The lawsuit claims Hendryx reported the incident to law enforcement within hours and underwent a SANE exam at a hospital.

The expert committee, according to an internal IIT-Kgp student communication, "will be visiting our campus tomorrow and has expressed interest in directly engaging with students to gain deeper insights.
