Manchester City Women appoint Andree Jeglertz as head coach
The 53-year-old, who is currently in charge of Denmark at the Euros in Switzerland, has signed a four-year deal.
Jeglertz will remain in charge of the national team until the end of the tournament. His side play their first game in Group C against Sweden on Friday.

He replaces Gareth Taylor, who parted ways with City in March when the side were fourth in the Women's Super League, 12 points off leaders Chelsea.
City finished the season in the same position with interim manager Nick Cushing — 17 points off Chelsea — one point shy of third and qualifying for Champions League football despite finishing with a five-game unbeaten run.
Jeglertz said in a statement after his appointment was confirmed: 'Manchester City is one of the biggest clubs in the world. There is so much talent in this group. One of my key things is to continue the job that's been done and take it to the next level.
'We would like to win, develop players and want the players every day to become better. I will do everything I can to take this to the next level and make sure we can play attractive and winning football.'

Manchester City Women director of football Therese Sjogran, said: 'Andree brings a wealth of experience at the top of the game as well as a real hunger to drive Manchester City forward.
'Andree really impressed us with his attitude and ambition, and the way he sees the game aligns perfectly with our own vision.'
Jeglertz, who was appointed by Denmark in 2023, has a 22-year-long managerial career and won the UEFA Women's Cup in 2004 with a Umea side that included Brazil legend Marta.
As well as success with Umea in his nbative Sweden, Jeglertz has also taken charge of the Djurgardens men's team and the Finnish women's national side.
His will be replaced as Denmark head coach by Jakob Michelsen.
