Ethan Klein wants to sue popular streamer SeanDaBlack over 'gender equality'; fans call him a racist
(Image via Instagram/@SeanDaBlack & @Ethan Klein)
On June 26, 2025, YouTuber Ethan Klein revealed via Instagram that he's adding Twitch streamer Sean 'SeanDaBlack' Wiggs to his ongoing copyright lawsuits. The announcement — framed as a move toward 'gender equality' — has sent the internet into meltdown, with fans and critics accusing Klein of being both
misogynistic
and
racist
.
Here's the full drama unpacked.
Ethan Klein's 'Gender Equality' Lawsuit Move
On June 26, 2025, Ethan Klein posted a cryptic but clear Instagram Story:
'...You are all correct, it's not been fair. That's why I've decided to add
SeanDaBlack
to the lawsuits, for gender equality..."
This comes after Klein filed copyright lawsuits against Twitch streamers Denims, Frogan, and Kaceytron—all women. The backlash was instant. Many accused him of misogyny. His 'solution'? Suing a Black man, apparently to balance the gender scale.
Ethan sues SeanDaBlack
Sean, who's associated with HasanAbi, is no stranger to Klein's critics.
But this latest legal addition stunned even the most seasoned drama-watchers.
He even gave a shoutout to Sean's 'snarker friends' — a not-so-subtle jab at Reddit communities like r/h3snark and r/LeftoversH3, who frequently roast Klein and his H3 Podcast.
Internet's Verdict: 'This Feels Racist'
Almost immediately, Reddit and X (formerly Twitter) users slammed Klein's latest legal move. The main accusation? That he's masking racial bias under the guise of equality.

'Creepy Klein adds black man to his list of victims for equality's sake (while on vacation).' one Redditor wrote.
Another bluntly called him both:
'That's right, you're a misogynist
and
a racist. We already knew.'
The fact that this all went down while Klein was vacationing with his wife, Hila, didn't help the optics. As one user sarcastically put it:
'How out of touch do you need to be to be on vacation, on your 40th birthday, with your wife and kids, thinking 'hmmmmm, who am I going to sue today!'''
Patterns, Power, and Platform Drama
A recurring criticism is that Klein tends to go after smaller creators. particularly women and people of color, instead of high-profile names like xQc or Asmongold, who've also reacted to his content. 'Never beating the allegations. Just going after women and POCs,' one comment read.
'Why not sue xQc? Too big to bully?' another added.
SeanDaBlack Reacts: 'tf?'
Sean's initial response was short and confused — literally just:
'tf'
He previously mocked Klein in a livestream, mimicking his tone while calling him out for allegedly weaponizing his massive audience:
'(Mimicking Klein) 'I mobilize my multi-million follower audience against smaller creators and cheer it on…''
Sean also accused Klein of never owning up to past racist behavior, claiming the apology was more like:
''I used to be racist... but honestly, I've not changed at all.''
So… What Now?
This latest lawsuit has turned an already chaotic legal battle into something much bigger — one that's no longer just about copyright claims, but now includes race, power dynamics, and internet ethics. With both creators digging in their heels and Reddit on fire, this drama's just getting started. One thing's for sure: no one's walking away from this unscathed — not even Ethan Klein. Stay tuned, because the court of public opinion is just heating up.

Prada Acknowledges Being Inspired By Indian Kolhapuri Chappals Featured In 2026 Collection
Italian luxury couture label, Prada has been facing major backlash post featuring footwear that strongly looks like the traditional Indian Kolhapuri chappals in their latest Spring/Summer 2026 collection showcased at the Paris Men's Fashion Week 2025. Artisans from around India and particularly Maharashtra have raised their voices after footwear similar to the famous Kolhapuri chappals featured in Prada's show. They went onto allege a violation of geographical identification (GI) rights in this matter. What's more, BJP MP, Dhananjay Mahadik on Thursday, June 26. 2025 led a delegation of artisans who make the traditional Kolhapuri chappals to meet Maharashtra CM, Devendra Fadnavis. They presented a letter urging him to look into the violation and preserve the product which is a symbol of the state's cultural heritage. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Prada (@prada) The Italian fashion house finally acknowledged that the fetaured footwear pieces were isnpired by the Indian handcrafted pieces. According to news agency Press Trust Of India (PTI), "We acknowledge that the sandals featured in the recent Prada Men's 2026 Fashion Show are inspired by traditional Indian handcrafted footwear, with a centuries-old heritage." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Prada (@prada) Further in a letter penned to Lalit Gandhi, president of Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Lorenzo Bertelli, Prada Group Head of Corporate Social Responsibility expressed, "We deeply recognize the cultural significance of such Indian craftsmanship." Lorenzo Bertelli's letter is in response to one written by Gandhi after the backlash broke out over Prada's kolhapuri footwear fetaured in its latest fashion showcase in Paris. In the show notes, Prada had described the footwear as leather sandals with no reference to its Indian roots, that evoked outrage from many in India's fashion universe as well as the traditional artisans who make the Kolhapuri chappals in the western Maharashtrain region. In his letter to the brand Lalit Gandhi wrote, "I am writing to respectfully draw your attention to a matter concerning your recently unveiled Men's Spring/Summer 2026 collection, which was showcased on 23rd June 2025 in Milan." He further added, "It has come to public attention that the collection includes footwear designs that bear a close resemblance to Kolhapuri Chappals (Footwear) a traditional handcrafted leather sandal that has been awarded Geographical Indication (GI) status by the Government of India in 2019." He emphasised the roots and heritage of the Indian footwear pieces. "Kolhapuri Chappals represent centuries-old craftsmanship rooted in the cultural fabric of Maharashtra, India. These products are not only symbolic of regional identity, but they also support the livelihoods of thousands of artisans and families in the Kolhapur region and surrounding districts." He also requested for due acknowledgement for the Kolhapuri chappals by Prada in this matter. "While we appreciate global fashion houses drawing inspiration from diverse cultures, we are concerned that this particular design appears to have been commercialized without due acknowledgment, credit, or collaboration with the artisan communities who have preserved this heritage through generations." Lalit Gandhi added how the iconic Indian footwear are symbol of Maharashtra's cultural identity and support livelihoods of local artisans. "We kindly urge Prada to acknowledge the inspiration behind the design publicly, explore possibilities for collaboration or fair compensation that could benefit the artisan communities involved and consider supporting ethical fashion practices that respect traditional knowledge and cultural rights." Lastly he called out for ethical upholding of standards in global fashion by Prada. "Such a gesture would not only uphold ethical standards in global fashion, but also foster a meaningful exchange between heritage craftsmanship and contemporary design. We trust that a brand of Prada's stature and influence will take this concern in the right spirit and initiate a thoughtful response." In his response, Lorezo Bertelli wrote, "Please note that, for now, the entire collection is currently at an early stage of design. development and none of the pieces are confirmed to be produced or commercialized." He further added, "We are committed to responsible design practices, fostering cultural engagement, and opening a dialogue for a meaningful exchange with local Indian artisan communities as we have done in the past in other collections to ensure the rightful recognition of their craft." Lorenzo Bertelli closed his letter to Lalit Gandhi with these words. "Prada strives to pay homage and recognize the value of such specialized craftspeople that represent an unrivalled standard of excellence and heritage. We would welcome the opportunity for further discussion and will set a follow up with the relevant Prada teams."

'No racists in disguise': Silky publicly bans Mizkif from FaZe's 4th of July party over past behaviour
(Image via @SilkySzn/X & @yoxics/X) The FaZe House 4th of July bash is shaping up to be one of the biggest streamer events of the summer—but not everyone's on the guest list anymore. Twitch streamer and FaZe Clan member Silky just made it crystal clear: Mizkif is not welcome. His reason? 'We do not f**k with weird people.' And he didn't hold back. Silky Draws the Line In a recent stream, Silky dropped a bomb that shook the Twitch and YouTube communities. Reacting to a list of invitees revealed by fellow FaZe member Lacy, Silky took serious issue with one name in particular—Mizkif. Without mincing words, Silky said, 'Mizkif tries to walk through that door, he's not getting in. Straight up.' He made it known that while others in FaZe might be open to having the OTK co-founder around, he personally wouldn't tolerate it. And it wasn't just about preference—he implied there were deeper reasons. 'No Racists in Disguise' Silky went a step further and didn't hold back on the reasoning. He accused Mizkif of being a 'racist in disguise,' pointing to past controversies that still follow the OTK founder today. While he didn't detail specific incidents, the implication was loud enough: 'Have you seen this n***a when it comes to Black people? Come on, bro,' Silky said bluntly. 'No racists in disguise in the crib.' Silky emphasized he wasn't being petty—just protective of his space. The message was loud: the FaZe House isn't here for performative apologies or questionable reputations. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like India's first integrated Power Backup Solution - Livguard Lithium-X Livguard Shop Now Undo A Divided House? What makes this situation more chaotic is that Mizkif was apparently already on the guest list. Lacy, another FaZe member, had reportedly given him the green light. That move clearly blindsided Silky, who publicly retracted the invite. 'I seen Lacy invited him? I'm retracting that sh t. It's not happening, king,'* he said, clearly irritated. This unexpected drama could signal a split in how FaZe members are managing the party—and who gets to decide who's in or out. Who Is Attending? Despite the drama, the FaZe 4th of July bash still promises a star-studded lineup. Confirmed guests include Twitch favs like Sketch, Cinna, and N3on. Even Plaqueboymax is expected to make an appearance, marking his return from hiatus. The party is shaping up to be huge, but one thing's clear: Mizkif won't be anywhere near the FaZe house.
