It followed his love triangle with her and Toni Laites, which drew criticism from charity Women's Aid.
Aftersun host Maya Jama grilled Harrison over his behaviour in the villa after viewers watched him swap between the two girls with little consideration for their feelings.
He even pleaded with Toni to pick him in a recoupling hours after having sex with Lauren.
When Toni did choose him, Lauren was left in floods of tears and felt humiliated.
Speaking tonight, Harrison said the point his romancing both girls had gone too far was after he'd slept with Lauren.
"I think maybe when we did bits," he said. "Probably took it a little bit too far talking to Toni after that.
"I obviously regret that massively and I apologise to both the girls but, yeah, it wasn't good for me."
He then said if he had his time again he would have had up front conversations with Toni and Lauren earlier to save them getting upset.
It followed his return to social medi a earlier in the day in which he said: "Back on home turf and carrying every lesson with me. What a whirlwind, confusing, raw, beautiful in parts, and deeply humbling. I entered with the intention not to hurt anyone.
"Truthfully, although I didn't manage that, I leave with a heart more open, and a soul willing to learn. Life isn't always easy, it's felt, it's flawed, it's full of growth. Thank you to those who saw the good in me even when I struggled to see it myself. This is just the beginning,"
Love Island fans stunned as girl is brutally dumped after arrival of latest bombshell Angel
But viewers weren't buying his latest apology, with one writing on X: "Harrison has CLEARLY wrote a speech and memorised it this is not genuine."
Another said: "Harrison has gotten away with what he's done way too easily."
A third posted: "Harrison's not sorry for sh*t."
A fourth said: "Is anyone buying this with Harrison?"
"Im glad no one clapped at Harrison's poor excuse of an apology."
Prior to his villa exit, Women's Aid responded to the difficult scenes in the villa, criticising the ITV reality show for perpetuating misogyny and sexism.
Jessye Werner, Communications Manager at the charity, acknowledged the efforts production companies have made to highlight toxic behaviours but stressed that more progress is necessary.
She told The Tab: "Despite these positive steps, we still see unhealthy patterns of behaviour on these shows, showing just how steeped in misogyny and sexism our society still is.
'Women are often lied to, slut-shamed and manipulated, as well as laughed at behind their backs. Misogyny and sexism lay the foundation for the tolerance of abuse and violence – it reinforces a culture that excuses and trivialises violence against women and girls.
'More must be done to educate contestants on sexism and misogyny, and it is a great credit to viewers who take to social media, continuing to call out these behaviours as soon as they see them.'

Reading Pride returns amid financial pressures
Organisers of Reading Pride parade and festival say support from local companies has halved, leaving the event with a £30,000 comes after the UK Pride Organisers Network said 75% of Pride events across the UK have seen a decline in Engagement Officer of Reading Pride, Tom Price said: "Regular sponsors don't have the same funds as last year and there is a real concern for the future."Each year, it costs over £110,000 to host the event in the town. It has been a challenging year for Pride events nationwide, with cancellations due to funding and volunteer UK's Pride movement began in 1972 when a group called the Gay Liberation Front (GLF) decided that, as well as protesting, it was also important to celebrate the community. Mr Price said he believes this year's funding shortage is due to "various worldwide events"."We've come up a bit short in terms of funding, as we have lost two major sponsors and some of our UK sponsors are struggling for money."It's just become a bit difficult this year."Liverpool's annual Pride event and the city's March with Pride were cancelled last a group of organisations and people in Plymouth created their own event after the official Pride event was cancelled due to a lack of Price said: "There are a couple of other pride events that have collapsed due to financial problems that we are all facing - we are seeing it happen a lot." Snooker champions meet Great Yarmouth care home residents
Residents at a seaside care home have been treated to a visit from two former snooker world champions. Dennis Taylor and Ken Doherty visited Eversley Lodge Nursing Home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, to play snooker and share memories with residents. Their visit came 40 years after Taylor's big win in a memorable black-ball final at the 1985 World Snooker Championship in Sheffield."Here we are still loving every minute of it... It's a great bit of fun," Taylor said. Both players said they were not sure what they were in for when they headed to the home. "We didn't know what we were coming to, really. When we turned up we were so surprised... What a beautiful place," Taylor said. Doherty said: "It's brilliant... We haven't done many exhibitions in care homes before."A lot of people here would have watched snooker over the years and really enjoyed it, so it's great to see them in such a wonderful environment."The 1997 world champion reminisced about the last time he visited Norfolk's coastline. "It's been over 40 years since I was last here playing in the Home Junior International in Hemsby... I've always really enjoyed it here," he said. The care home's manager, Danielle Bullent, said a lot of work went into setting up the home for the exhibition. She said it took staff four hours to get the snooker table ready. Speaking about the anniversary of his championship win, Taylor, famous for his unique "upside-down" glasses, said he was glad people still talked about it. "Forty years on and people still turn their glasses upside down, raise an imaginary cue above their head and wag their finger at me," he said."I hope they keep doing it for many more years to come."
