker fitted weeks later. Max said in a post on Instagram at the time: "Pacemaker is in. Operation took around 2 and a half hours. The main issue being some of my veins had collapsed where the wires were meant to go ... but I'm hoping everything turns out ok." After subsequent updates, Max shared in February that he had his second procedure. He said: "A few weeks ago I had to go back into hospital after having some physical symptoms in my chest. It turned out that one of the leads was placed too far into my heart. The second pacemaker surgery took about 2 hours." Max added: "It's been a setback, but it's just one of those things. I've had a few complications the last couple of months but I'm having loads of tests to make sure everything is all good. It could take a few weeks / months for the inflammation of my heart to subside, but I'm sure I'll be back on top form in no time." The following month, just days before posting about going "back to work," Max said that he was feeling "stronger". He wrote in a post that was uploaded in March: "Round 2 seems a distance memory ... feeling so much stronger every day!"

Meghan Markle forced to give away free jam to customers after awkward blunder

Meghan Markle has been forced to give away some of her jam for free after an awkward glitch on her As Ever website. Last month, Meghan dropped brand new items from her lifestyle brand, including an apricot spread, as well as restocking other products including her flower sprinkles. But it has emerged that some customers who thought they had secured the £7 apricot spread have now been sent emails telling them that they would not be receiving the products, due to high demand. And to rectify the situation, not only would they be receiving a full refund but also be sent a jar of the spread for free when it is back in stock. The email sent to customers said: "'Due to high demand, we are unable to fulfil your order of the apricot spread at this time. We are refunding the purchase of this item by the end of this week. "In addition to the refund, we want you to know that when the apricot spread is back in stock, you will be the first to receive it, free of charge." The glitch emerged as Meghan's new rose wine, which is said to "capture the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments" and costs more than £20 a bottle, sold out within an hour yesterday. Meghan launched her As Ever Napa Valley Rose 2023, described as having "soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish", on Tuesday. The beverage, priced at more than £65 for a minimum three-bottle order, had only appeared to be available for US customers to buy, with shipping addresses limited to America. The wine went on sale at 4pm UK time, but the site was updated less than an hour later to signal stocks were sold out. In a post on Instagram, the duchess' As Ever brand said: "It's here! Raise a glass to the newest addition to the As Ever family. Our beautiful Napa Valley rose is now available". A short clip showed the wine being poured into a glass, with an accompanying sound. The pale pink wine, in a clear bottle with a white gold-rimmed label, was launched on a dedicated where an over-21 birth date must be inputted to enter and where the drink was described as: "A delicately balanced rose with soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish." The site adds: "Reminiscent of the finest Provencal styles, it's crisp, pale in color, and effortlessly elegant – crafted for slow afternoons and golden-hour gatherings. This rose captures the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments through its thoughtfully crafted blend." The wine was not available to buy in orders of less than three bottles. Three bottles cost 90 US dollars (£65.64), six bottles cost 159 dollars (£115.97) including a 12 per cent discount, and 12 bottles are priced at 300 dollars (£218.81) including a 17 per cent discount. Shipping, which begins on July 9, costs an additional flat rate 20 dollars (£14.59) per order. Napa Valley wine country is in northern California, around 50 miles from San Francisco.
