The much-anticipated third chapter of the 'Drishyam' series is set to begin filming on October 2, 2025, in Mumbai. The installment will be simultaneously shot in Hindi and Malayalam, featuring
Ajay Devgn
and Mohanlal in the lead roles respectively.
Abhishek Pathak
is confirmed to direct the Hindi version of the thriller.

, who portrayed police officers in the first two Drishyam films, are set to reprise their roles in the upcoming 'Drishyam 3'. A source close to the development told Pinkvilla that Abhishek recently met Akshaye Khanna and Tabu, and discussed the idea of 'Drishyam 3' with them. Both the actors were bowled over by the unpredictability of the screenplay, and instantly agreed to come on board the third part too.
The paperwork will begin in a fortnight.

The report further stated that 'Drishyam 3' is expected to conclude the franchise, centering on the three main characters portrayed by Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna.
