Mastek appoints Raghavendra Jha as CFO

Mastek said that its board has approved the appointment of Raghavendra Jha, as chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from 19 May 2025.
Jha is a chartered accountant and a science graduate. He is passionate about coaching and motivating a team to engender winning professionals.
Raghavendra Jha is a seasoned finance leader with experience spanning more than two decades in IT, manufacturing, metal and retail industries. Prior to Mastek, Jha has worked with Tessolve Semiconductors and Inspira Enterprise as CFO. He has worked with Wipro as a Global Head of Finance Shared Service, CFO for Wipro Middle East, CFO for Manufacturing, Pharma and Technologies business units, CFO for Wipro Business Application services and also with Wipro Corporate Internal Audit. Other than Wipro, Tessolve & Inspira, he has worked with Landmark Group and Tata Steel among others.
Mastek is a global provider of enterprise AI, digital, and cloud services, enabling clients to achieve measurable and sustainable returns on their technology investments. It partners with industry leaders such as Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks, serving key sectors such as the public sector, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, higher education, and financial services.
The companys consolidated net profit declined 11.94% to Rs 81.07 crore despite a 16.12% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 905.42 crore in Q4 FY25 over Q4 FY24.
The scrip shed 0.78% to end at Rs 2324.05 on Monday, 19 May 2025.

Building on the success of the GLS, which has already crossed 16,000 units on Indian roads, the AMG Line brings in a performance-inspired aesthetic along with refined luxury and enhanced sporty attributes. The GLS AMG Line is priced at Rs. 1.4 cr (GLS 450 AMG Line) and Rs. 1.43 cr (GLS 450d AMG Line). Distinctive AMG Design Elements The GLS 4MATIC AMG Line takes styling cues from the iconic G-Class and Mercedes-AMG models, showcasing a more aggressive road presence. The exterior is defined by its AMG-specific design including the AMG front apron, muscular air inlets, extended front and rear wing flares, and sporty side sill panels — all finished in the body color. At the rear, it features a diffuser-style AMG bumper with chrome detailing and integrated black design accents, giving it a powerful stance. Completing the look are 21-inch AMG light-alloy wheels, which add to its commanding presence. Performance and Technical Specifications Mercedes-Benz is offering the GLS AMG Line in two variants — GLS 450 AMG Line and GLS 450d AMG Line. Both models are powered by inline 6-cylinder engines mated to a 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission. While the petrol-powered GLS 450 delivers 375 bhp of power and 500 Nm of torque, the diesel-powered GLS 450d generates 362 bhp and a substantial 750 Nm of torque. Goa govt approves infra projects worth Rs 149 cr

The Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) has approved infrastructure projects worth Rs 149 crore, including a hostel at medical college, reconstruction of a bridge and redevelopment of government buildings. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant chaired the 206th board meeting of the GSIDC on Friday.
